The Cyngam Resort is a truly unique place to stay and experience the delights of Chiang Mai. Whilst it’s in a pretty rural setting it’s still only 20 mins via Grab taxi and a 25 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. I’d describe the accommodation as ‘shabby chic’ full of rustic charm and character. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although we did experience some noises in a couple of the bedrooms from the pool filter. We also experienced recurring problems with the hot water to the showers although the fantastic Aor and her team did their very best to resolve the problems as best they could. In fact, the biggest positive of the resort was the friendliness of the staff and the hospitality and support given during our stay and also via prompt communication before our arrival in helping us to plan our week. I would definitely recommend Cyngam for those looking for a unique way to stay in Chiang Mai

Bei dieser modernen Villa fehlt es an nichts. Die Größe war mehr als großzügig und bot genügend Platz, um auch mit mehr als 4 Leuten seine Privatsphäre zu waren. Die Ausstattung war super, zumal wir zusätzlich mit frischem Obst, Milch, Eiern und Toast begrüßt wurden, welches Jona und Mary uns in unserer Unterkunft zur Verfügung stellten. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Wir erhielten super Tipps und konnten auch bei Fragen jederzeit mit einer schnellen Antwort rechnen. Der Aussenbereich ist modern, gemütlich und super gepflegt. Hätten wir die Zeit gehabt, wären wir definitiv gerne länger geblieben! Eine sehr tolle Familie, mit denen es auch Spaß macht ein Pläuschen zu halten. Wir wünschen Jona, Mary und den Kids nur das Beste!

This- is the best place to stay in Chiang Mai! The house is unique and amazing, the hosts are so friendly and gracious and always helpful! If an 'out of the city' low key vibe with beautiful Thai surrroundings are what you're looking for, this is definitely it! The open air feel is wonderful, the private pool off the master bedroom is clean and refreshing, the morning Thai breakfast is a treat, fresh flowers in every room is a delight! Clean towels every day, and laundry done if you need. Great local restaurants and a 'farmers market' within walking distance. Highly recommend this place!!

Prapai is very responsive and provides useful guidance throughout the stay. The apartment is nestled in a quiet village 20-30 mins away from the city by car. Bicycles are available on site which can be used to explore the sights/cafes in the area.

If I could rate Apple and Toshi's place 6 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, I would. It had everything guests would need to make their stay comfortable. We loved waking up to the sun rising and birds chirping. The food our host cooked for us was delicious and made from fresh ingredients from their farm. The care and hospitality extended to us by Apple was exceptional. Thank you so much for the wonderful though brief stay at your place.

더 좋을 수 없을 정도로 너무 만족한 숙소였습니다. 호스트는 항상 빠른 답변을 해주었고 숙소 입실 전까지 꼼꼼하게 챙겨주었어요. 숙소에 가서는 매니저가 조식이랑 청소 여부에 대해 세심하게 챙겼고 필요한 용품도 바로 마련해주었습니다. 숙소는 내가 이런 호사를 누려도 되나 싶을 정도로 너무 아름답고 편안했습니다. 수영장과 스파, 큰 침대와 편안한 침구, 매일 새로 채워주시는 물과 수건, 어메니티까지 나무랄 곳이 없었습니다. 아름다운 조경과 넉넉한 공간이 주는 여유까지... 여기에 살고 싶었어요 ㅠㅠ 별 5개가 아깝지 않네요. 이 곳을 발견하셨다면 당장 가세요. 망설일 필요가 없습니다. 추천, 추천, 완전 추천입니다!

We really loved our stay! Starting from the complementary airport pick up to the tasty breakfast each morning! The location is peaceful yet walkable to the old town. Also really loved the way the house looks, really standing out, would definitely recommed staying here!

Lovely place to stay while visiting Old Town, Chiang Mai. Every corner of the house feels carefully put together — from the antique furniture and art pieces to the fresh flowers and greenery that make the space feel really special. I really appreciated the little details, like the welcome lemongrass tea during check-in. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking, but since we only stayed for one night, it was manageable.
