Andi and Hayden are great hosts and the space was perfect for us (3 couples). The farmhouse is beautifully decorated, with a fantastic kitchen and comfy beds, and we enjoyed the hot tub and all of the little extras, like robes and breakfast fixings. Thanks again!

This place is amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. We stayed here for a week at the end of August and this cottage is set on the most amazing lake which is perfect for swimming and all water activities. They provided everything you could really think of like bedding, towels and laundry facilities. Every single evening we were surrounded by deer as they come onto the property to eat which was incredible to see. Would highly suggest this cottage to anybody looking for a week in paradise. Great atmosphere, very friendly and easygoing staff. Private and quiet relaxation mixed into a friendly fun community. The amenities like the dvd collection, board game collection and games room were an incredible bonus. We visited during a very treacherous snowfall and staff kept the roadways and paths cleared as well as clearing around our vehicles.

My husband and I and our 2 kids stayed at Amanda's for a week stay. It was a lovely cottage, very comfortable and cozy on a beautiful lake. Having access to kayaks canoe, paddle boat made the stay great, along with the hot tub was a great bonus. The cottage instructions were helpful to better plan the trip, and Amanda and Cindy were very responsive. A lovely stay for some rest and relaxation with family.

We took a few days to experience winter wonderful and we got this at this lovely cottage. Coming from the GTA area, looking for a peaceful cottage, this was a welcoming space. We thank Chris for allowing us to decompress and just enjoy a bit of winter before spring comes!

Aileen was very friendly and communicative, as well as extremely helpful! She was very accommodating and flexible during an ice storm by letting us stay a few hours after check out to wait for the storm to pass. The space was private and cozy. There were a lot of outdoor activities to do in the property as well. We had a great weekend and would definitely book again in the future!

We all had a great time at Christie’s Cottage. We spent most of our time at the lake because of the view and water activities that you can do there. Also, Christie is easy to communicate and answer all my questions promptly. A real cottage experience! We will be back for longer stay!

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay here. It was truly an escape that we got to experience. Great hosts, great place, great atmosphere! The only knock I think I have is that the photos do not do justice!! This place was homey and beautiful, not to say the photos aren’t that but they don’t do it justice! We will surely be back if we’re in Bancroft again!!

Beautiful spot for a quiet family getaway with our geriatric mastiff. They had everything we needed for wet March weather with a 145lb dog. We look forward to going back in the summer as it looks perfect for lakeside fun as well!

Perfect little cabin for a quiet vacation. This was our second stay here, and we love how peaceful the space is. It's very cosy, with all the amenities you need for a get away.

This cottage was breathtaking! We spent so much time on the deck and the dock enjoying the view! So peaceful and beautiful! The kayak was amazing for exploring the narrows and nearby lakes. The cottage road was lovely for hikes and for runs. What an amazing spot to get away from city life and spend time breathing in the fresh air! Highly recommend and would definitely come back! Robyn was a great host - quick to respond and make everything perfect!

What an amazing stay. The property was beautiful and clean, and the hosts were super helpful. A very nice location too. We were able to get to popular trails in 15-20 minutes. It was an awesome stay and we would definitely recommend this listing to others.

This is our third time staying at the Cedars and it was amazing as always! Such a cozy, peaceful spot for our family of 4. Loved the wintry landscape and warmth of the cottage. Beautiful views of the lake. Beds were super cozy and the bathrooms were pristine! Only a 20 minute drive to Sir Sam’s ski resort, which we ventured to as well. The outdoor sauna was a fantastic addition, especially after a day of skiing! Ashley is a fantastic host who is always available and responsive if needed. We wish we had stayed longer! Thanks Ashley and Peter! We will be back for sure! :)

It definitely exceeded our expectations!! Such a cozy and beautiful place. It’s so well thought of because there were games, utensils, books and more. Debbie was quick to respond and suggested great things to do around. A hidden gem for sure. Would highly recommend and return to this place.

Don's place is magical. we truly didn't want to leave. The location is great, close to what you may need to get but more importantly, it was peaceful, serene and private. The most beautiful decorated cabin. We will definitely be booking again!

Everything was great. Gail was very helpful in communication and putting signs on the property to make sure we find it easily given there was a lot of snowfall. It's a very cozy studio.

Great stay, great location! Perfect for two couples and three young kids. Could see Calabogie Peaks through the trees. Nice big open space to hang out with a huge dining room table for dinners and games. Highly recommend this place. Also Gord was really quick to respond! The only thing I could say I wish was a bit better, were the mattresses. But I think that ‘s my complaint at almost every air bnb. Will stay again!
