Madrid : locations de vacances dans des lofts

We chose this place due to a convention at IFEMA. Distance walkable and metro reachable with bus connection. Not much of entertainment or restaurants around, but we looked for a specific bear IFEMA location. Lovely modern appartment, very quiet. Slept very well! I highly recommend to stay there

We only stayed in Luismi's place one night on our way out of town. The place is cozy, clean and in an excellent location. Luismi was very kind, considerate and attentive during our stay there. There is an extra check in step of going to a lock box nearby to get the key, only a minor inconvenience. I would recommend it, for sure!

Cristina and Jolly are very responsive. Jolly met us and showed us the studio. She also made it possible for us to check in early. This studio is very close to Atocha train station, and is an easy walk to the Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum, Retiro Park… The studio apartment looks exactly like the photos, but is smaller than I expected. It would be perfect for one person; it is a bit small for two people if you stay at home on a rainy day. If you are out and about, it is doable. We enjoyed staying there, and loved the location.

1) Alejandro, the host, is excellent. Communication was fast and easy. (And he speaks very good English!) He scheduled things so we could have an early check-in. 2) The neighborhood is very nice and quiet; we had no noise from the street or neighbors. It is a bit away from the city center, but there are nice restaurants and bars nearby. The neighborhood seems safe. We had no issues walking to and from restaurants. We walked to most Madrid attractions, but the metro station is steps from the front door. 3) The apartment is much as described. Everything is clean. The kitchen has all necessary items and the appliances are good. The beds are fairly comfortable. The towels and linens are good. The bathrooms are small, but in mostly good shape. There are 2 bathrooms, which is very nice. There is plenty of hot water. TV and wifi are good. Some walls could use new paint and the sofa shows some wear.

Very well located and nice apartment. Cesar is really friendly and responsive. Our stay was excellent.

Un appartement agréable, bien agencé et baigné de lumière. Une hôte très réactive qui a contribué à la réussite de ce séjour. Et enfin un emplacement idéal pour se promener dans Madrid , plein de bons restaurants, de musés et de parcs tous à proximité et accessible à pied.

My stay was great! The host was incredibly responsive and available whenever I needed anything, making the experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment is in an excellent location, with easy access to the airport and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bars right on the street. It’s also within close proximity to museums and all the great attractions Madrid has to offer, making it a fantastic base for exploring the city. However, while the area is lively and convenient, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for solo female travelers at night, as it didn’t always feel the most comfortable. As for the apartment itself, it was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Just a note for those who prefer a firmer bed—the mattress is quite soft. It’s a matter of personal preference, but something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located and well-managed place with a super responsive host!

Mon séjour dans cet appartement a été parfait ! La chambre était d’une propreté impeccable, la vue toute mimi ajoutait un vrai charme, et la cuisine était intacte, super pratique pour cuisiner tranquillement. Tout était bien pensé pour passer un séjour agréable. Et un immense merci à Santiago, qui a été non seulement très amical, mais aussi super arrangeant, toujours disponible et attentif. Une expérience au top, je recommande sans hésitation !

Our stay was perfect. The house is walking distance to everywhere in the city but is off the street so is very quiet. It was very cold and rainy when we were there. We really appreciated the dual climate control units. We also came with a suitcase full of dirty clothes and really appreciated all of the hangars and the drying rack that enabled us to do 3 loads of laundry the first night. Most Airbnbs have only a few hangars.

We had a great stay at this place. Super clean and we felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay here. Bathrooms are ultra clean, Karena communicates quickly and she just wanted us to enjoy our time in Madrid. The location is private and i could find parking spots around in 2 minutes. it is near city center and airport both !!!!

Javier was a brilliant host. The loft was comfortable, very well located and clean. We received early check in and Javier was very responsive to texts. Ideal place to stay for trip to Madrid.

El apartamento está excelentemente equipado, con todo lo necesario para su uso (desde cápsulas de café y condimentos para una ensalada hasta jabón para el lavarropas). El barrio es muy bonito y tranquilo con fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad.

We had a great stay at David's place. It was tidy, easy to access and close to many restaurants and the train station. The area was lovely, quiet and local. The place is small but very well thought out. David was an exceptional host and gave us many recommendations that were very useful for the limited time we were there. Thank you David!

Can not say enough good things about Al’s place! Super stylish and comfortable. Location is perfect. And Al is a true gem of a host. Will be back again!

La experiencia en El Empedrado de M. G. ha sido estupenda, no le puedo poner ni una queja. La comunicación con Marta ha sido muy fluida, y además Marta es una gran anfitriona que se mostró siempre a nuestra disposición. Nos hizo un par de 'pozas' de bienvenida, bocata típico de Colmenar de Oreja que estaba muy rico, y la casa contaba con todo lo que puedes necesitar (la cocina estaba equipada con todo y tenía sal, aceite, azúcar...). La casa estaba impecable y la cama era muy cómoda. Tampoco pasamos frío, y la tele era grande y se veía muy bien. Un 10 la estancia!

Leonardo’s house was great, located in the heart of Madrid and within ten min walks of a lot of nice neighbourhood to visit. Leonardo was very kind and understanding, also very flexible about my arrival and check out. Thank you !

El loft es muy bonito, tiene lo necesario para estancias largas, yo lo renté por un mes, trabajo en línea y estuve muy cómoda; en particular, la zona del baño es amplia, muy limpio todo, con buena presión de agua; la zona es bonita, muy citadina pero con áreas verdes cuidadas, el edificio está sobre una avenida pero no es ruidoso; a unos cuantos metros hay una plaza comercial, hay varios supermercados, mercados, y lo mejor, tienes cerca una estación del metro. Natalia es muy comprensiva a las necesidades y resuelve rápido, es una persona muy agradable.

Muy buena localizacion, comodo y acojedor, en nuestro ( mi esposa e hijo) no necesitabamos mas. Pero el studio cuenta con un buen baño y una pequeña cocina y refrigerador. Para los que venga de turismo esta super.

Muy bien sitio para estancias largas y especialmente si quieres salir de todo el movimiento del centro. Super cerca del metro y de varios supermercados. Muy cerca del parque de las siete tetas así que eso fue una maravilla tener al lado. Natalia me trató muy bien y nunca me sentí como si fuera un Airbnb; más como un piso propio.

Alex es genial! Muy atento y preocupado de que esté todo bien! Todo súper limpio, la cama inmensamente cómoda y la atención por parte de Alex, impecable. Se merece un 10!
