This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Hamilton! Alex is a responsive, friendly host who bends over backwards to help make our stays comfortable. I can't say enough great things about the home - walkable to downtown, close to everything, spacious, clean, easily accommodates 5-6 people. We've had some wonderful family weekends staying at Alexandra's place. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!!

Great house with lots of space and within 5min to Colgate. We were here for Parents weekend and very handy being so close. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. We hope to be able to rent it again for future visits!

I can't say enough great things about our stay! The hosts were awesome to deal with...always accommodating and available, the location was perfect...right on the water/ice, the residence exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. The location is perfect with a short walk to exceptional fishing. No need to scramble trying to find parking...its all right there for you. We enjoyed a weekend of ice fishing with family and friends and definitely plan on coming back this year. On a scale of 1 to 10...this is an 11! Highly recommend!

The house was clean, had lovely wood floors and the bed was very comfortable with plenty of nice pillows. Angie made sure there was a roasting pan for our use when I asked ahead if there was one in the house. Much appreciated. Coffee and filters were provided. I really appreciated this because there have been many an AirBnB with a coffee pot that requires filters put not a filter to be found and I then have to buy an entire pack of 200 for a short visit. A Market 32 and restaurants are no more than seven minutes away. We love the Grapevine restaurant. The house was decorated for Christmas, which was a nice touch.

Jamie was a great host. House was exactly as described, perfect location for Colgate Family Weekend and he checked in with us to make sure all was OK since we arrived much later than planned.

First of all Robby was a wonderful, responsive host. Everything we needed, he already had available at his place. It was really easy to host our family Thanksgiving at the house. The house was spectacular- blending a retro but historic feel to it while the amenities made us feel as if we were staying at a high end hotel. This home exceeded our expectations, beautifully decorated with alot of room so everyone felt that they had their own "space". Communications and directions were exceptionally clear and detailed. Overall, an outstanding experience- highly recommend it.

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

House was plenty big and comfortable to host our gathering. Perfect for a night out to turning stone being only a couple minutes drive.

We had a WONDERFUL stay in Manilas! Marchelle's place is absolutely AMAZING! The location and the property is so beautiful! Everything at the home is so clean, and it is so warm and inviting! Our family had a wonderful gathering this weekend! I could NOT have picked a more perfect place for us to stay with our recent visit!!! Marchelle was exceptional with her communication and information to make it an easy in and out stay! She went above and beyond with her communication and reaching out to welcome us into her wonderful home! Thank you so much! We will DEFINITELY stay here again with our return to the Syracuse area! We had an amazing stay at Tim’s house for a bachelorette weekend with a group of 10, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the start, Tim was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. The house was spotless when we arrived, and you can tell it’s well cared for. The beds were all super comfortable, making it easy for everyone to get a good night’s sleep after our adventures. The location was perfect—just a short, convenient drive to the casino, which made our weekend plans effortless. If you’re considering booking this home, do it! It’s spacious, clean, and in a prime location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free getaway. The cottage was beautiful with a peaceful charm. A pellet stove is the first visual we received when you walk into the space. It provided a warm, relaxing mood. The setting was comfortable and scenic. Waking up to pastures of grazing cows and a cat that kept an eye on the yard. The cottage provided all the necessary essentials during our stay. The cottage is my first choice to stay when I visit the area. Lynne was a gracious, responsive host!

Tim is such a great host. This is without a doubt the best Airbnb i have stayed in so far. With 2 full bathrooms, 6 bedrooms and two living rooms with couches made it so my bridal party could stay with us the weekend of our wedding. The pool ans deck area were beautiful. The house was immaculate. Tim also is great at communicating. I just cannot say enough nice things about this host and this house.

Beautiful home, lovely views, super comfortable and very clean with a well stocked kitchen/pantry and plenty of amenities. Tom is an excellent host! He responded quickly to any questions we had. It was a perfect place for our family for our daughter's Colgate graduation weekend. Plenty of outdoor space-porch, deck, poolside-for hanging out with the family or just relaxing. Added bonus was the homemade chocolate cookies that were left for us. :). Memorable weekend!

Very convenient location, spacious house & perfect for families.

What a fantastic getaway with the Pups and my husband. The place was immaculate and well stocked and roomier than expected. Three sets of friends that were in the area had stopped to visit during different days and they all gave wonderful compliments of the place. Since they are all Airbnb users and one has her own, I want to share that their feedback was a score of 10!! We are often in this area and will certainly try to use Darya's place again if it is available during our visits. Thank you Darya!

Delightful property, very comfortable stay. We felt very safe there for 10 nights. Peaceful surroundings, quiet solitude, which we appreciated. The owner was most responsive to questions, very helpful, thank you very much.

We enjoyed staying here in this very nice historical building while visiting our grandson at Hamilton College. The flights of stairs up to our apartment were not too much of a challenge for us oldsters. The apartment was spacious, clean, tidy, and well appointed with linens and towels. There was a very fancy espresso machine. However I had no idea how to operate it! Luckily there was a cozy coffee shop right next door for morning coffee and pastries. Richard was easy to contact and answered our calls quickly. We would like to stay here again!

Cozy little cabin perfect for a couple . Setting on a pond was beautiful and our hosts were caring and available. Would highly recommend this tiny cabin!
