Had a great stay here, simple but it has everything you need. However, it gets quite cold during the nights! The hosts were wonderful, a little slow regarding the response time but nothing terrible! Would recommend this place 10/10 times.

Highlight of our time in North Thailand! Our stay here in Pai was magical & Pimanchaya’s property was the highlight for us. We felt right at home in this beautiful place, our kids included. The gardens, outdoor bath & hot springs were much appreciated & the peace felt here is just what we needed after long term traveling. The inclusions for kids are amazing & there is always something for them to do/play with - they had the best time. We wanted to spend as much time enjoying the house as we did the area of Pai. We would recommend this property to all family & friends & and we will definitely be back again as a family who now have very fond memories of this place. Sad to say goodbye! Everything was as expected and matched the photos. It was an excellent getaway from city life. The power is turned off after midnight, so it's advisable to charge your devices or finish any work beforehand. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were clean. I also requested dinner service, which cost 80 baht per person and was delicious. Breakfast was offered at the same price, but there seems to have been a miscommunication as I didn't request it. The host helped us arrange a fire pit and we end up asking for two fire pit as we want to move places. The host promptly arrange it and make it happened. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

We had an amazing stay here. The host Michael was very friendly and gave us tips on where we might want to visit. The restaurant there is run by the Chef JC who cooked us the most amazing food. Absolutely recommend. Beautiful area, amazing host, incredible chef.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Location war eine ganz besondere Erfahrung für mich. Ich habe mich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft hat alles zu bieten was man für eine schöne Urlaubszeit in Pai benötigt.

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt! Alles war super sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt, und wir konnten die Zeit richtig genießen. Kommunikation lief reibungslos – gerne wieder!
