Had a very enjoyable stay at Ron's awesome cabin. Ron was very helpful and was able to give us tips on where to visit during our weekend stay. Service was spotty at the location and the wifi wasn't working, but he let us know when we arrived and it wasn't a big issue because we could get a bar of signal, occasionally. He said he was working on getting the service provider out to come fix it, so hopefully the issue will be resolved soon. Ron provided some fresh fruits, coffee, oatmilk, oatmeal, etc. which was nice of him. It was one of the only places available that was within an hour of Asheville for a couple days up until we booked it, but I am honestly glad it came to that, because it provided a lovely stay at a more remote location with a very unique and hospitable host. Thank you Ron!

We stayed two days at Tove’s cabin. Totally worth it, amazing landscape and cute cabin!

Ron and his dog Daisy are wonderful and thoughtful hosts. His gorgeous home rests on a large private plot nestled in the woods and has a creek and small ponds on the property. Ron provides guests with a continental breakfast and along with stories of his past adventures. Guests can enjoy the outdoors, fish in the ponds or explore the nearby town of Mars Hill, the Appalachian trails or downtown Asheville. We made ourselves at home and used every feature available in Rons place. Ron's place has a stay home stay feel, guests may share the space with other guests to include a shared washroom. Rooms have key and locks, linen and towels provided, if you need anything else I'm sure Ron can accommodate. We plan on returning for a future stay.

Hildy was a magnificent host and I recommend her to anyone staying in the area. Although I only stayed a short time, I felt right at home and I enjoyed the peaceful energy of her home! Great conversations and a true 5-star host! Thanks for the stay Hildy!

I’m going to be honest, I was a little sketched about this place because it is so far into the mountains and I had never stayed at an air bnb while the host was still present in the house. But let me tell you, this was one of my most favorite air bnb experiences! Ron is the sweetest, funniest and enthusiastic person. We sat and had coffee and breakfast with him one morning during our stay. He whipped it all up himself and was very eager to get to know us and chat about all his world traveling. He is a wonderful person to talk to! Truly didn’t want to leave that day because we were enjoying his company so much! His property can be confusing to get to and kinda creepy at night (trust me I wasn’t so sure about it) but once you’re there and checked in, Ron couldn’t be a better host!! The room was so clean and homey! The whole house is cozy. It’s the perfect mountain vibe you want. The property is beautiful and Ron will gladly show you around. He stays on one side this house while allowing his guests to use a whole other side with a massive living space used as a common area for all guests. Highly recommend! I will definitely be back for more coffee and story time with Ron!

A paradise for those who love the woods like us. So quiet you could hear gentle breezes blowing through the trees. Cottage was clean and spacious inside. Nice side porch to sit on in the early evening. Ruth and Stephen were very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to another stay.

Our family stayed 3 nights and used all 4 bedrooms which accommodated 9 adults with no problems. Price Place B&B is a comfortable and quiet home away from home. Terry and Arlene made our stay so nice. Asheville is minutes away and Weaverville is great hidden location. We recommend Price Place for families of all sizes. Plenty of space, amenities and hot water. Nice breakfast and coffee which makes things easy for a party of our size. We hope to come back again.

This is the first time using Airbnb, and I have to be honest; Staying at Terry & Arlene's place was amazing! The wife and I really enjoyed the scenery. it was quiet and peaceful. it was like staying at a hotel but even better. it was more like being home!! Communication was amazing and assisted with any requests we had. thank you both for allowing us to stay.

We normally stay in stand-alone homes rather than rooms in someone’s home but we thought we would try this because it billed itself as a B&B, i.e. a few rooms for rent in a house occupied by the owners. We were very impressed. First, it was great value for our money. Second, they had 2 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms, so sharing the bathroom was no problem. Third, the rooms were clean and comfortable. And, lastly, the hosts were super nice. This is a place we would definitely return to.

This was the first time at a Bed and Breakfast. We loved it! Terry and Arlene were great hosts and so attentive!
