This is a great spot! I would book again. We were in a bind when we booked, due to power outages in the area and they were quick to help us book. My only negative feedback is the additional verification and fee they add before confirming the booking. Guest have to go off site and pay an additional $50. I think they should end that practice.

Very peaceful and private. We really enjoyed the house, the view from the deck in the morning is beautiful. The drive up to the house was easier than expected. We will definitely visit again!

Great cozy cottage. Loved the trail to walk my dog. The place was very clean . The host was extremely responsive. All around a great place to stay.

The unit was nicely appointed, with luxurious towels, liquid shower soap, shampoo & conditioner in the showers, and hand lotion at the bathroom sinks. The beds were comfortable with great pillows and duvets, there were snacks and S’More supplies for folks who wanted to use the fire pit. There was a great lantern for outdoor or emergency use, an umbrella and a fully equipped kitchen. Couldn’t find the instructions for the microwave/convection oven, but we muddled through. Conveniently located near Weaverville which has great shops (Ingles grocery, Sanctuary of Stuff, Thyme in the Garden & Pottery by Rachel at Reems Creek) and restaurants (Well Bred Bakery & Glass Onion) m. An easy drive to downtown Asheville, North Carolina Arboretum, Asheville airport, Flat Rock, NC Farmer’s Market, and the Asheville Botanical Garden. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The space is perfect. The house is charming, clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time in Hot Springs and wish all the best for this lovely community. Thank you for being so accommodating and helpful for every part of our visit.

Beautiful cabin. Very peaceful & relaxing. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. In the morning saw 2 calves & a donkey. Went to the little town of Hot Springs not far from cabin. Still recovering from Helene. Went to the Diner. Had a nice lunch. Visited the Brewery. Good to see a nice amount of people enjoying the day. Great weekend get away.

This is the second time I’ve stayed with Brookes and suffice to say there’s a reason I came back. The place is absolutely magical and Brookes is the friendliest, coolest host who goes above and beyond to create a truly unique experience within the idyllic nature and scenery of Asheville’s mountains. I brought my nine year-old son with me and we couldn’t have had a more peaceful escape from NYC. Thank you, Brookes :)

We absolutely loved the Blue Dream Home!! Marina was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic! The mood lighting was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. There were Alexa’s in every room which was an awesome touch. The kitchen was very well stocked. The scenery around the area was breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay very much.
