Very responsive host and peaceful location. It was a great farmhouse experience in the middle of the country, but not too far away from the city. Great location for people coming from the Bluegrass Airport. I wish I stayed longer!

It’s hard to believe this place is real!! Coming from Boston to this beautiful, peaceful property was just what we needed. I think my favorite part was rocking in a rocking chair watching the horses graze and play. 10/10!!! We will definitely stay here again! ( also was very comfortable, had everything we needed and was very clean) Thanks for having us!

What a lovely place in the middle of horse country. The cottage is very private and quiet. Nice, homey decor, and everything you could want for a nice stay. The owners are very responsive, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

We stayed here for about 2 weeks. My husband, I and our 4 kids, 16,13,12 and 5. This is a simple home, simple living with beautiful surroundings. Its a great place to get away. We thank Judy so much for accommodating us and our family.

3rd time we have stayed here. It is a very beautiful and peaceful place. The mornings and evenings on the deck with coffee or a drink are amazing. Alona makes this place what it is. She is very attentive and helpful, always ready to help you make your stay a memorable one.

I’ve stayed in many AirBnbs and this was the most unique, beautiful and homey. I’ve actually never seen a place that showed so much admiration for its surroundings and honored its history as this cottage does. When you come here, take good care to look at all of the details - they remind you that you have found your new Kentucky home. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. You will literally feel your heart slow down. Many thanks to John who was helpful and communicative before, during and after my stay. Perfect host.

Wow! What a place to recharge and ground yourself! Beautiful, peaceful, comfortable, and definitely will be back as soon as we can. Barbara was an excellent host, very accommodating. The goats were so entertaining and friendly. The hammock and fairy lights were a welcome addition to the laidback atmosphere. Thank you Barbara for the best weekend away from home ♥️

We had a wonderful time at Katherine’s!!! What an amazing place!! Everything there was over the top!! From the house details, to all the things that Katherine had there for us , it was all very much appreciated!!! Her lasagna and breakfast casserole was great to have these made ahead!! We’re already planning our next trip back!!!!!

This was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. Glenna has become a friend. I stayed for 2 months and ran into a couple minor situations, but Glenna was right on top of it to fix it. Glenna made my experience fabulous! I’ll forever be grateful!

Tim and Amy are great Hosts! They took time out of their day to show us all the animals and made us feel right at home .. I stayed here with my Band , and would definitely stay again any time I’m near Lexington and bring the family along next time too. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully designed (even better than the photos!), and the surrounding property was peaceful and absolutely gorgeous. The farm animals—dogs, horses, cows, and chickens—added so much charm and made our experience even more special. ReJoyce Farmhouse was a classic and lovely stay. The decor was thoughtful and fun and our family loved the experience. We came to visit our newest grandchild and it was perfect for visiting with family. The place had everything we needed to make meals and a meaningful memory. Thanks Patricia for the responsive service too! Even though the internet was being stubborn because of some ATT issues she went out of her way to remedy the problem and quite honestly I didn’t mind the break from technology. It’s a lovely spot to getaway and work or reunite with family.

Outstanding. Beat all my expectations. Had the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time. Hearing the rain on the roof was better than any sound machine, the babbling brook, the sounds of nature...no cell reception (BIG THUMBS UP!!!) Relaxing on the double decker porch. Cooking with friends in the well-stocked community kitchen. Clean outhouse and bathrooms. Beautiful surroundings. Friendly hosts. Needless to say, we will be back!!!

We loved our stay on the farm! The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids were thrilled with all the animals and especially enjoyed visits from the friendly Great Pyrenees dogs. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t smell like a farm at all! Sandy and Martin were so friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. We also bought some of the farm’s sausage, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place for a unique and enjoyable experience!

We did some primitive camping over the weekend and couldn’t have been happier! The farm setting has absolutely stunning views. It was the perfect place to get away and enjoy nature. The amenities were exactly as described and we couldn’t have been happier! This is our new favorite camping spot!

Jess and Nathan make you feel right at home. Magical place. Absolutely beautiful setting. Very close to downtown Berea for great restaurants. come out live music, shopping and events.

It is a great place to stay for the weekend. The host was super friendly, and the kitchen and bath house was the best I have ever seen.

Jessa and Nathan are such kind and thoughtful hosts! Their oasis they’ve created is magical! We cannot wait to come back. The community kitchen was such a joy to cook in and we enjoyed meals in the porch with our 1 year old (they even have a high chair!). The big field was perfect for letting our daughter run and play. The solar showers were fantastic on those colder mornings. Thank you for hosting us! Gorgeous surroundings and such a positive vibe.
