Loved this place it was close to walk to the beach in less than 10 mins ! Helpful manager and caretaker, also was able to do a load of washing in the machine which was really helpful. The kitchen was just right we mostly ate out but was good for making drinks and small snacks! Thankyou so much 🙏😇

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The four of us gathered for a small catch-up, and it was an amazing experience. The private swimming pool and luxurious setup made it even more special. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had a great time. I’m already planning to visit again with my wife for our anniversary celebration, as this place feels perfect for couples rather than just a boys’ trip.

Great place to stay at an easily accesible location

I stayed here with my wife and small kids. The house was super comfortable with all the conveniences you would need. We cooked food, hosted friends, and did laundry. The AC and other appliances in all the rooms worked well. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Everything was taken care of. Vaseeharan is a great host. He was very helpful and responsive to any kind of question. He helped us organize a car for an excursion and offered all sorts of additional help. Thank you!

Excellent stay apart from strict non-veg norms. Though she won’t be cross checking by frequent unwanted visits by caretaker, only thing she demands is no non-veg inside home. Caretaker Mr. Murugan is so polite and true professional to his job. Minimal calling and great response whenever we tried contacting. Flexible with check in and check out. Apartment is Well secured in very busy area by professional security guards. Ample Carl parking available within the compound. Reputed paediatricians and doctors available within walkable distance Just 50 mtrs walk from Thirivanmiyur Bus stand. Overall great stay

We (5) stayed at Gowri's place for 2 nights. The house was clean and as described in listing. The air-conditioning in almost every room was helpful to beat Chennai's summer. Bathrooms were well-equipped with modern fittings and well-maintained. A good choice if you want to be close to the airport (a 15-20 min quick ride). There was ample car parking at ground level. Also, thanks for being flexible and allowing a late check-out, as one of us had an evening flight . The kitchen was well-equipped with appliances, although I would suggest stocking up cutlery and utensils (understandable, as a new listing) and basic groceries for convenience. Shoutout to Gowri and Meena (local co-host) to promptly order spoons when I mentioned we fell short. Overall, a very comfortable stay in a peaceful location, with pleasant and prompt communication. Wonderful property, would return again! I booked this property for a family get together, and it was worth every last penny. It was a group of five adults and a toddler and everyone had something to do at the property! The pool was clean, water was non-chlorinated and the kitchen was spotless. The terrace is an absolute vibe with good views and a fresh breeze! The caretaker staff were prompt in service. There are a couple of very good restaurants nearby and all delivery apps are available as well. The beach is at a stroll away as well! In summary, I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone who's looking for a laidback getaway that's still close enough to the city! 💜

The place is quite good and is located in a large, peaceful apartment complex on ECR. The recliner sofas and lounger are the USPs of this place. It was very relaxing to sit on the sofa and watch the TV.

My regular comeback property. Near the beach is the best in this place.

We had a delightful stay in a truly beautiful place. However, there were a couple of inconveniences. The pool, while lovely, wasn't private, and we weren't informed about the requirement for swimming caps, preventing us from using it. Additionally, we couldn't enjoy the pool table as we were asked to bring our own cues. Overall, despite these minor issues, the experience was positive.

Amazing place! Great location literally next to the mall. Spacious. Everything is labeled for ease of use. Host is very responsive, would stay again in a heartbeat.
