Madeira Beach : locations de maisons de vacances

Nous avons adoré notre séjour avec notre petite famille. La maison était très très bien, propre, bien équipé, beaucoup de commodités. L’hôte était très réceptive lors des demandes… je le recommande fortement… merci beaucoup 🤩

We loved staying at Nga’s place. Sophia who we had to contact with any issues was amazing. We ran into a few problems in the beginning but she was quick to respond and take care of it. The pool was very nice. The canal really behind the house was my husband’s favorite place to relax. A lot of wildlife which he really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were very friendly. I loved the screen in porch with a tv. We definitely would stay again if we came back in this area. I can’t say enough about how great Sophia was. You can’t go wrong renting this place.

This was by far the best day we've had with Airbnb so far!! The house was so perfect for the price and the little amenities were so nice! They had yard games for kids to play and extra blow ups for the pool it was just such a lovely experience. The host was very responsive and understanding for adjustments that needed to be made or giving information I really enjoyed this stay!!

I had some trepidations when we first got there, but Yainiza was so very helpful through each and every step of our trip clearing my head of any trepidations. Of all of the times we've been to Tampa, she was by far the most quick to respond to our needs. Almost instantaneous!!!! The pool was lovely and cleans as it could have been. I'd rent this property again.

We stayed at the property for about 5 days over Spring Break. The location of the house is great but you will need a rental car to get around, many beaches, restaurants and other attractions within minutes of the home. We had small children in our group so we appreciated the gated backyard and the high lock on the sliding door in the back to get to the pool. There were plenty of towels and laundry detergent so we could wash them throughout our stay. The kitchen was pretty well equipped for our needs. Luckily, we bought some cheap plastic cups for the kids to use while we were there and we had paper plates. There was limited to no plastic wear or mixing bowls. Place was clean and lots of toiletries provided. There were no blackout curtains on the windows (usually helpful for small kids/babies nap times) We brought our own travel suction cup kind so that wasn't an issue. The thermostat was brand new but we had no idea how to work it - just call them, they're really helpful and responsive

Gisele's place was clean and just like the pictures showed. The pool area was nice with a large Weber grill and lots of chairs . There were plenty of pool rafts in the garage for our use. Grocery stores, liquor stores, and restaurants all within a short drive and some within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet and had a Catholic church within a 2 minute walk. We would definitely consider staying again!

So cute, really easy to get to and loved the pool and hot tub! Host was super nice and responsive!

This place was amazing, it was exactly what we were looking for. We have two young kids and having a pool (with a slide!) in the backyard was the perfect fit. Convenient, fun and private. We arrived late at night after a day of traveling and the fridge was stocked with food and drinks. On the counter was a full loaf of unopened bread, a batch of bananas and unopened peanut butter. It was so nice not having to worry about going grocery shopping right away. Lots of snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. The on-site laundry allowed us to pack light. We went in late March and the pool was heated to make sure the water felt nice even if it was a bit cool outside. If you’re looking for a place that is walking distance to nearby attractions, this probably is not what you’d be looking for. We went to the Florida Aquarium, Fort DeSoto, mini golfing, and to Doc Ford’s for dinner. All were between a 20-40 minute drive. Overall, amazing place and tons of fun! Phillip and Kathleen are great hosts!

This is a great space for a family or several couples. There is a well stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a lovely shaded patio. There is a lot of restaurants nearby and it is a very quick trip to downtown Tampa. Karina thought of everything!

A perfect home for our family to stay at! The pool was amazing, the linens were the most comfortable I’ve ever had and the house had great amenities. Thao was responsive and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Kim & Bob left homemade cookies which was such a nice touch. The house had everything we needed during our stay and more. They had the perfect essentials for the pools and the beach trips. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay with the best location close to the airport, shopping/malls, and south Tampa. Lovely place that was very clean and welcoming. Definitely will suggest to others!

Cute place! Place was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and comfortable. Easy to find and in peaceful neighborhood. Perfect for families or groups of 2-4 people. Ashlee was a great host and very responsive. I made the mistake of leaving a small bag behind and she worked with me to get it returned - thanks so much Ashlee I appreciate you!

The house was perfect! We had 11 adults and three small children but the house never felt crowded. The house was in excellent shape. Immaculately cleaned with comfortable beds. We couldn't ask for a much better location as the beach was only a short walk away. Last, Alan and his team were great to communicate with the entire time. When we arrived, we noticed the pack and play couldn't be found. Alan ordered a replacement immediately and it was delivered to the house the next morning. When we checked out, my wife accidentally left her engagement ring in the house. The cleaning crew found it and shipped it back to us immediately. We can't thank them enough for their kindness (not to mention their high moral character).

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink House in Dunedin. The house was clean, well maintained and had a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Location was great, just blocks from downtown with tons of restaurants and breweries to choose Erin Erin was a great host. She was proactive sharing information about the property and check-in. And she was responsive whenever we reached out. Thanks Erin for a great stay! Seth

We had a great Spring Break at Cara’s home. My 6 year old loved the mini swimming pool and my dog loved the big back yard. The beds were super comfy and the whole house was spotless! Cara was also a very friendly host and went out of her way to bring us some beach chairs and umbrella to borrow for the beach. Thank you Cara!

The house is clean and private. Nice patio and pool. Dishwasher is good. Rooms are good. The master toilet is little tight to straighten the legs. Hosts are responsive and helpful. House size is kinda small for the high pricing. Maybe it is due to the demand and the hurricane. Overall rating should be 4.5-4.8.

When our crew of 4 arrived at The Big House for our 11 days stay, we were welcomed with messages and very tasty rum cakes. We felt comfortable right away in the house and in the quiet neighbourhood. The Big House is perfectly named. The house is very spacious for 2 couples to feel they have their own space and privacy. The beds are really comfortable and the warm living room has lots of furniture for everyone. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with any utensils or appliances needed to cook wonderful meals. Great to have a laundry area too. Lynne has gone above and beyond providing anything you may need for your stay. Lynne is an excellent communicator. She answered all our messages quickly and kept us in the loop on everything. We took her suggestion to go to PJs Oyster Bar for dinner one night and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We all agree we had a wonderful stay in The Big House. If we are in Largo again, it will be the place we want to be.

Great place, quiet neighborhood. Pool was clean and a comfortable temperature. Aesthetically pleasing home with plenty of space, very comfortable. Close proximity to Indian Rocks beach. Would definitely stay again.!
