We had a lovely stay at Alison’s cottage in Berea. We enjoyed the walkability and the options for food and artisan shops in the area. The house was very, very cute and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes for drinks and cooking. We ate out most of the time but enjoyed coffee in the morning. Small detail but there were ice cubes ready for us when we prepared our drinks in the evening. We had forgotten to buy ice and were happy that small detail was ready. My favorite part of the house is the little office/sunroom area. I had my coffee there in the morning and watched the rain. Great location and great communication. Will stay in the future when we come to Berea.

Samantha is marvelous. She thought of everything. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a bathroom equipped with all one needs. The house was spotless. There are games for children. The kitchen allows for conviviality and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet. My friends and I were absolutely comfortable. We've stayed in Richmond many times and I think this was our favorite because we got to be together

We had a lovely time staying in this very nice home. It was spotless and very well stocked. The beds were comfy (which is very important!), and there were many spots to rest and relax. You can’t beat the closeness to campus, and there are great restaurants a short walk away. I highly recommend this AirBnB.

Katie’s home was the perfect place for our weekend visit to see my brother! We will defiantly be planning more trips down when Katie’s place is available! Katie was so kind, and responsive! We had a late start getting to KY and Katie left the lights on for us and let us have the option of a late check out! The home was very clean, quiet and everything worked! Loved that it was close to food & stores!

This was a very positive experience. The home was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows and blankets(which were greatly appreciated). I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

The most lovely, cozy little home ever. The location is perfect- only about 5 minutes driving into town, but very quiet and peaceful tucked in the hills and back a significant distance from the main road. The surrounding woods, hill, and creek are beautiful. Gravel driveway leading up to the house is well maintained. The house itself is adorable, so cozy and comfortable! I really liked the in house washer and dryer, the living room windows overlooking the beautiful lot, the projector for watching movies, the very comfortable beds, and the nice little back porch perfect for sitting during sunset. I also really liked the shower, it has the nice glass sliding doors. We took a little walk around the back lot and it was gorgeous, and perfect returning to the little house once it started to get dark. I highly recommend and can't wait to come back here solo to enjoy it all to myself!

Perfect place for a college visit for my daughter. Easy to find and access. Walkable to downtown Richmond. Very well maintained place with snacks, coffee, and ample hot water. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels and linens, and comfy beds. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and did not notice any significant noise from downtown. We felt safe and tucked away even though in a very central area. Would love to make this our Airbnb of choice if my daughter decides to attend EKU!

A nice place stay in a safe neighborhood

The host is very accommodating and the place is very clean.

Kristin was a great host. The space was a one room basement thoughtfully divided into 5 living areas. It made is feel more spacious. Kitchen amenities were minimal. Kristin allowed ou dog to roam her spacious, fenced in back yard.

The apartment was very easy to find and simple to get in. Not to mention every single thing you could imagine needing was there. Worth the money for sure and would stay again!

We booked Brandon's apartment in Lexington for the Men's NCAA Basketball Tournament held at Rupp Arena. The price and location were great considering large fan bases coming to town. Rupp is about 1.2 miles from the unit but we're big walkers and there's plenty of sites, food, coffee and bars along the way. We felt easily at home and extended our stay to a 5th night! Booking by the hospital campus and across from the UK campus made us feel more secure and gave us a vibrant base with amenities. The apartment felt very spacious for my 18yr old son and me. Large bedroom, comfortable bed, enormous closet space, lots of towels/ supplies, awesome kitchen and easy on site parking. The place was quiet. There is some traffic noise from the bedroom (four lane street outside) but I live in Chicago so this was not an issue for me. Only minus the couch and chair can use an upgrade to match the really nice apartment. Kroger 7 mins drive away. I'd 100% book again on our trips down south!

Loved this condo. Great location if you're attending an event at Rupp. Will definitely add this to my list of places to stay again when I'm up visiting my student! The driveway coming off High Street is a little hidden and will sneak up on you, but once you figure that out, it's all good!

This was the most beautiful and ornate airbnb I've ever experienced! Everything's so charming and full of stories as this place is a true extension of Mr. Lee who is so full of love and life and you can tell he's eager to extend that to his guests. The only possible downside is theres no elevator so for quests who are handicapped and have a hard time with stairs this may not be for you considering there's a few flights to the room BUT Mr. Lee insisted to carry our bags and made sure we were comfortable. The decor is so unique and vibrant yet calm and the town of Paris is very quaint. We enjoyed our $25 gift card to Lee's restaurant and had the place to ourselves to dine. The room also had free organic bananas, muffins and drinks in the fridge. The whirlpool jacuzzi tub was also a plus! 10/10 would stay again.

This place was perfect for our weekend anniversary getaway! The location was absolutely perfect for anything you want to do downtown, and an easy drive or Uber for things a little further out. The space was everything we needed!
