Very pleasant place! We stayed for couple of days. The house was clean and well-maintained. It also conveniently located, close to the beach. Tania was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated the helpfulness, Tania provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and scooter rental services. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Fantastic stay had by all 6 of us. Very relaxing and peaceful yet a short taxi or car journey to Lamai or Chaweng when we wanted the hustle and bustle. Tone and Par where extremely helpful when needed and went about their daily chores without imposing themselves in anyway. We chose to eat out almost every meal with IBeach a few minutes walk down the beach, and Mordens a few minutes walk in the other direction. Trips out are easily booked and pickups from the villa were easily arranged. It was our first time on Koh Samui and I doubt we would have found anywhere better. Thanks Alan and Nikki for a great time and fantastic villa.

Location, location, location! The shack is what it says - a shack and it was the most perfect place for us. Being right on the beach was incredible. Walking distance along the beach to a fantastic variety of Thai and international restaurants and bars. Walking distance to 7/11 and Big C supermarkets. We didn't hire a car and Jason and Nora's lovely neighbour drove us to the supermarket if we wanted to do a bigger shop. We would hire a car next time. Thank you for a brilliant stay Jason and Nora, you were so lovely to deal with and really enthusiastic and genuine - we look forward to returning and seeing you again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The property was stunning, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The people were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We would definitely love to return again in the future!

If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. This beautiful little hut is minutes from the beach, restaurants, 7-11 supermarket, quiet and set back from the road, next to a little bakery and a massage place and a great beach side restaurant Lay Lagom - everything was perfect. You need a scooter to make the most of things here as it's on the quiet side of the island - we LOVED it and would definitely stay here again. The decor was fab, very clean, compact and the housekeeper did a brilliant job with a few loads of laundry that we had - turning it around on the same day. Cannot recommend it enough - we loved it.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa. Die Villa ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Sie ist absolut sauber, schön und mit allem notwendigen eingerichtet.

Super tolle Lage, super Unterkunft. der Strand ist direkt vor der tür. tolle große Küche mit allem was man braucht ( im Kühlschrank stand für uns direkt wasser, säfte, kaffee bereit) . Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Im großen und ganzen alle Erwartungen getroffen. Unterkunft ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.

It’s a great place to stay right on the beach, if you’re luckier than us with the weather, you’re gonna have a great time! Obviously of note, just as other reviewers mention, the cafe next door does indeed play music all day long until ~1am or so every day, however all the bedrooms are on another side very much away from the noise. Didn’t hear a thing when sleeping! The first floor is unusual - it’s completely open and stays open like that, as there’s no door on the beach side. However, that’s not a problem as the beach is super safe and we had fun just lounging in that area after a long day of exploring. Hosts were extremely responsive and helped with local recommendations and scooter rentals. All in all, this is probably a place suited for the younger crowd, so definitely go ahead, book it and have fun!

Это чудесное место, очень красивое, чистое, просторное и функциональное. Вилла просто огромная, гостиной и спальней на 3 и 4 этажах мы даже не пользовались. Бассейн прямо перед окнами создает особенную атмосферу уюта и курорта. На кухне есть всё необходимое. Отличный гигантский телевизор. Собственный гараж прямо перед входной дверью невероятно удобен. Вобщем, мы остались полностью всем довольны и с удовольствием снова остановимся здесь.

Mandred was an excellent host!! He took care of all our needs arranging transportation to and from the airport helped with baggage in and out of house . Recommendations for places to eat and any other questions we had. The house is amazing very beautiful and great views!! We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!!

chittraporn and her husband and lovely generous people. She responds immediately to all questions. They are very interested their guests. the house is located in a quite area with a lovely pool. the beach area is small and to access a longer beach it's only 5 mins away on a scooter. For a long stay I would recommend having your own transport as the restaurants in walking distance are only a few. Also the supermarkets are a good 20; min walk.we organised our scooter hire via Chittraporn and it was great delivery amd price. highly recommend this home.

Jeff’s place was very spacious and he was very quick to respond with any questions. The distance was about a kilometre and a half to the major shops and restaurants and easy walking. The indoor pool was great on those hot days. The apartment lends itself to both short and long term stays. My wife and I stayed there for 50 days (February - March 2025) and we would stay there again in a heart beat. Thanks Jeff.

Très belle chambre prive qui donne sur une plage prive !! vraiment magnifique ! calme et paisible à 2 pas de la vie de lamai ! stationnement facile devant . un petit coup de peinture exterieure serait idéal mais c'est un détail.

