Madalena : locations de vacances

The house was beautiful with an amazing large, private outdoor area. The host was very friendly and welcomed us upon our arrival to show us around. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. There also was a place to swim very close by where you are almost always completely by yourself. We enjoyed our stay here very much and hope to come back soon!

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Morgens mit einer Tasse Tee vor die Tür und den Blick auf das Meer genießen. Frühstück mit Blick aif den Pico und mit Meeresrauschen einschlafen. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Anabela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns abends noch mit in die Stadt genommen und alles gezeigt. Wir hatten wunderschöne Weihnachtstage mit Kamin etc. Es war wunderbar ruhig. Die Cela Bar war geschlossen.

I had an incredible time at Gigi house! From the moment I arrived, Gigi was super welcoming and made me feel right at home. The place was even better than the pictures – the sunsets need to be lived, it was perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring, and the had everything we needed. The pool and the sauna are TOP! The place was spotless and super comfy. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and I loved the little touches like the welcome basket. All in all, I can’t wait to come back!

Wir haben mehrere Tage auf Pico verbracht. Das Haus ist gut zu erreichen, liegt aber in einer ruhigen Gegend. Zum nächsten Supermarkt oder Restaurant muss man ein bisschen fahren. Der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer durch das riesige Panoramafenster ist traumhaft schön und genau wie auf den Bildern. Das Haus war in einen makellosen Zustand, sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Liegen im Wohnzimmer und das Bett sind ausgesprochen bequem. Auf der Veranda vor dem Haus kann man wunderbar frühstücken mit Blick aufs Meer. Parken direkt vor der Unterkunft ist kein Problem. Ein wirklich beeindruckend schönes Haus!

Stunning location!! One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I’ve stayed. Peaceful setting of the most beautiful ocean views. We had a great time exploring Pico and Faial. Thank you for your kind hospitality. We look forward to another visit to the beautiful Azores!

Wir hatten einige Probleme mit der Anreise (probleme mit der Fluglinie). Wir wollten jedoch umbeding nach Pico und zu Helia. Die Kommunikation war super und hat immer gut funktioniert. Wollen gerne wiederkommen. Pico ist wondervoll und durch die Behausung hatten wir die Möglichkeit zu entspannen. Wir sind sehr spät erst angekommen. Helia hat uns doch selbst begrüßt und Frühstück für den ersten Tag war auch vorhanden (konnten nichts einkaufen). Danke

Schitterende accommodatie, zeer hoogwaardige afwerking, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt van keuken, living, badkamer tot BBQ. Zou zeker opnieuw boeken. Klein minpuntje, accomodatie is veel hoogwaardiger dan de buurt waarin het gelegen is.

This peaceful, private home is down a paved road about 1.3 miles from the main rd. At the end of the remote drive you will find only 2 homes separated with grape vines and stone walls. There are 2 lounge chairs and wicker seating with a table for outside with very pretty gardens created around you. The views are stunning of sao jorge and if you are lucky enough to get some rain you will have your own waterfall to the west of the house!. The house is cozy warm from the wood stove in October with plenty of dry wood and fire starters. We loved the sunroom mostly as an open air detached space with lots is candles and the crashing waves. Bring groceries on your first day, closest town is about 15 minutes away. We had requested one additional and Carlos arrived in 30 minutes. Recommend 4 wheel drive. The experience will be once in a lifetime…
