Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

Excelente departamento en una ubicación fantástica, cerca de la playa, de supermercados y restaurantes. Muy bien equipado. Cama muy cómoda. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy clara.

El departamento de Giovanna tiene una ubicación inmejorable. Todo se puede hacer caminando o con viajes de Uber muy económicos. El departamento es espectacular. Tiene todas las comodidades. Aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes. Y tiene 4 baños!! Muy pero muy recomendable.

This apartment is centrally located and close to many restaurants and only a few blocks away from the beach. There is a lot of activity due to it being right next to the Metro station which adds to the lively feel of the apartment. The doorman and doorwoman of the building are super kind and helpful. We really enjoyed them. The apartment itself was very clean and Lea was very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful Stay Lea.

We had a great 2 week stay here. The apartment was exactly what we needed and we felt right at home. The apartment is well located and Thiago was a responsive and friendly host.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (6 nuits) dans le logement, il était parfait pour nous 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants), le quartier est super pour se balader et découvrir le street art + accéder au tramway, les bars et restaurants sont excellents aussi. Laurent a été disponible dès l'accueil, Brigitte nous a communiqué toutes les informations nécessaires à notre arrivée en amont et Angelica nous a bien aidée pendant tout le séjour. La décoration est magnifique, la vue très chouette, les matelas très confortables, et que dire de la terrasse avec la piscine ! Nous avons tout adoré, rien à redire. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommanderons ce logement à nos amis!

Helena è sempre stata disponibile e veloce nel comunicare. l'appartamento è molto carino e situato in una posizione invidiabile, equidistante dalle bellissime spiagge di Ipanema e Copacabana. Nei dintorni ci sono tutti i servizi necessari, markets, farmacie e per chi vuole allenarsi, palestre in ogni angolo. consigliamo vivamente l'appartamento di Helena!!!

the place is very nice, clean and safe. the neighbourhood is great, close to good restaurants and really close to the beach.

Jose was a wonderful host for a wonderful apartment. It’s at a fantastic location and quite cozy. The amenities were as described and there’s some wonderful restaurants nearby. From this apartment it is very walkable to most of the southzone and the beach is only two blocks away.

Fué una experiencia agradable, el departamento de Paulo superó nuestras expectativas, tenía muchos enseres, y se nos permitió salir un poco más tarde de lo descrito en la publicación. El grupo de 11 personas quedamos muy satisfechos. Recomiendo este lugar a familias y/o grupos de amigos.

Juliene’s place was absolutely stunning. The view, the hospitality, everything went beyond our expectation. The host was so friendly and responsive!

honestly, a phenomenal stay. Alex was a great host, easy to check in, beautiful home, clean, quiet and spacious, despite us travelling during carnaval. He even left a welcome basket for us. Couldn't have asked for a better spot - also a 5 min walk to the beach

We liked very much to stay in Sergio's apartment which is situated at the brink of the atlantic rainforest and near to the Gavea rock. Sergio wellcomed us with tropical fruits and juice and informed us about the surrounding area . The apartment is quite and we had once during our 2 1/2 weeks stay the visit of a "Sagui"-monkey family on the balcony which was very interesting and amazing. There was also a charming cat always waiting for us on the balcony in the morning when we woke up and in the evening when we came home begging for some delicious food other than she got from Sergio. To walk to the Joatinga beach you need around 20 minutes and the last stretch is quite steep and slippery. Therefore It is better to go there with tennis shoes than with flip flops. We were very satisfied with the apartment and Sergio as host.

Tivemos uma estadia incrível na acomodação da Suzana! Desde o início, ela foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, garantindo que tudo estivesse perfeito para nossa hospedagem. O espaço é confortável, bem localizado e muito aconchegante. Além disso, a flexibilidade e a hospitalidade dela fizeram toda a diferença. Recomendo a todos que estiverem buscando uma experiência tranquila e agradável. Com certeza voltaria!

Celia's apartment was amazing. Located literally between Ipanema and Copacabana, loads of restaurants and supermarkets around. The design of the house was impressive. All done by Celia ;). Terrace was a big plus - not a lot of apartments in Rio have that. Apartment was fully equipped - felt like at home

eu e minha esposa alugamos o Arbnb do Carlos, e simplesmente amamos tanto a ponto de falarmos que quando voltarmos ao Rio de Janeiro locaremos com o Carlos novamente, valeu muito, Carlos oferece uma ótima estrutura e em uma ótima localização.

Miguel excelente anfitrión. Nos mandamos mensajes y coordinamos el check in. El servicio de recepción estaba esperando con el departamento listo. El departamento estaba según las fotos. La calidad de los servicios y el equipamiento todo nuevo. No le falta nada. Servicio de limpieza excelente. Ingreso del edificio con reconocimiento facial y puerta del departamento con código. Ideal para viajeros con familia. La ubicación en el corazón de Copacabana cruzas la calle (50 mts) y estas en la playa.

Great rental! We absolutely loved it! The unit is safe, clean, secure and looks exactly like the pictures! Very beautiful! We stayed for over 2 weeks and was very comfortable! Anya and Yan were great hosts and communicated timely which was super helpful being our first time in Brazil. The community is super safe. The staff at the community was helpful and patient as we do not speak Portuguese. Highly recommend! You will be very happy you picked this spot!

Alugamos o apto para ir ao show na FARMASI ARENA e depois não precisar voltar para casa. A estadia foi ótima para nossa familia. O Fernando respondeu rápido as perguntas. Adoramos.

Marcelo is a great host always helpful and responsive. The location of the property is right on the beach with nice views. It’s also very secure and safe as is the surrounding area

Ninna's apartment was perfect for our short stay in Rio de Janeiro. The place was clean and well presented and had plenty of beds and bathrooms for 5 of us. We loved the living area, fabulous views from the balconies and how safe it felt. We had no issues getting taxis and it's well situated to access anything you might want to see in Rio. We enjoyed getting pizza from Mamma Rosa at the bottom of the road one evening. There's a decent shop a short walk away if you need to buy groceries too. I would definitely stay here again.

I am a local who has lived abroad for over 40 years, so I am quite familiar with the city. The apartment offers a breathtaking view of Copacabana Beach and is located in a very walkable area, with several restaurants, stores, and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities for a perfect stay. The building has 24-hour security, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Karla is an incredibly responsive host and provides excellent assistance.

Departamento muy lindo y con una vista increíble, me atrevería a decir que tiene una de las mejores vistas de Río, el entorno muy tranquilo y el departamento muy acogedor, Sergio muy atento a todo, un aire acondicionado empezó a gotear y él rápidamente consiguió repararlo
