Beautiful views, great terrace and pool plus the hot tub was unmissable. Clean spaces and air conditioning made sleeping possible in the heat. Lovely location and surroundings whilst being close to Palau with shops and restaurants if you can pull yourself away from the terrace.

There is much to say about how special Damaride’s place is, from their beautiful estate, surroundings and attention to detail, to the way they communicated, and how friendly they are. The property is very private, which requires driving on small and unpaved roads to reach, but don’t let this deter you. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow if you have GPS. The closest town for supplies is only a 15 minute drive away. You will be rewarded with a very cozy space, which is even better in real life than the photos, blending modern day luxuries seamlessly with nature. The pool area is a highlight of the property, beautifully built and maintained. The outdoor areas including the dining area on the deck is a great for relaxing and having meals. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has everything you need to cook full meals. Nala the German Shepherd and the cats are fun. This has been an incredible experience and a highlight of my Italian trip. Grazie mille!

Daniela is a friendly host. The instructions she gave were so clear. Any time we texted her she replied us so quickly. The house is located in the country-yard, the place is so peaceful. In 20-30 min by car you can go to famous beaches of Porto Rotondo, Porto Cerco and Baja Sardinia. We enjoyed our stay.

O locație superbă , m-am așteptat să fie un vibe bun , dar nu chiar atât . Piscină superbă , grădina , peisajul . Oricând aș reveni la acest loc de basm . Prețurile sunt ca peste tot ( scumpe ) , dar priveliștea impresionantă . Vă mulțumesc pentru găzduire și seriozitate .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Stefanos Haus. Er hat sofort auf jede Anfrage geantwortet und will das Beste für seine Gäste. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr erfreulich, dass auch Badetücher und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand zur Verfügung stehen. Aber besser noch als am Strand zu liegen ist es die Terrasse zu genießen. Wir haben uns auch sehr über den täglichen Besuch der kleinen Hunde und der Katze gefreut.

Parfait ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Antonella, son mari Silvio et sa maman (que nous avons rencontrée avec plaisir lors du départ) sont d'une très grande gentillesse et font tout leur possible pour que leurs hôtes se sentent comme chez eux. La communication a été parfaite. La maison (qui est très facile d'accès) est vraiment super (encore mieux que sur les photos !) : de belles grandes pièces lumineuses, très bien équipées et d'une propreté irréprochable. L'environnement est très beau et la situation de la maison permet de visiter facilement tout le nord de la Sardaigne. Ne pas manquer de réserver une table à la ferme Lu Stabbiacciu (à 5km de la maison), nous nous sommes régalés et avons passé une super soirée dans une ambiance familiale et italienne ! Bref, nous recommandons vivement cette location et remercions vivement Antonella pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons...

We had a very good time there. We love the surroundings and pool area. It’s so quiet and beautiful there. Dishwasher and washing machine are a plus. Simona and her Family are really nice hosts. We will definitely recommend.

Alloggio accogliente immerso in un paesaggio suggestivo. Casa molto curata nei minimi dettagli e proprietari molto gentili ed accoglienti. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare in questa struttura per i molteplici servizi che offre :) Unico punto che ci terrei a sottolineare e’ che la stradina per accedere è sterrata quindi puo’ risultare difficile accedere se non si ha una macchina con l’assetto basso. Nel nostro caso non abbiamo avuto alcun problema :)

Traumhaftes Grundstück und wunderschön angelegt! Entzückende Cottages ohne viel Schnickschnack inmitten der Natur dazu eine Pool-Landschaft mit Outdoorküche, die wir täglich genossen haben. Der Paddel-Tennisplatz ist Luxus in top! Super! Mehrere Strände mit dem Auto in 20 min erreichbar, Restaurants in 10 min. Die Gastgeber wohnen ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück und sind bei Bedarf zur Stelle und geben Tipps. Ansonsten ist man sehr frei und privat auf dem Grundstück. Es war eine herrliche entspannte Woche - wir werden das allmorgendliche Schwimmen im Pool und die relaxten Zeiten dort im Outdoorbereich vermissen …

Super einfache und schnelle Kommunikation. Schnelle Reaktion und Behebung eine Mangels am Pool- Filterpumpen liefen nicht. Haus befindet sich ca 15 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

La casa di Federico è molto accogliente, ha un giardino carino e rilassante. La casa è vicino a bellissime spiaggie e a tutte le comodità.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, well-located, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We also appreciated being able to check out later due to the time change. Plus, Piero was always easy to reach and happy to help with any questions. One thing to keep in mind is that many places are closed during the off-season.

The communication with Ivano was great from beginning to end. He is a lovely, very accommodating host. The house is great (just like it looks on the photos) and it was sparkling clean. Ivano left multiple drinks and snacks that were all delicious! This Airbnb is outfitted with all you need, but everything has its place, so there is zero clutter. The garden is simply spectacular and since there is so much privacy, you can leave the living room door open all day long! The bed is EXTREMELY comfortable & the house is very quiet, so restful sleep is guaranteed! The bathroom and the kitchen are great size, the water pressure is fantastic. The location is ideal: both the town and the beaches are a quick 5-10 minute drive away. I loved my stay here and could not recommend it more highly! Thank you very much, Ivano! 💝

We spent 5 days, and we had an amazing experience. The home was well furnished and clean. Plenty of space for 4 adults, as well as well functioning air conditioning, which was necessary with the heat! The location was absolutely perfect. The view across from the patio was well worth the money. Easy access to the beach across the street, as well as a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets and anything else you might need in the downtown of Cannigione. Marina was a great host. She was super responsive via text and was able to provide easy instructions as well as great recommendations. I would recommend staying here!
