I had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Rachel’s. It was walkable to my event I was attending which worked out perfect. The listing is amazing and very comfortable with all the essential needs for your stay. Side note; access is in a dimly lit alley way. As a solo traveling female, I did feel a bit nervous entering/exiting in the dark. This may not be a concern for males or couples, just an FYI.

We felt right at home here. They went above and beyond in providing everything we needed for our stay. From breakfast items, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and spices to toiletries in the bathroom, games in the living room and dish and laundry detergent. It was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable beds and peace and quiet. They were great to work with and very accommodating! Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Molly’s place is truly a gem, you can immediately tell that the hosts care about their guests and the space. Everything was clean and comfortable, the bed was super cozy! Great amenities and communication, might be the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend. 5/5 Stars.

My husband and I stayed at the cottage for 3 nights and we were so pleased! We are night shifters and hopped on a plane right after work so we were exhausted. Heather was very accommodating and was nice enough to let us check in early for a much needed nap (on that glorious mattress). The location is great; less than a 30 minute drive from both downtown nashville and franklin, and about a mile away from the famous loveless cafe. The cottage itself was charming and cozy and had all the amenities you would need. Definitely recommend taking a bath if you get a chance-the water gets so hot which is perfect! The room darkening shades were very effective and the heater/AC kick in real quick. We didn’t communicate with Heather much because everything was great and we didn’t run into any issues, but she was very responsive during the check in process and we knew she was a text away. We hope to come back to enjoy the beautiful property again!

Amazing value! I’m surprised at the rate being comparably low to other options in the Nashville area especially when it’s a nicer spot than most! Definitely recommend

We had a great time staying at Amy's place in 12 South. The location is great for anyone that would like to explore the 12 South area, or take a quick ride downtown.

The place to stay when visiting Nashville. Hosts are the best. A mile from 12 South downtown shops restaurants. You can walk thru the beautiful park to get there. Central location to get to downtown Broadway (15 min drive), to the Gulch (10-15 min drive) and to/from Franklin.(20-30min). The loft sits behind the hosts house. It was beautifully decorated and lots of amenities provided. We felt right at home.

Great little place to stay, right by 12 South on a quiet residential street yet all of the bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

Our stay at A Stone’s Through could not have been better. Liz was welcoming, helpful, and a friendly face throughout our stay. The cottage is perfectly situated in town, and a retreat to come back to. Would recommend to anyone visiting Franklin!

My family and pets stayed here during a road trip. Everything was convenient with 2 small children and 2 pets. We had some issues with the TV and the host came right over to address/fix. Beautiful surroundings!

We loved staying here! It is in a great location, with an excellent coffee shop and restaurant nearby. The apartment has a clever layout and feels open and spacious, with lots of natural light. My husband is a builder, and he continually raved about the smart construction. We had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for a weekend trip. Everything was exactly as it was pictured or mentioned. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The shower was amazing, hot and perfect pressure. This place exceeded my expectations. The host was very responsive and friendly! 10/10 recommend!

Coming from someone who puts in a lot of time researching BnB’s (often too much time), just take my word for it, and book this place. Location is ideal - quiet and private yet just a short, inexpensive Uber/Lyft away from downtown. It is also easily walkable to several nearby bars, restaurants and shops. The place itself is very cozy and clean, and despite it being dog-friendly, we saw absolutely no evidence of dog hair anywhere. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Jon’s place! Nestled in a cute, historic neighborhood, the peace and quiet following the bustle of downtown was exactly what we needed. While convenient to downtown, we loved exploring the great food and cocktails of East Nashville and then coming back to all the comforts of home. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the decor was perfectly chosen and the little touches to make sure we had everything we might need were greatly appreciated. Jon is a great host - very responsive and flexible. We look forward to coming back next time we’re in town.

My mother, sister and I had a wonderful stay, Christianne was kind enough to bring over a flashlight for us when the power went out in the neighborhood due to weather. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was in the perfect location for me to visit my daughter at Belmont. Host was prompt with responses to my questions and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!

My husband and myself definitely enjoyed our stay at Jason’s place. We were made to feel special with the personal sign wishing us a happy anniversary. This place is as described! Definitely a beauty and very peaceful! We will definitely look Jason’s place up again the next time we are wanting a getaway in this area.

We were delayed in arriving due to heavy rain on our drive. No problems getting there a little later. this is our second time staying here and is a very nice accommodation. We have family near by and we're able to walk to visit them. We felt safe at all time of day in the neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable and lovely place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The space was very thoughtfully furnished and stocked with all you could possibly need! I really appreciated the attention to detail. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to some adorable local shops, restaurants, and bars, and it was just a short Uber ride to downtown.

I had a fantastic stay at Donald’s carriage house during a business trip. The Wi-Fi was incredibly fast and reliable, and the dedicated workspace provided a perfect environment to work efficiently. The location was also convenient, with easy access to restaurants and retail stores. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book it again for my future trips!
