Madeira : locations de vacances avec borne de recharge pour véhicules électriques

There was everything we needed for 2 weeks (incl. everything for cloth washing) Location is great If travelling with toddlers - children's playground is right outside building front door and another one is within10min walking distance  Apartment is above shopping centre with grocery store, fast food restaurants, dessert shops, clothing stores, place to buy bus tickets (next to grocery store) Good for travelling by bus as bus stop is nearby and for travelling by car as appartment has space for car in underground parking lot (near garbage containers, so there were smells for a few days before containers were emptied) and driving from this location to all of the island was easy Appartment does not have air conditioning, but with closed curtains during the day and opened windows temperature inside was good. However sleeping with opened windows is not an option because there is quite a busy street with loud traffic Thank you for letting us stay a bit longer last day so our toddler could nap

So sad to leave, we will definitely be back! This place blew us away TRULY made our honeymoon in Madeira magical. The view is beyond words. The location is perfect if you plan to drive around the island—15 minutes to Funchal, 40 minutes to Fanal Forest, or just 1 minute to a secluded beach below at Faja dos Padres. (Don’t miss this on a sunny day!) We spent our days exploring and then coming back in the evening to cook our meals and relax in the hot tub. Everything was immaculately clean and beautiful, and Christina seemed to think of every single detail to make her guests feel right at home. (The kitchen was well equipped with basics like oil, salt and pepper, sugar to make cooking easy; there was a picnic basket, cooler, and umbrellas to use while adventuring the island; the wood fired grill was awesome.) The thoughtfulness of these details made us feel like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. Except this place was 100 times better. Book it! You won’t regret it.

beautiful place with great views and really nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Leonardo was a really good host with very helpful recommendations we didn't even ask for but turned out great and made great additions to our vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully finished apartment in Madeira, which perfectly balances the essence of home with holiday chic. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas and a charming garden oasis created a serene atmosphere, even in February. The private garden, accessible from both the bedroom and the lounge, was a lovely retreat, and the en-suite shower and spacious wardrobes added to our comfort, as well as a separate laundry and a water closet The location next to Mercado dos Lavradores was fantastic. The highlight of our stay was the stunning rooftop glass infinity pool, which offered breathtaking views of Funchal and the sea. This apartment provided the best self-catering experience on the island, equipped with a well-appointed kitchen, quality toiletries, and free parking. We also enjoyed the Savoy Resident Card benefits, allowing us to explore the Savoy Hotels across the island with a 20% discount. Thank you, Daniel and Madeira Nests Team. We can't wait

Carina's apartment is a great place to stay in Funchal's old town. There is a supermarket two minutes walk away, shops and restaurants are abundant and the coastline (docks, small beach, promenade) is all less then 10 minutes walk away. We found this a great place to explore Funchal from. The apartment itself is located in a quiet block which is all very well maintained and feels very safe. It was very clean and looks just like the pictures. As a couple staying for a week, it was more than ample in size. We used the kitchen to cook meals and it is well equipped for this. The bathroom is very modern and clean. The shower has good pressure and we never had any problems with the hot water supply. We would happily stay here again and we will definitely be returning to Madeira as there is so so much to do!

We had a nice stay at Rui’s place. Came with an outside covered terrace. The apt was clean and spacious for two people. Thank you for hosting us.

Tolle Unterkunft und wie auf den Bildern! Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und uns wurde bei Fragen immer schnell geholfen. Wir haben Tolle Tipps bekommen, welche wir auch ausprobieren konnten und waren begeistert. Das Apartment ist super und der Ausblick ist überragend! Die Dusche ist leider etwas beengt bei Personen über 1.75cm, aber es geht ! Die Badewanne ist nach einem Wandertag sehr entspannend. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück, da es allem im allem einfach wunderbar war! Danke Richard & Raimund

Die Unterkunft hat einen tollen Ausblick wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 20 Min. bergab in der Stadt, Bergauf empfiehlt sich ein Bus, Haltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Verkehrsanbindung ist durch die Nähe zur Autobahn sehr gut, ist aber nicht zu hören. Für einen Aufenthalt in Funchal und Umgebung sehr zu empfehlen.

