This is a fantastic retreat! Ash and Ryan were very proactive and easy to message with. The house is decorated so beautifully. You can feel the thoughtfulness within every placement of every crystal and decoration. The sauna was superb! My favorite moment was looking out the back of the sauna (and the windows of the house) watching geese fly onto the lake and dive for fish.

This was such a great stay! We had a beautiful view of the lake from the hot tub and the upstairs living room. My family and I (total of 7) stayed comfortably. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The house is beautifully remodeled. Walking distance to restaurants and breweries and had a park for kids right across the street. Definitely highly recommend.

Beautiful house with private beach access to the lake. The house was amazing, super cute, and relatively convenient. 20 minute drive to Burlington and about an hour from Stowe. We were surprised by the beautoful sunset views. We would defonitely stay here again.

We loved staying here and will be back again! The primary bed and bath are especially lovely and felt very cozy on the cold mid winter nights during our stay.

We stayed in this beautiful lakefront home while we were in the area for a wedding during the fall colors season in October. Stunning location, and a very cozy home to take in all the sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning during the summer in order to enjoy all of the lake toys that this home has to offer! Our hosts were very accommodating and super responsive.

Ervina was a wonderful host. She was friendly and very accommodating when we had to make a last minute trip. Her place was very clean and had everything you need for your stay. It is in a quiet and great neighborhood and we would definitely stay here again.

Tanner was the ultimate host. His property was pristine and worked out great for two couples. He had labeled all the cabinets in the kitchen so that it was easy to find whatever you were looking for! The lockable outside shed for our bikes was a huge plus. The stairs to the 2nd floor apt were a bit steeper than normal but were still easy to navigate. The living room had multiple seating options. Beds were very comfortable. Showers had plenty of hot water and ample towels were available. Would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be returning!

We had a lovely stay. The place was exactly as described, walkable to everything you could want in town. The place was clean, organized, and everything was clearly laid out and labeled. The fireplace was great for warmth and helped create a cozy environment. The kitchen was helpful, and the place had thoughtful touches that made it feel cared for like the extra blankets, heated floors, and bathroom toiletries. One thing of note, we stayed in the winter and a combination of the snow on one side and a large utility truck on the other made it feel quite tight pulling into the designated space on the driveway. I imagine at any other time guests would not experience this, and it would by no means deter me from staying again when up in Vermont!

This place was fantaatic! Adorable chic eclectic decor, hosted by a thoughtful and attentive pair with a several local suggestions! The worst part about our trip was that due to rainy weather I refused to allow my other half to snuggle the baby goats.....so we'll just have to try again this summer! hopefully they'll have us back! Our short stay was great! Apartment was clean, comfortable, welcoming, charming. Even small fold down sofa in living room was comfortable with topper on it, according to teen kid. Kitchen and bathroom super clean and well laid out. Everything working. Nice touches. I was super conscious that we were 5 people in an apartment above a home with a young family and, as we came back late from the Flynn, was mindful of squeaky stairs and floors above as our group walked around. I chose for its walkability to Church Street although the weather necessitated using a car. Street parking was easy and free. I would highly recommend this property.

My husband and I just spent four days at Cheri’s place and we loved it. It was immaculate, quaint, and furnished with all of the comforts and amenities needed for a restful stay. Everything looked brand new. Cheri was extremely kind and responsive! The location was great, too, for walking to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this spot for a romantic, relaxing, and fun get-away.

Larger than expected and very clean accommodation. Superbly located for walking to the shops and restaurants and to the lakeside. A great little diner on the street for a hearty breakfast. Felt safe walking around the neighbourhood. Lisa was quick to respond to our queries. Would highly recommend this spot if you want to spend time in the area.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The instructions were excellent and the accommodations were exactly as described. It is a warm, welcoming, and clean space with two good-sized bedrooms and a nice living room and dining room space. The kitchen was well equipped. It is in a good location, walkable to the downtown area as well as the waterfront. Communication with Max was clear and straightforward and he kindly and quickly mailed the laptop I left behind to me at my home (thanks again Max!).

The main intention behind our visit to Banjo's Cottage was to disconnect and it proved to be absolutely perfect for doing just that. Cozy decor, manageable layout, well-stocked kitchen, no TV, beautiful grounds, convenient location...Lesley and her family provided it all in spades. We read books, completed a puzzle, took in the stars and enjoyed the silence. 20 mins south of Middlebury, and just over an hour south of Burlington...this place offers prime seclusion, as well as easy access to areas of interest. Lesley is always responsive and eager to accommodate. Special shoutout for ensuring we were fully prepared to stay somewhere new with a 13-month old. Pack 'n Play, highchair, outlet covers, toys and books...all generously offered upon arrival. Reading through the log it becomes apparent that this place holds a magical quality to all those who visit. We definitely hope to be back some day.

The location is peaceful and beautiful. Loved having our morning coffee on the dock overlooking the lake and autumn leaves. Enjoyed kayaking to Paddlers Pub for drinks & food. The cottage is very cozy and just enough space for 2 people.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin! The views from the cabin are beautiful, and you can’t beat the location directly on the lake. The lake views from inside, the screened in porch, and the backyard were awesome. The kitchen had supplies to make breakfasts/basic meals, the space was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We used this cabin as a home base for visiting Burlington, Waterbury, and Stowe and found it easy to navigate to and from the highway to these larger cities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lake Elmore Cottage; it met all of our expectations for a serene stay with beautiful lake views and spectacular foliage. The cottage was very comfortable and peaceful, with direct and easy access to the lake (for canoeing and swimming). The cottage is also directly adjacent to Elmore State Park, where there is nice hiking to the peak of Mount Elmore. Debra was super helpful with terrific recommendations for food and cocktails, and with any questions we had about the property and local activities. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient to our hunting spot, the accomodations were closer and far more comfortable than where we have stayed in the past. Ardie very accommodating, and helpful during our stay. Two of us will be returning in two weeks and hopefully again next year.

Great place to stay right outside of Burlington. (Visiting my daughter at UVM) Easy to get to and plenty around to do. The scenery was amazing- took some beautiful pics of the sunrise and sunset! Kitchen had everything you need to cook a nice meal. Beds were comfortable too! Would stay here again!!

Stayed here with 2 friends, it was our first time visiting Vermont and this home was just what we needed. The home is closely located to Burlington as well as close to many great hikes. The home fit us 3 very comfortably. Pjt was a great host, very responsive. Also, the TV available in the living room was not a smart TV so we ended up watching movies on our own tablet we had brought. Just something to keep in mind if you are looking to watch movies through Netflix or other streaming service.
