Realmente volvería a contratar esta casa, sin dudarlo. Es muy amplia, cómoda para la cantidad de personas ( 8). Super bien ubicada, a 30 metros de la playa y a 200 metros aproximadamente del pueblo. La vista es un sueño, desde cualquier ambiente de la casa, sobre todo desde la terraza donde pasamos gran parte del tiempo. Pasamos 7 días inolvidables en familia. La cocina super bien equipada La atención de Matteo fue espectacular, siempre dispuesto a responder rápidamente nuestras consultas y solicitudes. Nos colocaron reposeras y sillas nuevas de jardín, pedí un secador de pelo y me lo entregaron el mismo día. No tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento para Matteo, realmente un gran anfitrión. Espero volver a ese lugar paradisíaco.

Nous avons été ravis de séjourner trois nuits chez Franck qui est un hôte très sympathique et toujours disponible. Son logement était impeccable et très bien équipé comme le montre les photos. La grande terrasse permet de se relaxer agréablement. Excellent rapport qualité prix, je recommande fortement !

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Wir waren mit der Kommunikation und mit der Sauberkeit und der hochwertigen Ausstattung des Hauses sehr zufrieden! Der Blick in den Hafen hat Flair und ist spannend. Der Fluglärm hat uns nicht so gefallen. Maria Maddalena ist sehr herzlich!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Cécile! L emplacement, le goût pour une décoration non conventionnelle et le jacuzzi avec la cuisine d été nous a comblé ! Nous n oublierons pas la rencontre avec le chef des lieux Jean-Marc, un homme acceuillant et généreux avec qui nous nous sommes bien entendus :-)

Loved the location of the holiday home amongst the pines, with a glimpse of the sea. Beach very convenient only 10mins or so away. The holiday home is spacious inside, and we often used the dining table and "egg" chair on the covered patio area outside too. There were some very nice 'welcoming' touches - juice, milk, mini brioches, coffee pods, and even a bottle of bubbly, for us to have! Check-in went smoothly, even though we arrived very late, and Monica was lovely. We were also able to check out late which was very much appreciated! It would have been nice if some more basics could have been provided for our short stay e.g. tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, tissues, matches/lighter for candles. Also towel & bed linen hire (expensive) had to be paid in cash along with the deposit & cleaning fee - these should just be included as part of the fee paid on AirBnB. But these are minor niggles and didn't detract from our overall stay, we would defo stay again!

Es war sehr schön und Luigi hat sich super schnell und freundlich um alles gekümmert. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts einen Defekt der Geschirrspülmaschine. Der Elektriker kam umgehend vorbei und hat innerhalb von wenigen Stunden eine neue Maschine eingebaut. Wirklich top! Die Wohnung ist genau so schön, wie auf den Bildern und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Aufpassen, sollte man mit dem Stromanschluss: Nicht zu viele Geräte gleichzeitig benutzen, sonst fliegt die Hauptsicherung raus. Im April ist es noch schön ruhig in Palau - der Pool war schon in Betrieb aber noch sehr kalt.

Schöne, moderne Wohnung, hübsch eingerichtet, toller Ausblick auf den Hafen. Die Klimaanlage (Heizung) im Wohnraum war außer Betrieb. Vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung geht es etliche Meter und 50 Stufen aufwärts. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, ohne Auto schlecht zu erreichen.

Die Kommunikation mit Michele ist bestens und vor Ort steht Paolo zur Verfügung. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr angenehmer, ruhiger und gepflegter Umgebung. Es ist gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Eine sehr gepflegte Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen ist in ca. 2 min erreichbar und eine wunderschöne Badebucht erreicht man über einen kleinen Weg in ca. 5 Minuten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We loved Villa Ivy and how easy it was to check in. Antonella was waiting to welcome us on arrival, sharing ideas for best beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the nearest beach and walking into Palau for dinner and the ferry across to the island - well worth a trip. The supermarket is also really close.

Super logement, très bien aménagé, tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Hôtes chaleureux et accueillants. Merci pour ces belles vacances !