For once the villa was exactly as described on the site. Right on a lovely, sandy, small, quiet beach. The village with restaurants etc only a short walk away with only a small part along the road. Anew bar is being built now at the end of the bay. The lady who looks after and cleans the villa is wonderful and cooked us a delicious Thai Christmas dinner.

Our stay in Villa SeaNest was nothing but perfect. All in all we spent 4 weeks in Koh Samui, one week at SeaNest, and it was by far the best! The house is nice and spotless clean, the garden is a dream with a super nice seaview. Our kids (4,2,0) enjoyed the pool that has a perfect play area for smaller ones. The beach is like a little wild paradise and it is possible to swim. You can walk to a temple nearby next to the water or to the other side to see some fishermen and their old boats. Only some steps away there is a bar and a restaurant directly at the beach, we went there several times. But one of the best things about the whole stay were truely the housekeeper Jim and her husband. They were so thoughtful helpful and always friendly. If we ever return to Koh Samui, we‘d definitely love to come back!

Vi havde alle 10 - 4 voksne og 6 børn en herlig oplevelse i den lækre villa. Beliggenheden på huset er eminent. Lige ned til en strand med den smukkeste solnedgang. Værterne Tony og Pawn tog sig godt af os. På vores sidste aften anrettede de en fantastisk middag for os og var til stor hjælp, når vi spurte.

Wir waren 3 Monate in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Durch Waschmaschine, Küche, Fernseher (Internetfähig) und schnelles Internet bietet sich ein autarkes Leben. Dad Highlight sind die beiden Hunde vom angrenzenden Humble Villa, die beim Haus abhängen. Beide freuen sich über Leckerlis und belohnten uns mit ihrer Zuneigung. Klar bellen beide in der Nacht, sie vertreiben aber auch Getier, welches es in Thailand halt gibt.

localisation incroyable et vue somptueuse sur la baie. Le fait de venir hors saison (nus avis eu 4 semaines de grand beau temps) nous a permis de profiter du complexe et de sa piscine sans aucune nuisance de voisinage. Il y a 8 maisons dans la residence et , en plein saison , les potentielles 30 à 50 personnes présentes peuvent nuire au calme du lieu (notamment sur la piscine). Le bord de mer est incroyable et la localisation idéale (quelques restaurants a portée de pas). L hote est réactif, sympathique. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir.

Lovely beach house stay for over a week! Peaceful, serene beach walks, nearby great restaurants, away from the hustle & bustle of more populated areas, super comfy bed (one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in well over 40 + Air Bnb stays!), hammocks to relax in out on the terrace, beach towels provided …these are just some of the things I loved about this place! Elena also, was generous to accommodate me with a ride to the airport upon my checkout. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again! 🏝️ 👍😎

The home was beautiful and staffed with an amazing couple who made our stay super memorable. The food was amazing and they were so discreet you hardly knew they were there. Be sure to do the chef dinner at least once. You will not regret it. Would definitely recommend this home

This is a real gem. You get access to a 5-star hotel with wonderful beach, pools, kids club, activities,restaurants, and air bar with magnificent views (one of 1000 places to visit before you die according to The Times), for a fraction of the price. the villa is huge, and I must say a lot nicer than the photos. the views and sunset are magnificent. Communication with Christian was great. and Nan took great care of us at the spot. We combined the stay with a week at Koh Tao for snorkeling and a week at Chaweng for more central stay, which was perfect for us. 6 adults and 6 kids had the whole villa and the apartment and it was great room.

Der Empfang durch Chris sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab reichlich frisches Obst und kühle Getränke - einfach nur köstlich. Chris gab hilfreiche Tipps und war immer erreichbar. Sehr ruhige Gegend, so dass Auto etc. erforderlich; privaterTaxifahrer, K. Chan (?), in Nachbarschaft und sehr zuverlässig. Privatstrand um die Ecke, war aber zu ruhig für uns (ein paar wenige Fischerboote). Wasserfälle in der Nähe und mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Wunderschön, auch zum Schwimmen. Meer und Strand am schönsten an Chiang Mai beach; Kosten für Liege und Schirm dort 100 Baht/Tag. Allerdings ist der Ort selbst überlaufen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Marco und Chris für alles, wir wären sehr gerne für sehr viel länger dort geblieben. Es war traumhaft schön in der Villa !
