Super logement ! Très propre, design et dans un endroit très calme. Possible de se rendre à Chiang Mai city à pied en 15minutes. Hôte disponible et à l’écoute de nos besoins. En revanche, il n’y avait pas de rangement dans les chambres.

Place was exactly as described, everything was in great working condition, everything needed was available in the kitchen.Aircon and TV were very new and in very good working condition.kasin was very responsive and provided recommendations on places to go to.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

Jorge is such an outstanding host. His communication is always responsive and attentive. He is so friendly and helpful that you will get a friend after your stay. Our whole family felt right home at the place and kids do not want to leave the place with lots of fun things to do/play with. We all enjoy the pool and jacuzzi very much. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Good value, relaxing place to stay. 25 min away from city central, so a bit out of the way. Also, it's very tropical so there are mosquitoes and bugs right outside, especially if you have external lights on (but it can't be helped since its just the environment). Overall enjoyed our stay. Max was very responsive, the place and pool was clean, and it was a nice, peaceful place.

Bei dieser modernen Villa fehlt es an nichts. Die Größe war mehr als großzügig und bot genügend Platz, um auch mit mehr als 4 Leuten seine Privatsphäre zu waren. Die Ausstattung war super, zumal wir zusätzlich mit frischem Obst, Milch, Eiern und Toast begrüßt wurden, welches Jona und Mary uns in unserer Unterkunft zur Verfügung stellten. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Wir erhielten super Tipps und konnten auch bei Fragen jederzeit mit einer schnellen Antwort rechnen. Der Aussenbereich ist modern, gemütlich und super gepflegt. Hätten wir die Zeit gehabt, wären wir definitiv gerne länger geblieben! Eine sehr tolle Familie, mit denen es auch Spaß macht ein Pläuschen zu halten. Wir wünschen Jona, Mary und den Kids nur das Beste!

院子里好多非常漂亮而且古老的树，有个超大鱼池，好多漂亮的鲤鱼，晚上的落日很漂亮，大厨房烧饭有煤气，每天有服务员打扫卫生，收拾院子，傍晚来点蚊香，很多户外桌椅，可以自由选择在不同风景中吃饭喝茶，我们住了7天，外面景点和饭店都不如这里漂亮，真的就是住在风景里的感觉，太喜欢了

We have stayed over a month and Jin was a perfect host. She and her lovely parents helped and assisted us with any need we might have. She helped us renting a car, gave us a ride when she headed to the downtown. She was very kind. We work remotely so the garden and balcony was a peaceful place to work. There was some construction noise during the day, but at night its very quiet. If you are planing a long stay and want to be away from the city you should definitely consider Jin’s house.

The most lovely hosts and place Ive ever been to. Silence all around, birds singing, squirrels on the trees. The terrace is the best spot. if you are a digital nomad seeking for a spot far from the city noise and rush, do not hesitate, just come here and you wont regret. The hosts are very helpful, proactive and they really do care about guest's comfort. Highly recommended !

Our stay at this pool villa was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful design and luxurious atmosphere. The villa was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The private pool was the highlight of our stay—it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We spent hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The outdoor area was well-maintained and offered plenty of space for sunbathing or just soaking in the serene ambiance. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The little touches, like fresh towels and thoughtful amenities, made the experience even more special. Location-wise, the villa was ideal—quiet and private, yet still close enough to explore nearby attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Very safe and private house. Suitable for 4 people!

Bill was an exceptional host who went above and beyond. He was thoughtful and helpful and very quick to respond whenever I sent a message. He had water and extra supplies such as toilet paper, washing powder etc which was really helpful, especially being out of town. There was a gym, which Bill recommended, within walking distance too. We were a group of 9 who stayed for nearly 3 weeks and we were very comfortable- the house is spacious and had everything we needed. The only issue we sometimes had was we had to wait a bit longer find grab. I would suggest using grab for getting home from town as songtau drivers/ taxis outside of grab had trouble finding the location. Using the ‘plus code’ on google maps was the most accurate for finding the accomodation. The community the house is in was lovely, the neighbours were friendly and would stop for a chat or to drop off some fruit etc. FYI; You have to pay for power, for us it cost us an average of an extra 255baht per night.

The house is lovely, comfortable, has everything you need. Sriploy and her sons have thought about everything, and they're ever responsive to any requests. They've invested in their guests feeling like home, and that's exactly how it feels to be there. We spent an entire month at the location, it's private, away from the city and crowds, so if you're looking to disconnect from the world, this is the perfect location. Highly recommend renting a scooter or a car to explore the mountains, hot springs and beautiful farm lands spread across the area. There are plenty of local restaurants around if that's your thing, if you prefer to cook hey have a shared kitchen with everything one might need. Banana trees, mangoes, longan fruits aplenty, the little pond with fish flopping in and out, a myraid of birds flying across the fields, we loved everything about Siri's place. There's still burning outside their property that can be a bother but not the host's fault. Otherwise perfect location.

房源很好，有很多蚊子，但不是老闆的問題，老闆也有誠意解決問題，因為有很多植栽導致蚊子較多 還有地板，因為是木地板，已經有鬆動，導致行走時所發出的木地板共震影響到睡眠，床相當好睡，還是很不錯的選擇 之前有看到其他遊客表示2樓很熱，這次去看到老闆已經新增一台冷氣，相信老闆也是很用心在經營管理

Dom jest przepiękny - czuć w nim dobrego ducha i dużo miłości. Bardzo przytulny i klimatyczny - podróżujemy często po świecie i z czystym sumieniem możemy powiedzieć, że był to jeden z najpiękniejszych domów, w którym mieliśmy możliwość mieszkać. Prawdziwa perełka! Gospodarz jest super komunikatywny, bardzo miły i pomocny. Jeżeli będziemy kiedykolwiek w pobliżu to na pewno będziemy chcieli wrócić - dzięki temu domowi nasz pobyt w Chiang Mai zostanie niezapomniany do końca życia. Polecamy bardzo!

Brilliant apartment with a lovely garden and the most welcoming and thoughtful host - I cannot rate this place highly enough. 100% recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Jeffrey's place and truly loved it. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The garden is well-maintained and beautiful, making it a great spot to relax outside. The area has a charming countryside feel, surrounded by lush greenery, banana and coconut trees, and rice fields. The drive to Chiang Mai’s central areas is reasonable, about 25-30 minutes to the more distant parts of the city. Jeffrey is an incredibly kind and helpful host—an outstanding host overall! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely love to stay here again.

The house is well located near the trendy Nimman area. Plenty of places to eat, coffee shops, massage places etc and just a short walk to all the shopping and markets around Nimman 1. The property was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

We had two wonderful weeks in this house, and it felt like home. The house was clean and beds felt like in 5 star hotels. kitchen is great and it equipped with modern appliances Su and Alex respond to all of our requests in a very short time. The neighbourhood is quite and its 3 minutes from two big shopping centers. The house is also 15 minutes drive from old town. if you are looking for a house to stay with your family, don't hesitate, its a great place to stay.
