I had a wonderful stay at Kelly’s property! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay hassle free. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, and they were very accommodating. I stay in a lot of AirBnB properties. What a nice gesture to get in late in the evening, kids in tow, and open the refrigerator to find fresh milk for the morning, some bagels, some fruit, coffee and some bottles of water. The house doesn’t have that sterile “everything came out of Home Goods” look to it; it actually felt like being at your Aunt and Uncle’s house for the weekend. Very clean, no complaints whatsoever. Good location, 10 minutes from UVA. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommended.

Great place for a fall get away girls weekend! Beautiful location with views of the lake from every room! We enjoyed the screened in porch in the morning and the fire pit in the evening. Ashley was quick to respond to me and offered suggestions when I inquired. House is well equipped, they've thought of everything!

My family loved the house! It's lovely with large rooms! Great kitchen and dining area! We loved the porch and property! So thankful to be able to take our dog too!

Hannah was an incredibly thoughtful host - she left bagels and orange juice in the fridge, plenty of towels, and lots of brochures with recommendations of things to do in the area. We’d definitely enjoy renting her place again.

From the moment you walk in the door it feels like home. The Barn is such a cozy space, the decor is amazing and the amenities are terrific, they even have 2 types of creamer in the fridge for your coffee. The beds are super comfortable and the linens are so soft. Location can’t be beat, you are so close to all the wineries and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Irene's Cardinal Cove, and it was overall a great experience! The two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup is beautifully decorated, offering breathtaking views of the lake. Each bedroom provided a peaceful retreat, and the bathrooms were stocked with all the essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Irene is an outstanding host, responsive and attentive to every detail. We can't wait to return! 🌊🏡✨

My husband and I stayed at Kerry’s place for a weekend getaway and we had a wonderful time! The apartment is spacious and well appointed. We loved that it felt cozy and warm on a very chilly weekend. It’s perfectly located above the great coffee shop Before & After and is right on the main drag of Sperryville. Parking behind the apartment is super easy, and the apartment is just a few minutes by foot from RPK, The Corner Store, and Francis (cocktail bar). Kerry was super helpful and responsive and we loved our stay here!

One of those rare places that has the fortune of a quiet, secluded lot in the city that has quick access to everything in town. Too many nice touches to mention inside and out, resulting in a comfortable and peaceful break from our day to day responsibilities in town. And that falls entirely on our host, who has clearly done this long enough to know when a little note or a bit of something extra in the kitchen can go a long way. Absolutely recommended, we hope to return soon!

We loved our Christmas holiday stay. It was so easy to come and go and not trouble Bianca and her husband, due to the well lighted, private entrance. Like all other reviewers, we were so very pleased with the extra touches she provided: croissants, wine, snacks, breakfast foods of cereal/oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit. There were helpful signs throughout to let us know exactly how the facility should be treated. The furnniture was comfortable and the kitchen just right for our needs. I was appreciative of the nice hot water for shower and great water pressure. So relaxing. Most of all was Bianca herself, always offering to help (she even helped me load luggage into my car at the end of our stay). A very gracious and giving host. We recommend this accommodation for anyone desiring a comfortable suite and extra T.L.C.

We spent one night here and would come back. It was clean, pleasant, reasonably priced, and within a reasonable walk to downtown. Getting in and leaving were very smooth, and the bed was very comfortable. Belmont looks as if it has plenty of interesting restaurants but we were meeting up with people in the historic district so didn't spend time in the neighborhood.

The best Airbnb I have stayed in. Period. Great people. Great place. Great food just downstairs. Has a lot of character.

Hidden gem! Both the market and the bed and breakfast are amazing. The market has a quant bar and restaurant with great food and drink. It also has normal things you would expect at a market with additional specialty products from local vendors such as goat milk soap, local kombucha and other fun touches. The surrounding town is filled with activities that any history/outdoor enthusiast/wine lover will enjoy. Overall great stay, great communication and individual attention and looking forward to coming back soon!

A lovely historic home within walking distance of the town. Wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

This was our second stay with Linda and Putter and we expect more in the future! Highlights for us are the incredible breakfasts, the big bathtub, and the exceptional warmth and hospitality of our hosts. They went the extra mile to make our trip special and we really appreciated it. Everything was comfortable and clean and we had a great view of the stars at night from the balcony. As far as location goes, it's about 30 minutes to an hour to most of the popular hiking destinations on Skyline Drive. We also liked Shenandoah River State Park for a change of pace during peak bluebell season. Linda's food really is the best we've had in the area but we enjoyed West Main Market's sandwiches and beer garden after day on the trails.

I had a great stay at the Fairhaven for one night while visiting UVA. The room was clean and private, and Raven and Flame were both warm and friendly. I appreciate their flexibility with my check-in time. The house is on the other side of town from the college - something to be aware of for guests visiting UVA. There is a bus you can take to bring you to the center of town. I would definitely recommend the Fairhaven and felt it was great value for what I paid.

Anne’s place was absolutely spotless, beautifully designed and perfect for our weekend in Charlottesville! She was so thoughtful and made us feel right at home. We cannot wait for our next visit! If her room is available you should absolutely book it!

This is the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed at! Amber was an amazing host and she went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and welcome. From the parking instructions (we had a trailer to back in) to the full on gorgeous and delicious breakfast, we were just blown away by the hospitality. The space is thoughtfully curated and very comfy. There’s everything you need, but no clutter. It looks like someone took a picture out of a magazine and made the perfect air bnb. There’s privacy, 2 bedrooms, a private balcony, and private HUGE bathroom plus a shared living room space and dining room/kitchen. We were able to bring our dog and she had a huge yard to run around in. I would give this place 10 stars if I could…don’t pass up on this place!
