This was a great stay for my friends and I. The place was big and private. Conveniently located by the metro. The only thing we found weird was that there are two security cameras on the inside of the property. The listing was very roundabout in describing that.

Great host, amazing house, very spacious with a lovely garden. We had a great time and loved everything about this place. It was super clean and is equipped perfectly.

El alojamiento es precioso y, aunque sólo nos quedamos 2 días, dispone de todo lo necesario para estancias más largas. Se nota que se ha decorado y equipado con mucho mimo. Además, Laura, la anfitriona, es encantadora y ha cuidado cada uno de los detalles para que todo sea fácil de usar y sólo pienses en disfrutar de tu viaje. Ha sido un absoluto placer quedarnos en este alojamiento y lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Everything was great! The host was super friendly and responsive throughout the stay. The place was just as described, although I hadn’t realized one of the rooms had a few minor stairs to access — not a big deal at all. I’d definitely come back!

Fui con un amigo a pasar unos dias y superó nuestras expectativas. La casa era exactamente igual que en las fotos, incluso en persona es más grande. Juan nos dio un montón de sitios para comer por distintas zonas de Madrid y la comunicación ha sido rápida y fluida. Sin duda volveríamos a elegir esta casa para próximos viajes.

Great property that was private and close to the supermarket and transport links. Nacho was a great host, really went out of his way to be accommodating and helpful throughout the trip.

Miguel’s place was the best place we stayed at during our 2 week vacation in Spain. Stunning spacious home with high ceilings, great decor, a beautiful patio, and all the amenities you need! Walking distance to restaurants and tons of vintage shopping. María (co-host) was super responsive the entire time and we were able to do a slightly earlier check-in as well. We loved this home so much and would book it again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for the great stay!

El apartamento nos resultó muy práctico, llegamos con facilidad y pudimos guardar el coche toda la estancia ya que la comunicación con el centro es buenísima con el metro. Todo estaba correcto, limpio y preparado para usar, con mucho menaje en la cocina. Ambiente agradable gracias a la calefacción que funcionaba perfectamente. No lo usamos por el clima pero vimos que tenia también aire acondicionado en los dos pisos. Tiene una terraza que hubiera sido genial pero el tiempo no nos acompañó y la lluvia nos impidió usarla. Considero importante destacar que las ventanas no tienen persiana todas con lo cual entra luz al amanecer. Esto según gusto puede ser un punto a favor o en contra pero creo que es importante saberlo.

A wonderful apartment in a terrific location. Easy to get around the city by metro or walking. The apartment was nicely set up with everything our family needed. Clara was very helpful and responsive.

Desde el primer momento, Alejandro se mostró muy atento y amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. El lugar estaba impecable, muy acogedor y con todos los detalles pensados para que nos sintiéramos como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Alejandro nos dio excelentes recomendaciones de lugares para visitar y restaurantes, ¡y no se equivocó en ninguna! Sin duda, fue un anfitrión excepcional que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo! Gracias por todo, Alejandro. ¡Recomendado al 100%!

Fran y Isabel’s flat was amazing. The 2 terraces were beautiful and just like the pictures. Lots of space for our family and in the middle of town. A short walk to the Bernabéu for a match, and close to multiple Metro stations. The flat was clean and inviting, and Francisco was very responsive and good with communication. They even provided a city guide with great recommendations!

Very good value for money, with a good view and a nice overall atmosphere. The full-size kitchen was a great bonus, making the stay even more convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un mois et demi dans le bel appartement quasi neuf d’Aurelie et Nicolas avec nos enfants. Le logement est très agréable, parfaitement équipé, étincelant de propreté et l’accueil qui nous a été réservé était parfait! Wonderful apartment and very friendly host, Maria, that gave us some nice tips in the neighborhood. The bus stops in front of the door to go to the city centre whilst the neighborhood itself is vibrant with lots of bars and restaurants. Close to a big park and cultural centre that we enjoyed as we were with the dog. The apartment has a lovely terrace. The only small downside to this apartment is that the nights on the street are rather loud with the bars around and quite some traffic, so ear plugs can be needed. Overall we had a great time and we would definitely recommend.

Nous avions loué le logement d Edouardo pour aller visiter l université européenne de Madrid et visiter Madrid. Je vous conseille cet appartement très pratique et bien situé. Bruno

Muy conveniente para una familia con 3 niños que se va a estar moviendo en coche por Madrid y alrededores de la zona norte. Perfectamente equipado. Comunicación muy buena.

We loved the apartment! It was spotless, the bed/bedroom were extremely comfortable, and the double paned window in the bedroom was fabulous, it blocked a ton of noise from the street below. We both work while traveling so we appreciated the double work station and the area to take a break and stretch or exercise 🤓 The metro line is right outside the door which was very convenient for getting to the more touristy parts of town. There are a bunch of restaurants, grocery, bakeries nearby, unfortunately we are gluten free so we couldn’t indulge but they looked tasty. While we were out of town Ra handled receiving my luggage delivery from the airport and even delivered it to the apt which was truly a huge help! We did not realize while booking there is not a living room. We didn’t mind, but good to know. Really a great place to stay with nice additions like shampoo/body soap, coffee, cooking oil etc. The hosts were fabulous, we would definitely return!

Alojamiento extraordinario. Todo super lompio y ordenado. ideal oara diafrutar en familia con niños pequeños. Jardin pequeño pero super aprovechado cinnzonande juegos de niños, barbacoa, piscina privada. ideal para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Carlos' place was absolutely amazing! We traveled with our two toddlers and Carlos' place made our trip. The apartment is quiet and spacious, but when you step outside you are right by restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. The playgrounds at Retiro park and Plaza de Orient were great and close by. Carlos was an excellent host and answered any questions we had. this is the only place I'd stay in Madrid :)
