This was a great place to start our vacation. We were all impressed by the decor and very comfortable from the get go. Our kids loved the pool and we easily spent an afternoon in the backyard enjoying the scenery and bird song. The pizza oven was also a highlight of our Friday night. Our hosts were great. Very welcoming before we arrived and were quick to respond to an issue we ran into that we were able to solve very quickly. We'd love to come back again in the future and highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting!

I was here for a week for my son’s baseball tournament and I am very happy that I found Amanda’s place. It was very convenient and clean. I was only 15 minutes from my son that was staying at a hotel on the beach with his team. If we come back next year I will definitely be back and 110% recommend this place to stay. Until next time!!

Great location 2 minutes from Walmart & not far from the beach. We had a problem with the fridge not working and he had a new one delivered and paid us back for a cooler and ice. Friendly & honest! We would book again

Great little place close to the beach entrances. A little bit of a walk (not bad) to downtown shopping, pier 60, the marina and restaurants. The host was very responsive and great to work with. I would stay again!!

Loved being close to the park. Went there almost every day. Very nice centrally located spot. Visited friends in Clearwater and downtown st Pete and never had any issues with travel times

Margarettes place was wonderful. My wife and I have been doing extended stay trips for years. Her place was the best so far. There was an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived. Margarette was responsive , acted quickly and resolved the problem as quickly as she could. Would definitely recommend the home !

Stayed for 1 month in Jan '25. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Everything in kitchen and bathroom and wifi worked as advertised. The neighborhood is residential and mostly quiet including at night. Alicia, the host, was responsive and helpful when needed. The apartment does not have a lot of light, no windows in the kitchen, and the bedroom window is covered by the beds headboard. The kitchen table and office 'desk' feel child-size and too small for regular people.

My wife and I, along with our two young boys, had a great stay at Mike and Alex’s home. Their place was spotless (and I’m a clean freak) with all the amenities and then some! I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb with so many extras - fully stocked kitchen, more than enough pool toys/floaties for us and the kids, games, books, etc. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice, private setting just outside St. Pete. Thanks for a great stay!!

Colburn’s place was a wonderful stay for a vacation of my extended family. Ages 6 to 60+ had a wonderful time. Great location, a short drive to spring training games (no traffic compared to staying at Clearwater beach). The heated pool was a wonderful amenity and Colburn was quick to respond to any questions we had. Ice cream shop next door was an additional plus. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely wonderful stay and beautiful home! Description of the listing was completely accurate and all of the extra amenities were great. Having a high chair and pack and play with a mattress was perfect for our 2 year old. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with our morning coffee and the pool, and could not beat the location. Communication was quick and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

This space is special as it can accommodate so many but yet you still have your own private suite! The interior and decor are a solid 9.5 The exterior is a 8.5 Just my opinion The host is extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the home and area! Heated pool was clean and warm Lots of wildlife also

Karie and Chris's home provided a great place to get the family together. The home was spacious which gave our families plenty of privacy. The toy rooms were a hit with our grandchildren! The kitchen and grill were great. We cooked all our meals at home. The pool provided a bonus which we all enjoyed. A very enjoyable vacation made possible by their home!

Will 100% be back! The home was beautiful and felt like we were at our own private resort. Thoughtful touches throughout. To be on the water but walkable to the beach - all around an incredible week. It was private. The host was awesome, great at anticipating our needs and super responsive when needed. Takes great pride in a well maintained and updated home. Home was stocked with all that we needed. Didn’t want to leave! Hard to believe it was better in person than the photos show!

Absolutely one of the best hosts we have had. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Came over when the outdoor grill would not work, made a special trip to bring a new net for the pool, and even reached out before we arrived to see if we had a need for a stroller that she wanted to drop off. The house was very, very nice. The only area that I could see for improvement is maybe a little bit of updating to the pool area. However, our kids still really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place and the hosts!

The place was great for our girls getaway! Easy to get to the airport, Tampa, and St. Pete! Very clean and cute. I will say the fold out bed was smaller than expected but still worked for a small bed if you need one.

Our girls' beach trip was amazing because of this place! It is extremely spacious and accommodates many comfortably. The pool was very refreshing and the outdoor shower was a nice plus. The grill was also very useful and there is plenty of outdoor seating. I would recommend bringing your own beach equipment as the chairs provided were rather rusted but still got the job done. Would recommend it and stay again!

The views and tranquility of this home was absolutely breath taking. You’re able to see the sun rise and sunset from the dock as well as dolphin, manatees, and more beautiful wildlife. Linda, is a great host and extremely responsive. Thankful for all her recommendations. Anna Maria island is a beautiful clear water beach close by, we loved! Inside of the home can use some love but nothing that can’t be cleaned or bought during your stay. Thank you Linda!
