La casa de Sole es aún más hermosa de lo que se ve en las fotos. Estaba impecable cuando llegamos y fue lindo encontrar agua y algunas cosas dulces que nos recibieron luego del largo viaje, La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer costa esmeralda en auto y playas hermosas y de fácil acceso están muy cerca, Tiendas de todo tipo están a 3 minutos en coche Todo estaba impecable! Gracias por recibirnos!

Antonio hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen! Der Ort und die Lage des Hauses sind zauberhaft und sehr idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und das Haus hat ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Jacopo ! L’appartement est très beau, avec une vue incroyable sur le port et très paisible ! Jacopo nous a également permis de passer un très bon séjour grâce à son accueil et ses recommandations, merci encore 😊

We had such a wonderful stay at the house, Tonino and Maddalena made us feel so welcome and gave us great tips for the area! We loved sitting under the olive trees and enjoyed the cosy house. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and we slept very good. Thanks again for having us and being so nice and helpful ☺️

Wir haben mit unserem Hund etwas ruhiges gesucht und waren sehr happy mit der Lage, dem Garten und der ruhigen Umgebung. Vor allem ist es eine schöne und moderne Unterkunft, wo wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Moderne Küche, tolle Ausstattung sogar mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Raffaela ist ein wirklich sehr netter Kontakt und immer erreichbar. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank! Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter und kommen auch selbst gerne wieder!

If you’re looking for a super casual beach vacation this is it. The beach is right across the street! Hose in back to rinse sand off before coming up stairs to apt. Stefano was an excellent communicator. He bent over backwards! I asked about the mattress because I have very sensitive back, not to mention it’s my life’s work (quality mattresses) so they added a topper to the firm bed to help me out. The 2 cozy restaurants/bars across the street are great. (Better if you can speak more Italian) Two grocery stores; short drive. The wine in the stores there is great; shocked at the value. You can literally find good wine and even sparking wines for under $5 €. I loved the stove! Pans could be upgraded but served the purpose. no dishwasher but only two of us and good drying rack. parking was dicey but they accommodated by letting us have their spot (back lot under construction). Landlord (lower unit) was very nice and their pups sweet. I loved my daily Bruce-y kisses. 🥰🥂💛 Saluti!

Notre séjour a été très agréable dans la maison de Paola, nous avons tout ce qu’il faut à disposition dans la maison… Jouets de plage pour les enfants, vélos, une magnifique terrasse au calme et une douche extérieur très appréciable au retour de la plage. Le village est à 10min de marche ou 5min en vélo tout comme l’accès à la plage. La plus grande ville Olbia est à 10min de route pour pourvoir faire plus de courses et surtout profiter des nombreux restaurants et autres activités. Je vous conseille sans hésiter ce logement.

Très bon séjour chez Valeria et Alberto. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication de la part de Valeria qui nous a donné plein de conseil sur les endroits à visiter, restaurants, marchés… Tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine était là. L’appartement était très propre et la résidence sécurité. A 10min à pied nous étions sur la petite promenade du centre ville avec des jeux pour enfants. Tout était parfait, merci encore. 😊

Nous étions 2 couples et avons passé 4 jours dans l’appartement. Accueil chaleureux de Laurence qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour l’organisation, les restaurants et les activités. L’appartement est très bien placé, calme, confortable et la terrasse est exceptionnelle ! L’appartement est bien équipé et c’était appréciable d’avoir des produits et aliments de base. Comme beaucoup de logements dans la haute ville ce n’est pas accessible en voiture, il faut prévoir de se garer assez loin et porter les valises. Il faut également être en forme pour monter les étages (marches assez raides) mais cela vaut le coup pour profiter de cette ville magnifique!

