Madeira Island : locations de vacances avec balcon

Excellent base if looking to travel out to see the sights of Madeira. Less crowded than Funchal, but with everything you could ask for (bars, restaurants, bakeries, etc). The apartment itself was spectacular, a perfect place to come back to with excellent amenities and an incredible balcony view. Very clean, very clear instructions for access, and great communication from the host. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastisk fin leilighet med hele 3 romslige soverom og 2 bad. Fin beliggenhet, og havutsikt fra balkongen. Gode senger, fine bad og romslig kjøkken. En flott parkeringsgarasje også om du har bil. Sentralt ift promenaden langs sjøen. Motsatt side av sentrum ift gamlebyen. Anbefales!!

casa extremamente confortável, espaçosa, e anfitrião muito responsivo e simpático. tivemos uma situação em particular que noutros casos seríamos obrigados a pagar por danos, mesmo que acidentais, e aqui apenas nos responderam com toda a simpatia que não era necessário repor o copo partido. obrigada pela atenção prestada certamente será para voltar ☺️

beautiful apartment, nice view, really clean and such an smooth experience with everything.

We loved our two week stay at the apartment. The place was spacious with great views and well located with great restaurants nearby. It was a 40 min walk from the centre of Funchal which wasn’t a problem as we like to walk but there are frequent buses too. Our only issue was that the hot water system in the apartment didn’t work well. When we reported it a worker came out to fix it but there wasn’t much improvement. Otherwise the place was well equipped with comfortable beds and we would gladly stay there again.

Die Unterkunft hat uns super gut gefallen. Sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich. Ohhh das Bett war so groß und kuschelig. Die Wohnung ist super gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte für meine Bedürfnisse nichts. Die Küche ist der Hammer, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Hosts sind sehr nett und helfen gern weiter

The flat was exactly like the photos - well decorated and a beautiful view over the ocean. Close to groceries, great restaurants and the beach - short drive if the walk uphill is too much. Definitely glad I chose this place over some cheaper, but not as well appointed places. Only thing to note is that instructions finding and getting into the flat were not thorough enough. I did send photos and more detailed instructions to GuestReady so hopefully future renters don't get trapped, like I did, in other parts of the building. So quick tips: - the building you're looking for says "PIORNAIS RESIDENCE B1/B2" on the outside, it will not have the address listed on the outside - the elevators in this building don't give access to all flats on each floor. So you MUST take the correct elevator to reach the flat you're assigned. For this one, you need to take the elevator next to the garage door - elevator is behind a door that says "Fire Door". - car is parked on floor "-1"

Unkomplizierter Check-in. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür, selbst wenn diese mal belegt waren, gab es an der Straße immer eine Möglichkeit zu parken. Wohnung sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Lediglich das Sofa war durchgesehen, aber so oft wurde es nicht benutzt. Der Balkon hat direkten Blick aufs Meer.

We had a very comfortable stay. The house is very clean and big and very well equipped. We had a great time. Check in was easy. The house is in a great location and very close to cafés and restaurants. Everything worked fine except for the dishwasher but we have notified the host :)

Casa muito acolhedora , com uma vista incrível . recomendo

Tutto come da descrizione, se non meglio. Casa molto ampia e curata, la cucina aveva tutto il necessario. Il posteggio privato è un plus da non sottovalutare, viste le strade con poco posteggio nei paraggi.

Very nice place! Nothing fancy, but you have everything you need! Walkable to downtown! It was a bit cold the week we were there and the house has no heating. We requested some electric heaters and the host provided them the next day! One day we ran out of gas, but the next day it was fixed. Overall, nothing to complain about! I totally recommend this place! Great value for the money!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit vielen schönen Sonnenaufgängen. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und bietet einen unschlagbaren Ausblick. Für uns war es etwas frisch in der Unterkunft. Die dreckige Bettdecke wurde direkt gewechselt.

Дом внутри очень чистый, приятный. Мне всё понравилось, просторная кухня, зал на первом этаже! На втором 3 спальни просторные, всё было очень чисто! Единственный минус это дорога перед домом Спасибо!
