Deborah's house is a great alternative option to a hotel! We booked it for the private indoor pool and numerous positive reviews. We were not disappointed!! All of the kids and adults loved the pool, and Deborah had supplied an amazing array of pool toys, floaties, and towels. There were clear directions on how to get into and exit the pool area (there is an alarm for safety). The kids' rooms were made up in such a cute way (sheets, blankets, and decor), we were very appreciative of all the extra little things at the house for the kids, including snacks and treats, games, coloring books, playdoh, and toys. Also, Deborah was always quickly responsive to messages and clearly answered any questions we had. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much anything you need to cook, serve, and store food, and overall the house has everything you would need if you forget any toiletries at home.

One of the best stays I’ve had. Description says she shares the home so she may be there at times. Had I not known that I wouldn’t have known she was there as there is a separate space she stays in. Just a beautiful home great value. Thank you again.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the hot tub and comfortable living room. The house was very clean and matched the description/pictures perfectly. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe and quiet. Restaurants and a grocery store were close and easy to access. We would definitely stay again!

Becky was very helpful and responsive. The house was convenient to the airport and nearby shopping.

The place was the coolest house I have ever been too. So many cool features to explore. The host was also incredibly helpful and friendly with everything.

Olivia was very responsive whenever I messaged her. There was one small issue about a side door and Olivia alleviated our concerns quickly to share that maintenance had been to the property earlier. We did notice that the front door needed to be pulled hard to ensure that the auto-lock latched properly. It was not an issue, just something we noticed. The rooms were all clean and comfortable. The showers and bathrooms were nice. There were a lot of amenities throughout the kitchen. We also thought the couch in the living room was incredibly comfortable and are wondering where Olivia bought it lol! Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. :)

House was perfect for four adults, but it is set up to sleep 8 adults. Three bedrooms on main level each with king size bed. Another bedroom with king size bed and bathroom in basement. House was clean. Kitchen was well-appointed. Jake was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would stay again. Great location in Breese. Close to KC Hall and American Legion Hall. You could walk to both. Also could walk to Wallys for the best burgers.

Ana & Nathan are great hosts! They responded quickly, were friendly, and provided everything needed for a stay. Their property was perfect for our needs; it was just as described and very clean! We appreciated the quiet neighborhood with a driveway for parking and the proximity to the city without feeling like you are in the city. When in the area again, we plan to stay at this location :)

Property was clean. Great location. Ann was very helpful with questions I had prior to making my final selection. Our group was 13 adults and only one couple within the group and we were able to accommodate everyone comfortably.

A charming and cozy place to stay. We loved all of the little touches that made us feel at home. Most notably, the kitchen was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Heather was very friendly and accommodating for a special request we had. We had one issue that was beyond her control, and she handled it quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I stayed here while attending the homeschool conference in St. Charles. We were blown away with how nice this rental was. Not only was it beautiful but it was super clean and well stocked. The owners have thought of everything and we didn’t want or need anything. It’s a fully stocked kitchen with more than enough supplies, cookware and dinnerware. The bathroom was fully stocked with anything we might forget and there were a lot of clean towels. There were clear instructions on how to use everything in the home. We were cozy and comfortable and able to fully enjoy our momcation. We plan on staying here again next year!

The listing is accurate and my expectations were met. The fridge water stopped working on the second day, but the host was very communicative and offered to have a maintenance person stop by, but we chose to decline (and they also dropped off some bottled waters which was unnecessary, but very nice). The location is very convenient to all of the places we needed to go. You can walk to Forest Park (fyi busy road with sidewalks), but it’s also a very quick drive!

Cannot say enough about Henrique, the host. Extremely responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Bad storms rolled through the one night, and he checked on us, sent over some flashlights in case we lost power, and kept in communication to be sure everything was OK. The house itself is beautiful, newer kitchen, fully stocked with all new dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster. Everything was very clean, beds extremely comfortable, and tons of fluffy, new towels for everyone! Great rental, great location, walk to Main Street shopping, restaurants, and the beautiful river walk. Highly recommend!

Great to be back here once again with our crew. We had some long days so it was a treat to come back, clean up, put on some jams cook and hang. Love the shared living quarters, the grill outside, the fire pit, and the spacious beds. My dog visited for a few nights and had a great time walking around the property. Really greatful

Katie and Tyler were amazing hosts, going the extra mile to accommodate our request at the last minute to stay at the PS House for our final night of a spring break vacation that had been interrupted by illness and an unexpected trip to the ER. After a long few days on the road this was the perfect place to unwind as a family. The kids loved the pool table. There are endless places to walk for restaurants and entertainment. The beds were so comfortable. The whole house and neighborhood had a great vibe and was beyond our expectations. We would love to stay again!

So lovely! This place looks just like the pictures and is beautiful in person. We loved all the plants and felt very comfortable. An excellent find.