Alles top! Jörg war immer erreichbar und hatte, als eine Sicherung defekt war, innerhalb von 1,5 Tagen einen Elektriker vor Ort. Spitze! Danke & absolut zu empfehlen!

Absolutely stunning stay! The views were like something out of a postcard—so picturesque, we almost didn’t want to leave. The house was spotless, and every detail was thought of: towels, blankets, shampoo, even spare wood for the outdoor barbecue. There’s AC in every room (though we didn’t need it), plus a washer, dryer, and plenty of supplies like soap and dishwasher pods. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive at all hours. The garage was a bonus, especially in the rainy weather, giving us extra comfort. The area itself is very peaceful and quiet, yet only a short 7-8 minute drive to cafes, restaurants, and shops. If I ever return to Madeira, this is where I’ll stay—no question.

What a beautiful stay in Seixal! I am so happy we chose to stay away from the house and bustle of Funchal. Even though you are on the north side you are never an hour or so away from everything on the island. This is an Airbnb meets hotel with staff on site to help with anything you need. Sofia was wonderful, cleaned the place every day, even doing our dishes. The listing says there's a washer on site, while it's not available for you to use, Sofia the on site staff does the laundry for you. Was nice to return to perfectly clean and folded laundry after a day of hiking. They drop off fresh bread every morning which is lovely (however almost too much bread for two of us :)) and a well stocked fridge, with some lovely local treats left as well. Really the only downside was the app for getting into the house was a bit glitchy for us and the hot water was hit or miss but overall an amazing stay and I highly recommend!

Het stijlvolle huis, een juweeltje op de flanken van Ponta do Sol en met infinity pool en aangrenzende bananenplantage, wordt nog maar net verhuurd en is met heel veel smaak en oog voor detail ingericht. Het uitzicht is er adembenemend en Ponta do Sol is een heel fijne uitvalsbasis om Madeira te verkennen in al zijn facetten. Gabriela is een fantastische gastvrouw die er alles aan doet om het haar gasten helemaal naar hun zin te maken. Zij en haar familie zijn heel erg attent en vriendelijk, erg vlot bereikbaar en tegelijk discreet. Wij verbleven er een weekje met gezin van vijf (17-15-11j), wat erg comfortabel was (maar te kort ;-). We komen dus heel graag nog eens terug voor de prachtige wandelingen en zouden absoluut terug bij Gabriela verblijven! De banaantjes bij het ontbijt zijn super lekker en komen gewoon ‘from tree to fork’! Via de kleine steile straatjes en trapjes wandel je in een kwartier naar beneden in het stadje waar een gezellige sfeer hangt en je lekker kan eten.

We had an amazing stay at The Okulus! The views are breathtaking! The house was perfect as pictured! We enjoyed the short walk to the quiet village restaurants, a little further walk to busier area with more restaurants and shops, and a short drive to some great hiking. We enjoyed many of Cristina’s recommendations, including Chef Philippe, who dazzled us with dinner at The Okulus. Cristina was very informative and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here if you come to Madeira!

5 Stars - A Perfect Stay in Funchal! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Funchal! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness, thoughtful decor, and breathtaking views. The space is modern yet cozy, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. We were a group of 8 adults, and the apartment worked perfectly for us. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the layout was ideal for both socializing and having privacy when needed. The location is perfect – within walking distance to the city center, but in a peaceful area where you can relax and unwind. I especially loved enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony, taking in the stunning views of the ocean and cityscape. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed and providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madeira.

Very happy with the accommodation at Carla’s apartment. She met us and had the garage door open for us to drive in. She speaks good English and gave us good instructions about the apartment. The garage is brilliant to have if you are renting a car. And the open/closing mechanism of the door is very impressive . If you are working remotely , the internet in the apartment is very good. The only negative would be the noise from the street at night. It’s a small road but used by a lot of cars as a route to get through to the main road .

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Rita is a really nice, friendly owner, who was always available to help and give advices. The location of this appartment could not be better. From the sunny balcony you will have an amazing view at the ocean and the fortress. At the corner there is the really nice bar/restaurant Barreirinha. And you are a few steps away from the centre of Funchal, but there is totally no problem with noise; it is completely quiet. The appartment is clean and nice. The shower is good, the bed is also good, although a bit small for tall people like me (1m90). You will feel like home in this fantastic appartment, would love to be back.
