I had a great stay at Anna and Courtney's place. They've turned a traditional Thai home into a lovely place to stay. The floor to ceiling windows bring so much light in and the pool was just lovely. There were a few small things that you'd expect from Thailand like the mozzies coming out in full force at 4pm but we hid from them so all good. Overall would definitely stay again. Thanks guys.

Это чудесное место, очень красивое, чистое, просторное и функциональное. Вилла просто огромная, гостиной и спальней на 3 и 4 этажах мы даже не пользовались. Бассейн прямо перед окнами создает особенную атмосферу уюта и курорта. На кухне есть всё необходимое. Отличный гигантский телевизор. Собственный гараж прямо перед входной дверью невероятно удобен. Вобщем, мы остались полностью всем довольны и с удовольствием снова остановимся здесь.

We had a really happy stay. It’s a great setup for a group since everyone gets their own room and private bathroom, which made it super comfortable and easy. The private pool and outdoor dining area were highlights for us — perfect for relaxing and hanging out together. A few helpful things to note, especially if it’s your first time in Thailand: in general, toilet paper isn’t flushed here, so it goes in the bin provided — not a big deal, just good to know! You also pay separately for electricity, so we were mindful and mostly used the air-con at night while sleeping. Totally manageable once you're aware. The hosts were attentive and helpful with anything requested. They even offer scooters and laundry — we used the laundry, taxi pickup and it was such a great perk. The beach/town is an easy walk, but having scooters might be worth considering to explore more. Overall, a lovely experience. Would recommend for groups looking for space, privacy, and a good home base to explore.

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit der Wahl bei Elisabeth unseren 4 Wöchigen Urlaub zu verbringen. Der große Pool war für unsere Morgentliche Schwimmrunden sehr schön, gefallen hat uns wirklich die gute unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Elisabeth. Toll war auch der angebotene Wasserflaschen Tausch ( 50 Liter).Die Villa ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten ,bestens ausgestattet. Selbst bei der Roller Mietung hat Elisabeth für uns alles Organisiert .Alles war für uns toll. Toller Urlaub, jeder Zeit wieder, sollten wir nochmal Koh Samui bereisen.

Ah! What a pleasure it was to live and experience Koh Samui at Pannipa and Markus’s villa ❤️ Pannipa is so beautiful and so friendly. We were welcomed with big smiles and that just made our day! The villa is BREATHTAKING! The pictures don’t do justice at all! It’s such a dreamy place. We TRULY relaxed here. The views from every corner of the villa were just 🤌🏼 and the private pool ❤️ missing it already! We (Vishnu and I) were here for 2 days to celebrate my birthday in tranquility and we really lucked out as those were the only 2 days the villa was available! Pannipa and Vishnu arranged a lovely birthday cake, delicious papaya and really surprised me! Thank you so much for being the friends we miss from back home. It truly felt like home ❤️ what a PERFECT way to end our Thailand trip. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience Pannipa and Markus! You both are AMAAAAZING! We will be back for longer next time ❤️ See you soon beautiful souls! ∞/10 🫰🏼

Our stay at the villa was great - we had wonderful responsive hosts, beautiful location and things to explore nearby. I will say that this location would work better for people who do not like to go out that much, or for those who do not mind driving everywhere. It is quiet, peaceful and secluded.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen! Alles entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles genau wie beschrieben. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und der Pool lädt zum abkühlen ein. Toller Ort mit einem sehr tollen Gastgeber! Danke Zak, dasswir uns hier wohlfühlen durften!

First the good: I would definitely stay again, the room was big and clean and the bed was the most comfy we have had in 1 year of travels! It may not be in the busy part of the island but that is what I liked, restaurants and beaches close by, mountains in the background 😊 The bad: the host does not communicate well at all. We were given the wrong checkin details (pin code and all) and so we checked into the wrong room (they are identical). Another couple came and walked in on us while I was unpacking and my wife was in the shower.. We got no real apology and felt fairly embarrassed! We also asked for a late checkout & the host said it was ok, then the cleaners arrived - turns out another guest was checking in early! Just poorly run.

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

Great compact condo at the best beach on Koh Samui. The complex has everything you could wish for during your stay. Leonie and Barton were great hosts too!