We stayed for 7 nights and we really liked the place, super calm, near the marina and the shopping center (walkable distance ) huge area where you can buy groceries, do shopping and eat fast local food. The home is ideal for 2/3 persons max, great garden, clean. The location is a bit far from the city center for those who don’t have a car or love walking, it could be an issue For us it wasn’t a problem I would definitely come back next time

The loft is a fun place to stay. The view of the harbor from the living room is great; the sunny terrace off the kitchen is a comfy spot on a chilly winter day; the main-floor living space is perfectly designed, comfortable, and livable; and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your own meals and snacks. The bedroom is a bit tough to negotiate (because of the low ceiling height), but it is a fun space once you get into it. You need to be ready for steep and uneven stone stairs up to the apartment and for an uphill hike from the parking lot, but that’s all part of staying in a village that was an ancient hilltop fortress. It is a big part of the charm of Bonifacio! Steffe and Julien were great hosts. They answered our questions quickly, provided great local recommendations, and made sure the apartment had everything needed for a relaxing stay. This should be the go-to choice for anyone who wants a real Bonifacio experience!

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer . Merci à Laurence et son conjoint pour l’accueil et leurs bons conseils . Un appartement très beau, propre , bien équipé. Nous avons adoré être dans Bonifaccio et de pouvoir partir en promenade depuis l’appartement . On recommande !

grazie Romina per la tua accoglienza e disponibilità, per la nostra settimana di vacanze abbiamo avuto a disposizione tutto ciò che occorre. la zona è davvero eccellente per godere del mare, per spostarsi in macchina e per raggiungere il centro di san Teodoro. tutti i servizi sono a prossimità. un punto in più è per l'accessibilità ad un aria ecologica all' interno della residenza che ti permette di non doverti preoccupare dello smaltimento dei rifiuti differenziati..aspetto che nel soggiorno precedente (non qui) mi aveva creato non pochi problemi. grazie ancora di tutto

Olbia è una cittadina molto carina e tranquilla, dal quale è facile raggiungere attrazioni e le offerte di intrattenimento non mancano. La descrizione dell'alloggio è accurata, tutto molto ordinato e pulito. Chrystelle è molto gentile, rapida e proattiva nel risolvere piccoli problemi iniziali. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e ritorneremo sicuramente in visita.

vraiment très proche de l'aéroport. 5mn à pied. Sans pour autant être derangé par le bruit. Commerces accessibles à pied également. C'était parfait pour notre dernier jour en Sardaigne.

Great location, very peaceful in September. Shame that other guest of other properties need to pass through the outdoor space to get in and out.

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Charlotte a été particulièrement accueillante et bienveillante. L’appartement était tres bien situé, très propre, bien aménagé, parfaitement équipé et avec une literie confortable. Un petit supermarché avec tout le nécessaire (y compris le pain) se trouve au pied de l’immeuble. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

Our stay was perfect! Aggie and Magda (cohost) were very friendly and provided all the helpful information. Apartment is beautiful, close to the breathtaking beaches, stores, etc. we enjoyed it so much!

J'ai passé un séjour Extraordinaire dans le logement d'Aurélie. La communication a été fluide, précise et réactive pour l'arrivée et le départ. Ca fait du bien et ça mérite d'être souligné car cela n'a pas toujours été le cas sur d'autres voyages. La résidence est très agréable, propre et moderne (à peine un an). Calme également mais c'est l'hiver. Le logement est juste magnifique. La cuisine est moderne, hyperfonctionnelle et l'électroménager est d'excellente qualité. Très pratique l'arrière cuisine. La décoration est dans l'air du temps et de très bon goût. Tout le confort est là : Internet avec un excellent ping et débit, canapé de salon et d'extérieur confortable, TV, douche à l'italienne. On voit que la literie est neuve et d'un confort remarquable J'ai pu profiter sur les conseils avisés d'Aurélie de magnifique randonnées en bord de mer, du marché de Noël de Bonifacio, de plages méconnues et de bonnes adresses locales. J'ai hâte de revenir aux beaux jours... Merci Aurélie

Erik' place is a fabulous well furbished and equipped apartment. it stands out for the great cenrtal location that enables you to reach the beach (no more free since 2024) by walking while being at the heart of the village for pleasant evenings (however if you need quieter places i recommend places far form the center) Erik is a fantastic host: super responsive, clear and open to any request. his local support for cleaning and last mile requests is super I have already been in santa teresa several times but this time i was in the best location for my personal needs (a family of 5 plus 2 hosts for few days) many thanks to Erik again for making this holiday special!
