Our crew of 12 just wrapped up an incredible 5 weeks at The Mad House. Situated half way between Mad River Glenn and Sugarbush, the location could not have been better. The layout was perfect. Plenty of space, comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. Check in and and check out was also seamless. Frank was on call and responsive the entree time and I enjoyed our chats. Highly recommend The Mad House. Thank you.

Instructions were clear and the house was ready for our group on time. It was a great location for what we were looking for and everything we needed within 10-15 minutes. Perfect for our group.

Fantastic place, cannot go wrong. The Hot Tub is giant and perfect recovery for post ski. Loved the location too, never had to drive more than 10 minutes to anything. He is also a very fast responder and the site he gives you has all the information needed.

Cozy cottage with well appointed kitchen. Property manager Diane is very responsive. They are lucky to have her! Place was incredibly clean. Diane even called to offer us to come a day early to avoid the storm. When the storm foiled some of our plans she also offered to stay an extra night. Unfortunately the plow service did not come the AM after the storm and our 4 WD car couldn’t make it up the steep driveway. The wonderful neighbors even came to help but we all had to give up. The plow eventually came. I’m sure they were overworked the last 36 hours. Storm also kept chair lifts at Smuggs closed one day so we ended up making good use of the game room and kids - teens :) - actually loved playing in the snow in the yard. Would highly recommend - definitely make sure you have 4 WD and even consider chains if a storm is coming. Or just be prepared to hike the driveway (which isn’t a bad walk).

Great place, we stayed for a week in late December and had a great time. Excellent location, everything as described.

Laura's place is in a beautiful quiet location that was perfect for our activities centered at Bolton Valley Ski Center. We were two couples, and it was only a 15-20 min drive back to the house, where we could relax and cook dinner with all the kitchen gear we needed.

This property was the most peaceful stay I have ever had. So quiet and relaxing. It was the perfect getaway while we were in town for a wedding. The stay had everything we needed to make dinners for the family and a wonderful porch overlooking Lake Beebe. Thanks for sharing your space with my family and me. Side note: Dylan was very successful fishing in this lake and the boats made it easy to explore the lake.

Me and my family of 4 loved the place it was a winter wonderland. tucked up I. the woods Roberts place was relaxing and restoring. many beautiful spots to visit around the area also. Thank you ver much for letting us enjoy your peacefulway place

We had a perfect girls weekend in Stowe. The house is beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed - all the supplies we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and then some. Each of the hair dryers in the bathrooms also had diffusers! As someone with curly hair, I appreciated that so much, no one ever provides that. Plenty of space to hang out, hot tub and fire pit were awesome.

We had a great weekend here. It was comfortable with the 8 of us in this house. It was cozy with the fireplace, we utilized the grill and the ping pong table. The location was great for our skiing weekend! Very close to Killington and Pico.

lovely stay. Was an amazing home optimally located in Stowe for our group activities and nights outs. weather over the weekend was phenomenal adding to the ambiance and snowy mountain experience. I would definitely recommend and come back.

We stayed for 4 nights while on a ski trip. When arriving, the home was clean and the host left snacks and coffee in the kitchen. The home very spacious and matched the pictures online. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions about the home and great recommendations for food/activities in the area. I would recommend this place if you are planning a ski trip and can’t wait to come back next year.

This place is a lovely spot that exceeded expectations for me and my friends! The host was super communicative throughout the whole process, from right after booking through checkout. It’s an amazing place and I would definitely stay here again.

We just returned from a long weekend and this place was perfect. It’s very conveniently close to town, the house was neat and clean and we really appreciated having basic pantry items to allow us to cook when we needed to. The last thing I will say is the view from the upstairs bedroom is absolutely gorgeous! We travel quite a bit and that has to be one of the best views we’ve ever seen from a home rental. We will definitely book this place again next time we are in Stowe.

Beautiful place with beautiful view! Close enough to Warren in bike and it was fun to discover the area! House was clean and had everything. The insinkerator switch was closed so we had issues with the sink but other than that, everything was amazing! Jacuzzi water wasn’t clean and had a weird smell, although it didn’t really bother us but it would be great to verify its maintenance!

We had a great time. The location was perfect. We have come up to Stowe for the last three years. Two of our children live in Burlington with Two children each., and we visit several times a year. It serves as a small vacation for all of us and time for them to ski and board. We were very pleased with the location and room we had. Will definitely consider returning in the future.