Quel merveilleux endroit ! Une vue spectaculaire, une douceur infinie , une atmosphère cinématographique. Tout est parfait . La qualité des produits du petit déjeuner est irréprochable , l’accueil au bar très sympa , tout est réuni pour un séjour inoubliable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Monroe - many thanks to Silke and Cinzia for making our stay so enjoyable and in particular to Silke for heating the swimming pool during variable weather in October - a lifesaver with three young children! The villa is well located near San Teodoro town. The swimming pool is well sized, heated and the outdoor terrace is fantastic for eating and relaxing. Bedrooms are all en suite and comfortable. Because we visited out of season (UK October half term), several restaurants and most beach bars in the local area were closed for the season - this didn’t matter as there are lots of great restaurants in Olbia (Essenza Bistrot in Michelin Guide is superb and very child friendly) but still a consideration if going out of season. We really enjoyed Lu Impostu and Spiaggia Cala Sassari (further afield near Golfo Aranci). We would definitely recommend.

Malgré notre réservation tardive, Alexandre a pris le temps de nous donner toutes les informations utiles pour notre séjour. Le maison est tres bien équipée et joliment décorée. Dans un lotissement encore en construction mais calme et tres bien située. Super sejour en famille.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Silvia’s place! The location is to die for. Gorgeous views, walkable to loads of restaurants and shops along with multiple beaches. It just could not have been any better of a location! Silvia is very friendly and accommodating- she had excellent recommendations even top choices for my daughter who has coeliac disease. Probably one of our favourite vacation spots ever. I hope to be able to come back and stay again some day!

A beautiful location!!! The view from the rear of the property was spectacular. Very compact and comfortable apartment with a lovely outside sitting area. The grounds are really well managed and very pretty. A car is necessary as only a cafe and restaurant within walking distance, but the village is a great base to explore the surrounding area. Pool is wonderful and very clean. Would highly recommend!

Roberta was a great host, very accommodating when we needed a favour with a late check out owing to a traveller getting ill. The place is perfect for watersports with an ideal garden for drying gear and a very short drive to the beach. A great stay!

Very good and fast communication with Claudia. We visited in week 42, 2024, where the weather was sunny and 23-24 degrees Celcius. The terrace has splendid view towards the sea in two directions and it’s really picturesque. We were almost the only visitors in “Residence le Rocce” which is a residential holiday complex with approx. 20-30ish individual homes/apartments. The home is located in walking distance to the beach where there’s restaurants and a small shopping area. The local supermarket just outside the residence could definitely be better, but that’s a 1st world problem 🙃 The beach is fantastic with pure sand and crystal clear water. We enjoyed the off-season quietness although 3 restaurants closed for the season during our stay in week 42, so if you visit later in year, you must be prepared for relatively few eating out possibilities.

Mega tolle Wohnung. Wir waren begeistert. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Wir haben unsere nächste Unterkunft storniert und den Aufenthalt verlängert. Wir nannten es Peter Pan Haus. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind: kein Wlan, viele private Gegenstände vom Gastgeber vor Ort und untransparente Preispolitik. Es wird nicht wie bei anderen Airbnbs pro Appartment verrechnet sondern pro Gast. Ansonsten die Wohnung der Hammer!

Golfo Aranci is stunning. The apartment was in a great location to explore it. It was very reasonably priced and spotlessly clean. Check in was super easy. Highly recommend.

Der Aufenthalt bei Silvia war wirklich super. Die Lage des Appartments ist super schön und sehr gut gelegen um sich viel schöne Strände und Orte ansehen zu können. Wir durfen uns bei Silvia immer melden und sie hat uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen zu Restaurants und schönen und vorallem sehenswerten Orte gegeben. Unser Sardinien Urlaub war rundum super und sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Francesco, la vue et l’environnement sont magnifiques et notre hôte a toujours répondu présent. Sachez qu’hors saison il y a beaucoup de restaurants et de services fermés, mais si vous y allez pour trouver du calme, vous serez servis!