This was our second time staying at The Bay Condominiums. Located in Plai Laem, Bophut, it’s in a great spot just outside the busy hub but still convenient with loads of authentic Thai restaurants, massages, 7/11 within easy walk & beautiful views over the water to the islands. 5 mins by scooter to Bangrak Pier, Cheong Mon Beach & 15 mins into Chaweng Central. Easy to hail a baht bus to get around as well. Facilities are decent…pool, gym & basic cafe to grab a beer or coffee, also coin operated laundry. Brian’s condo was spacious, clean, comfy & well-equipped. Large covered deck was a major wow with beautiful views & a cooling breeze. (In fact we didn’t use the a/c once during our stay because of the condo aspect & breeze…nice!) Brian was super lovely & very accessible, full of recommendations on dining, sightseeing, even good Netflix shows! Loved our stay…10/10 comfort, convenience & peace. Thank you for having us Brian…will come again for sure.

Квартира прекрасная, очень красивая, светлая, уютная, с потрясающей террасой. Немного требует ремонта, но очень комфортная для проживания. Не понравилось отсутствие горячей воды в душевой кабине. Мы мылись в ванне, но в ней нет шторки и вода течет на пол. Самое плохое было что хозяйка не дала никаких инструкций по заселению, хотя мы просили ее об этом когда звонили из аэропорта. Потом у нее просто был отключен телефон и мы не знали что нам делать. Координаты на Airbnb привели нас не туда. Мы сделали три круга прежде чем найти нужный въезд. Нам помог охранник, который не говорил по английски, но оказалось что ключи у него. Это был единственный неприятный момент. Позже хозяйка вышла на связь и принесла извинения. Также подарила сувениры. Спасибо большое за это, нам было приятно. Совет: вбивайте в google maps “BLEU CONDO”. Не используте координаты. В остальном все было превосходно! P.S. Вокруг очень тихо, не слышно шум дорог. Но петухи начинают в 4-5 утра, берите беруши :)

Wer es ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig! Es war wirklich angenehm und ruhig. Sowohl die Gegend als auch die Unterkunft an sich. Das nächste 7-Eleven war zwar etwas weiter weg (zu Fuß), aber die Lage war ganz ok. Man muss einen Berg hochgehen, da die Unterkunft wirklich am Ende der Straße auf dem Berg lag. Auch wenn die Grab-driver nicht immer die Unterkunft auf Anhieb finden konnten, lief man einfach den Berg ein wenig runter bis zu einer kleinen Kreuzung. Da traf man dann die Grab-Driver. Man kam mit Grab ziemlich flott zum Nightmarket. Die Zimmer waren wirklich sehr geräumig und hygienisch. Als wir die Unterkunft betraten hat es so schön nach Putzmitteln gerochen :) Die Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet mit einem großen Kühlschrank und Geschirr aller Art. Eine Waschmaschine gab es auch, welches einer meiner Highlights war. Waschmittel wurde ebenfalls bereitgestellt. Einen Wäscheständer gab es auch. Vielen lieben Dank an Oshin :) Oshin war nämlich immer für uns da.

Guillaume очень вежливый и заботливый хозяин, искренне интересовался как наши дела и отвечал на все наши вопросы очень оперативно, спасибо. В апартах есть все необходимое для проживания, в самом доме есть тренажерный зал, бассейн. В доме тихо

Fantastic stay had by all 6 of us. Very relaxing and peaceful yet a short taxi or car journey to Lamai or Chaweng when we wanted the hustle and bustle. Tone and Par where extremely helpful when needed and went about their daily chores without imposing themselves in anyway. We chose to eat out almost every meal with IBeach a few minutes walk down the beach, and Mordens a few minutes walk in the other direction. Trips out are easily booked and pickups from the villa were easily arranged. It was our first time on Koh Samui and I doubt we would have found anywhere better. Thanks Alan and Nikki for a great time and fantastic villa.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ein wenig abgelegen. Ein Fortbewegungsmittel würde ich jedoch empfehlen. Zum erholen und runterkommen ist die Villa eine Oase. Alles ist sauber und hygienisch. Wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten haben wir nach sehr kurzer Zeit eine Antwort erhalten - das schätzen wir sehr. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

We don’t even know where to start when reviewing Kevin and his beautiful villa in Koh Samui. From our first conversation Kevin was polite, professional, extremely kind and knowledgeable. He gave us great tips on where to look for cheaper flights, had our rental vehicle arranged and delivered for a one months stay, organized a full day long tail boat trip where we went island hopping, swimming and snorkeling. In addition Kevin gave us great ideas for adventure and activities including the Koh Samui elephant sanctuary, various temples, waterfalls and spas. Kevin arranged private transportation for us from the airport and provided clear instructions for where to meet the driver. Kevin welcomed us to our visit and showed us around the meticulously maintained villa, pool and beach area. As evidence of Kevin’s thoughtfulness he left us with some toiletries and groceries so that we did not have to rush out after a long flight. We would not hesitate to return and encourage you to enjoy Samui
