We enjoyed our time at Erics home. Was very clean and worked well for what we wanted to get out of the stay. I would recommend it. The location is good and area is safe and clean.

Sitting on the back patio was our favorite spot to relax. It was fun to watch the boats and we even seen dolphins come up in there. It was a great location to walk to the beach and to the pier. Great little spot to get away and enjoy. I would for sure go back.

Such a beautiful stay and so close to the beach! The place was equipped with everything you could need! Will definitely be staying here again!

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

We had another great stay on the beach. It was perfect for our family of 5 to enjoy the ocean, sunsets, and bonfires on the beach. The area is still working to recover from the hurricane, but the cottage was just as we remembered from last year. While it’s a bummer much of the vegetation in the back was wiped out by the storm, and the dunes are being rebuilt, this left a really great ocean view. We look forward to returning! Thanks for sharing this piece of paradise with our family!

Before our arrival Lysette texted us all the information we needed. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Helene we couldn't come. Lysette kept us updated on the current situation so we could decide whether its safe. Cancellation was easy and Lysette was very understanding.

This place was so comfortable to live in!! We cooked, watched movies at night and never needed to touch the thermostat as the air conditioning was perfect! Pool and beach access are a dream and of course, that view!!! WOW! Thank you Tom!!

We enjoyed our stay the location, the views are spectacular. So homey and comfortable. A great place for a quite getaway but also plenty to do if you wanted to grab something to eat or sight seeing. Definitely recommend and hope to stay again son.

We stayed at Charlie’s place for a week in March. We traveled with our daughters, their husbands and families, which included a 7 month old, 1 year old, and 4 year old. When I tell you this is the perfect place for families, I am not kidding! Charlie had everything you need for the littles. On day 2 we asked if the pool could be a little warmer and he was there within 15 minutes to turn the heater up. The location was perfect. Easy access to all the beaches and too many restaurants to mention. I could go on and on, but believe me when I tell you we couldn’t have had a better week! We will be back!

My husband, daughter and I fell into this spot after the place we originally rented canceled on us at the last minute. Thomas was very responsive. We had no problem finding the place or getting inside. The key box outside the door made it VERY easy to access and we didn't have to worry about misplacing the key. House was clean, cute and just as it appeared in the photos. We enjoyed having the kitchen to prepare some of our meals. The laundry (washer and dryer) was an added bonus. It is so close to the beach! Nice to be able to walk back and forth as needed for restroom, beverage and snack needs. The pool was small but nice. Wanted more hooks in the bathrooms to hang our stuff (wet suits, towels, etc) but other than that, highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and right on the beach. Dave was very responsive and made great recommendations on local restaurants. We will definitely rent this unit again!

This was our family’s second stay at Eric’s house and it was everything that we remembered from the first! So comfortable for our family of 4- enough privacy for the teens with an amazing outdoor space for all of us to be together! From morning coffee watching the birds to evenings listening to the fish jump with fun pool time in between… we enjoyed our time and will be back!

There was four of us who went on this trip. We had a WONDERFUL TIME. We loved our condo and the location. We went e-bike riding, Kyacking, Boating, Jet Sking and Comedy Clubs. We had dinners galore! And everthing was so close to our condo. I would sugest this place to anyone! We had a blast! But more importantly, Dave took great care of us! He checked in on us to make sure we were okay. And even bought or group a bottle of Tiquilla! He was so nice. The condo was beautiful and has absolutely everything you could possibly need on a trip. We plan to stay there again in the future. I really cant say enough about this place. We had a great time.

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

Would definitely stay again. Perfect stay. No issues. Clean. No scented cleaners used. Bed and all furniture were comfortable. Air conditioner and fans worked well. Close to beach (2 blocks) and restaurants (on the same block and surrounding blocks). Parking spot with the rental was indispensable. Lovely rental.

Beautiful home with a perfect location. Lovely kitchen and decor throughout. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking in the carport and driveways. Host was responsive with any concerns throughout the week. Only note to be aware of, if you are a light sleeper, bring an eye mask. The bedrooms have shades on the windows but they are opaque, so as soon as the sun is up, you will know it.

The condo was just as expected. Beautiful, clean and in the perfect location! Beautiful view of the ocean and right across the street from all the action at Johns pass. Our family felt right at home and there was everything you needed and more for the stay. The host was very tentative and communicated well with us. Definitely will be booking again!

We had a great stay at Lisa's place! We visited Gulfport last year and loved it so much we came back. The neighbourhood is so warm and friendly. It is the perfect combination of being vibrant with activity during the day and peacefully quiet at night. Lisa's property itself is delightful! Charming decor with comfortable couches and beds. The ceiling fans were great for ventilation with open windows, which were great for getting fresh air while we slept. The walls are thick enough that while you can occasionally hear that there are other occupants in the other units, it's not loud enough to be bothersome. The backyard was a beautiful place to just sit and relax and enjoy the view or read a book, with plenty of options for sun or shade, whatever you feel like!

We came to Laurie’s place to shake off winter and it did not disappoint. The place is spotless, cozy and hosts a spectacular view and location. We will be back!
