Davide is a great host who understands clients needs. The place itself is awesome, well located with a incredible view and scenery. Nothing better for that price in all of North Sardinia.

I can’t recommend Clara’s apartment enough! We are already planning our next trip back! From the stunning views on the terrace, to the comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room, to the well-equipped kitchen, to having a washer/dryer, to the easy and free parking, to the convenient location…this place had everything we were longing for. It was a perfect long wknd in Porto Cervo. Clara was awesome and a pleasure to communicate with. :) thank you!!

The location was perfect, quiet, in a residential area but an easy walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. The apartment was as per the photos and super clean. Carmen was very responsive and provided some suggestions for the area. We were only there 2 nights but I wish we had stayed longer.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern in der Unterkunft und sehr zufrieden. Es war sehr ruhig und ein wunderschöner Ausblick , eine tolle Terrasse und die Küche war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und bei Problemen super schnell zu erreichen. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, dass es insgesamt etwas muffig war bzw. die Luftfeuchtigkeit hoch. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

Wie hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der sehr netten Wohnung von Valentina. Der Blick vom Balkon ist super und innerhalb weniger Gwhminuten ist man am Strand. Aktuell ist der Strand in der Besucheranzahl limitiert - man sollte versuchen vorher Tickets (3,50€/Person&Tag) zu buchen. Das Zentrum von Santa Teresa ist ebenso schnell und gut zu erreichen. Besonders hat uns auch die Gastfreundschaft von Valentina gefallen. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Wohnung war mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt - danke nochmal dafür!

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Very enjoyable stay. The apartment suited our needs very well. The views are indeed superb - very nice to sunbathe in the garden rather than go down to the beach.

Atemberaubend! Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhausanlage. Es ist ein italienisch traditionell rustikales Ferienhaus. Wenn man es betritt, fühlt man sich wie bei einer italienischen Großfamilie, obwohl natürlich keine dort ist. Es ist gemütlich und einladend. Wenn sich die Eingangstür öffnet, hast du sofort einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf eine türkisfarbene Bucht. Wir wurden freundlich von einer Verwalterin begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Kommunikation mit Valeria selbst war überaus freundlich und engagiert. Man hat deutlich gespürt, dass sie sich sehr für das Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert. Die Umgebung mit ihren vielen Buchten und der Insel La Maddalena war wunderschön und auch das Gebirge war nicht weit, so dass wir nicht nur baden konnten, sondern auch wandern waren. Wir bekamen von Valeria viele Tipps für gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Was soll ich viel schreiben - es war toll und wir kommen wieder!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Schöne, moderne Wohnung, hübsch eingerichtet, toller Ausblick auf den Hafen. Die Klimaanlage (Heizung) im Wohnraum war außer Betrieb. Vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung geht es etliche Meter und 50 Stufen aufwärts. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, ohne Auto schlecht zu erreichen.

Die Unterkunft ist toll für einen Aufenthalt im Nord-Osten der Insel. Man kann von dort aus viele schöne Strände mit dem Auto erreichen, man kann aber auch zu Fuß zu den drei Stränden von Palau selbst gehen oder mal eben rüber fahren nach La Maddalena! Die Unterkunft selbst ist super schön, wie auf den Bildern und vor allem ruhig und entspannt. Leider war bei uns das Geschirr nicht richtig sauber, das lag aber nicht an Caterina, sondern unseren Vormietern! Ansonsten war es super sauber und alles in bester Ordnung. Die Parksituation ist nicht so einfach. Mit Glück kann man vor dem Haus parken, wenn das nicht klappt, kann man das Auto aber „oben“ im Ort, also weit weg von der Fähre ganz gut parken. Es gibt insbesondere beim Spar einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, den man zu Fuß echt gut erreichen kann. Von daher kann man mögliche Parkprobleme auch immer ganz gut lösen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft eine große Empfehlung!

