We loved staying in Tom and Ashlie’s home. It was beautiful, charming, great outdoor spaces and very comfortable. Also great location near UGA and downtown Athens. Would definitely stay again.

Scott’s place was perfect for our visit! We had a wonderful time and the house was fabulous. There was plenty of room for our crew and the outdoor deck / fireplace was great. Everyone loved it !

We had a great stay with plenty of space for the whole family. The beds were comfy and the kids loved the basement. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Place was perfect for a quick weekend stay. Located in a very nice neighborhood, it was very convenient and close to all places we needed to go to in Athens.

Marie was an incredible host! This was our second time staying at her house and it was just as amazing as we remembered! House was well stocked and great for families with kids of all ages. We look forward to returning again.

Paul’s house was very comfortable and convenient for our weekend visit to Athens with friends! The house is spacious and clean. We also appreciated the welcome basket of snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived! Paul was very communicative and helpful. We would stay here again for a group trip!

Sky’s place was great! Beds were comfy—there are no curtains in the upstairs 2 rooms as other reviews have mentioned so bring an eye mask if the light bothers you :) we loved it and would stay again!

We stayed a week in January 2025, and this is now our go-to first choice place to stay when visiting family in Athens. Easy, relaxing, peaceful, clean, lots of space. It made our week so much more relaxing than staying in a hotel.

Do not hesitate for a second to stay at this place if it’s available! The house is so well designed and decorated, and it was incredibly clean. We had three couples staying there, and it was very comfortable - each bedroom (with very comfortable beds!) has its own bathroom. Additionally, Ashley was so great to work with and even had fresh flowers and some welcome treats for our arrival. I highly recommend this place … very convenient to downtown and campus too.

We were in Athens for the SEC Swimming and Diving Championships. Go Vols! This home was recommended by a friend, who stayed last year during a swim meet. It exceeded all of our expectations. Gorgeous inside, extremely comfortable bedding, very private, top notch kitchen - a well needed break from full days at an exciting swim meet. We spent 5 nights and didn’t want to leave. About 15-18 minutes to the pool. Kelly communicated often and allowed us to check in early. By far, the best Airbnb we have stayed in. We will definitely book again when in Athens.

Marc was great - super responsive and helpful. Best checkout policy out there, no cleaning task list! Marc was very flexible in our checkout time, which was a big help. The house is older but very clean and open feeling - great high ceilings. Parking is huge and the back yard is large and private. Super comfortable beds and great linens. Kitchen is clean and very functional. All in all, a great stay!

Benjamin is an amazing host! Great old house, everything you need to LIVE there! Great showers, water pressure awesome, true rainfall shower in master, more in the kitchen then you would ever use, every appliance you can imagine and utensils. Great LARGE backyard, fenced but more for large dogs wood slats covered with 6x4 wire. Great for large families, comfortable, great bedrooms, comfy large couch/loveseat. Comfy bed in master. Awesome ceiling fans in all rooms and portable fans huge plus!! Large TV. Large dining table! Driveway is tight and tricky to maneuver. Need to repair walkway it has been damaged by roots and is cracked and very hard to walk on. BEWARE, and lava rocks/stones hard to walk on. Small front porch to access the front door, tight space. Easy YELL access, front door knob not user friendly, very hard to turn. We will be back. Great location to access downtown Monroe, great restaurants!! Great Stay!!! Benjamin goes above and beyond!!!

We loved our extended weekend at the Music Box. The home was welcoming and extremely clean with lots of extra nice touches like well stocked tea and musical instruments to try. The view of the river was pretty and the neighborhood deer did stop by several times. We were just 10 minutes or so from downtown.

Perfect home for our family Thanksgiving and UGA football weekend. Very clean and home feel. Bedrooms fit our tribe of 5 perfectly and the bathroom upstairs allowed my girls to have their own lady loft. Backyard allowed plenty of space to play and enjoy relaxing cool weather with both fire and clean hot tub. Home was seasonally decorated well and helped us all breath in the holiday. Owners were responsive with email response during stay. Enjoyed relaxing waks around neighborhood.

Myself and 9 other coworkers rented both houses and we were very pleased with our stay! Both houses were clean and stocked with everything we needed… including lots of coffee which I loved! Jon was very responsive, polite and incredibly flexible when I needed to push out my check out time. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Athens area!

The house was nice and accurately represented. We were in Athens for a wedding and stayed at the house for the week. The house was nicely located between the downtown area, 10-15 minute drive and other things in Athens. If you are not real stable or have a hard time with steps this house would be a challenge, other than that it was great.

Thank you for letting us stay at your home @Jordan. It was peaceful, serene and exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend and return next time we’re in the area.
