We received a warm and personal welcome from May, who was very accommodating with the check-in time. The apartment was clean and had a lovely, fresh fragrance. It was generously supplied with extra towels and other amenities. The heating in the apartment was very effective even on colder winter days. Inside the fridge were two bottles of water and other chilled beverages as a welcome, along with some muffins and coffee pods on the countertop. We particularly loved that the small fridge had a built-in freezer compartment to keep ice, something we have often found unavailable in other Airbnbs, with fridges of similar size. May has gone to great lengths to ensure her guests have a comfortable stay, taking care of even the smallest details. The area is beautiful and walkable, with lots of restaurants and shops around, as well as Retiro Park only a short walk away. A number of grocery stores nearby meant we had no trouble finding whatever we needed. We can confidently recommend a stay here!

4 fős családnak (2 felnőtt, 2 gyerek) tökéletes szállás. 2 metróállomás is 6-7 perc sétára van. Az apartman otthonos és rendkívül tiszta. Nagyon kellemes napokat töltöttünk Madridban. Köszönjük Miguel!

Great stay! Had more amenities than we expected. Great location to get to metro with also lots of stores nearby. We got in late so Carmen’s colleague welcomed us and was very kind. Carmen was also responsive and always friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Nos encantó el piso. La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca de la estación, así que movernos por la ciudad fue muy fácil. Azucena fue súper atenta, nos dio todas las indicaciones para llegar y estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. El apartamento es pequeño, pero tiene todo lo necesario: cocina equipada, productos de aseo, cosas para desayunar y, además, estaba muy limpio. También tuvo el detalle de dejarnos tarjetas y un mapa del metro, lo que nos vino genial. Además, nos permitió quedarnos un poco más el último día porque nuestro viaje era más tarde. ¡Totalmente recomendable, sin duda volveríamos!

Een unieke plek in Madrid met een parkeerplek. De gezamenlijke ruimte met de 6 appartementen is heerlijk en erg ruim. Het appartement is 1 ruimte, waarbij de bedden afgeschermd zijn met gordijnen. De keuken is klein, maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Qua locatie perfect naast een metro station waardoor je snel midden in het centrum van Madrid staat! Een echte aanrader

Me encantó el alojamiento, todas las amenidades estaban tal cual al anuncio, es una zona bastante tranquila y con mucha facilidad para el transporte público. En caso vuelva con un grupog rande, espero encontrar el alojamiento disponible nuevamente.

Cristina ha sido una anfitriona excelente, muy amable y comunicativa ha tenido mucha iniciativa a la hora de resolver cualquier cuestión. El apartamento estaba perfecto, idéntico a las fotos. La cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios. El salón con un sofá super cómodo, la televisión con muchos canales. Los aseos super limpios y las duchas muy amplias. El dormitorio es muy cálido y la cama muy cómoda. Nos ha encantado el alojamiento hemos estado como en casa, repetiremos 100x100.

Apartamento ideal para pasar unos días en Madrid. Bien equipado y muy limpio. Esta bien ubicado con muchas opciones de transporte público y garaje a tu disposición.

Our stay was truly exceptional, thanks to the great service and kindness we experienced. The fast response to any queries was highly appreciated, making our time there even more enjoyable. Clean and comfortable accommodation as described. High ceilings, double glazed windows and great shower with good water pressure. Great location with easy access to the metro and Atocha for longer distance/day trips. Host was a good communicator. Building has good security and accommodation is private. We stayed five nights and found it easy to manage with the space.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. L’appartement était d’une propreté incroyable, le quartier paisible, aucune nuisance sonore. La proximité du métro est très appréciable, en 15 min on se trouve à Sol, dans le centre de Madrid avec une ligne direct. Le petit plus : la douche………..! Le petit bémol : l’appartement 1 étant le premier, nous étions près de la porte d’entrée du bâtiment et donc nous entendions les entrées et sorties des autres hôtes mais rien de bien dérangeant. Bilan très très positif.

This was a beautiful apartment and the host was very communicative and friendly, meeting us at the property. There is plenty of space and it is a comfortable apartment with lots of storage. The location is great, maybe 15-20 minute walk from Plaza Mayor with shops and restaurants right outside. Despite being close to everything it wasn’t noisy and it was a peaceful environment to stay in.

Ubicación perfecta, en pleno centro, pero en una calle peatonal muy tranquila. El apartamento tiene mucha luz y bonitas vistas. Buena comunicación (tiene varias estaciones de metro y tren cercanías cerca). Víctor ha estado atento en todo momento. Repetiré sin duda !

Nos gustó mucho el departamento de Álvaro, es pequeño pero para 2 personas nos resultó ideal considerando que no pasamos demasiado tiempo adentro. La zona donde está ubicado es hermosa. Lo recomiendo especialmente para ir en pareja.

We enjoyed our stay! Such kind and chill hosts! The cleaning lady greeted us when we arrived early and allowed us to drop off our luggage. She was very kind and accommodating. The space was quaint and clean, in a quiet location but a short walk away from the city center and all fun things to do. Would highly recommend, also the doorman is super sweet

We loved staying here. The photos are accurate, it was clean & Felix is so responsive and helpful with any needs. It’s small and basement level yet with interior light it feels comfortable and has everything you need for a month long stay. The neighborhood is right next to the Palace and tourist areas, and also beautiful parks and the river walk, so you feel right at the edge of being in the middle of everything but with tranquil nature. 10-15 min walk to everything. Good restaurants and groceries and anything you need just a block away. We chose it based on price and being by nature and it was perfect for us. My husband and our two dogs stayed here comfortably.

J’ai pour habitude de venir souvent à Madrid et de prendre des Airbnb, et je pense que cet Airbnb est l’un des meilleurs dans lequel j’ai été. Premièrement, et ça c’est un point sur lequel je ne lésine pas, c’est bien celui de la propreté. Tout était parfaitement propre: la baignoire, la douche, les toilettes, la cuisine, le sol, les rebords de fenêtre, le matériel de cuisine, l’intérieur du frigo, les placards, l’intérieur des placards tout était nettoyé méticuleusement. Sans parler du linge qui était d’autant plus propre. Et un détail qui fait la différence, c’est qu’il y avait plus de serviettes que demandé et plus de coussins que demandé, et une grande couverture en plus, ce qui est rare dans les Airbnb. L’appartement est extrêmement bien centré, sur gran via, on peut pas espérer mieux lorsqu’on est touriste. Très facile d’accès, instructions claires. Literie très confort, la baignoire est un grand plus. En étage élevé, avec une vue sur les toits de Madrid. Je recommande vivement!

Logement extrêmement bien placé, tout ce fait à pieds, les meilleurs restaurants, les musées et même les boutiques sont accessibles à moins de 20mins de marche. L’hôte est très réactive et chaleureuse, merci pour tout, de l’accueil au départ ! Je recommande +++

Good location and even better hosts. My family and I had great experience at Marta and Arturo's apartament. They're extremely nice people and very proactive hosts. Truly recommend this property to anyone looking for a central location in the heart of madrid.