Eulalia’s place was amazing. A lovely little spot within walking distance to the beach and the nearby town of Caggnione. Eulalia had left a well stocked fridge of water, beer and yoghurts. She also provided lots of good recommendations for things to see and do and some local restaurants - we ate at two she recommended and they didn’t disappoint. Would definitely come back here again.

Een fantastische plek om met je gezin of een vriendengroep te verblijven. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is duidelijk aandacht besteed aan een fijne inrichting binnen én buiten. De buitenruimte is prachtig aangelegd en goed onderhouden. De host Nadine reageert snel en vriendelijk op vragen en geeft tips voor restaurants en uitstapjes. Een auto is erg aan te bevelen. Wij hebben het geweldig naar onze zin gehad!

We loved Villa Ivy and how easy it was to check in. Antonella was waiting to welcome us on arrival, sharing ideas for best beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the nearest beach and walking into Palau for dinner and the ferry across to the island - well worth a trip. The supermarket is also really close.

Federica is wonderful and so helpful. It is my third time staying in this complex and I have loved it every time.

Wir waren ein Woche in dem schönen Apartment. Es sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos und man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen von Porto Pozzo. Im Dorf selber gibt es einige Restaurants, ein Mietwagen ist jedoch auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen um die schönen Strände in der Nähe zu erkunden. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen 😊

Tomasina hat und sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen. Der Check-in durften wir etwas früher antreten. Sie antwortete immer schnell auf meine Nachrichten und gab uns wertvolle Tipps. Rundum super versorgt. Das Appartement ist wirklich sehr schön und gut gelegen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Wir können das Appartement von Tomasina und Franco wärmstens empfehlen. Vista mozzafiato e alloggio con tutte le comodità. Martina molto disponibile e gentile, pronta a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta e Giancarlo, che ci ha accolti e portati alla casa, persona molto cordiale e fin da subito disponibile per ogni evenienza. Esperienza da 5 stelle, già consigliato e ritorneremo sicuramente.

The flat is perfect for short or long stay in Golfo Aranci. There is everything you need in thé kitchen, the bathroom is clean. It is possible to go to 3 différent beaches by foot and do shopping. Restaurants in thé area.

Questo appartamento è senza dubbio il migliore in cui sia mai stato. Le dimensioni e la distribuzione degli spazi colpiscono, rendendolo molto comodo e accogliente. L’arredamento è incantevole, con uno stile moderno ed elegante che valorizza davvero l’atmosfera del luogo. La cucina è spaziosa e funzionale, perfetta per preparare pasti senza problemi. La posizione è ideale, vicino a tutto ciò che serve, e la vista dall’appartamento è semplicemente splendida. L’host è stato molto collaborativo e sempre rapido nel rispondere. Ha reso il soggiorno davvero piacevole, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un’esperienza senza problemi e con un host eccellente.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno a casa di Mattia , eravamo in 4 adulti . Abitazione graziosa , funzionale e pulitissima. Ottima posizione per visitare l ‘ arcipelago della Maddalena e in generale le zone turistiche del nord della Sardegna . Gentilissi e sempre disponibili sia Mattia che sua mamma ( ci hanno anche fornito ombrellone e lettino). Consigliatissimo.

Gloria ist 100% zuverlässig, organisiert und hat an alles gedacht! Sie gibt Tipps Märkten und benachbarten Orten. Sie antwortet sofort oder in wenigen Minuten! Die Lage ist perfekt zum erholen und man kann sich nach Ausflügen in das schnuckelige Apartment zurückziehen und den herrlichen Ausblick zu jeder Tageszeit genießen! Der Supermarkt ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und hat typisch sardische aber auch überregionale Produkte zu günstigen Preisen! Alle Menschen der Umgebung waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zwei Restaurants in der nächsten Nähe! Ich kann den Yachting Club Vela Blu empfehlen, der sehr schön ist und man die Pizza auch zum Apartment mitnehmen kann. Ich habe 6 Badebuchten und Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe besucht. Es gibt aber noch unzählige Badebuchten und Strände. Rotondo und Golfo Aranci sind 10 min. mit dem Auto! Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Tutto Fantastico!
