Big house, it’s bigger than the pictures and was perfect for our large working group. Plenty of separate space for everyone to have their own space.

Thank you Amy for providing such a beautiful house in such a stunning location. The front porch overlooking the water was very well used! We had a fabulous long weekend with our friends. Will definitely come back. Thank you.

I had an amazing stay!!!!! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. This location could not be better, but inside you feel completely separate from the busy street outside. It was a perfect respite from the heat and felt like a complete oasis during our fabulous stay in fitzroy with beautiful linens and very comfortable bed. Incredibly responsive host as well!

Peaceful setting to wind down for a few days after a busy few weeks. Just the two of us. Was a lovely space to relax, self cater & spread out. Friendly local pub a few kms away or drive into town for shopping & eats.

We had a great stay at this location, Ali was a brilliant host and was very responsive to any question or request we had. The house itself was very nice, good air conditioning and very spacious. The house is absolutely beautiful, it is kept very clean and tidy. The outdoor pool area is great spot to relax. Very close to Ballarat so plenty of options for restaurants and food. Highly recommend.

First impressions are very important and Heather gave us a very warm welcome as soon as we arrived and showed us around. The house and its surrounds are absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We could not fault a thing! This is the best bnb we have stayed in. The house was perfectly clean. We will definitely be back!

Perfect accommodation and location for our needs. Train station was opposite, only 45 minutes into Flinders St Station. Beach was 2 minute walk. Shops behind the train station. Perfect.
