Хорошая квартира на 23 этаже,шикарный вид на бухту, бомбезные закаты! Иногда присутствует запах канализации, но похоже это происходит во всем кондо. Цена немного завышена, мебель тоже не первой свежести, но в общем и целом все понравилось хозяин очень отзывчивый человек.

Very friendly host🙏! provided clear instructions, always helpful. The room has a really nice view from the city. Walking distance to Villa market and Central shopping center is short😊. We had a great time 👍

Hosang est un hôte professionnel, tout est bien organisé, la communication est bonne et les problèmes sont réglés rapidement. L'appartement est fidèle à la description, vous vous sentez comme chez vous et c'est très agréable de se réveiller chaque matin en pouvant observer la mer. Si je reviens à Jomtien je louerai l'appartement d'Hosang à nouveau sans hésiter.

My stay at Supasek’s property in Pattaya Central was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, Supasek made me feel welcomed with a warm greeting and helpful tips about the area. The apartment was exactly as described—modern, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Pattaya Beach, shopping malls, and vibrant nightlife on Walking Street. I loved the peace and quiet of the building, which provided a restful retreat after a busy day of exploring. Communication was prompt and clear, and the check-in process was seamless. The amenities provided, from toiletries to fresh linens, were top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or place to stay. Highly recommend Supasek for anyone visiting Pattaya—will definitely return next time!

The accommodation was excellent. The host was very attentive and thoughtful in preparing all the amenities. The sea view and sunset from the place were absolutely stunning. I will definitely stay here again.

Pairine's place is beautiful and I think anyone who books this place will be happy. You need to get a motorbike or some type of transportation to get around or you will be stuck in this little community. One last thing get ready to sleep on a brick hard mattress. The mattress is brutal and made for many nights of uncomfortable sleep. The pool was deserted and a bungie cord attached to the door kind of an abandoned area I only went up there once. Other than that it's a great place to stay. Great sunsets from the balcony.

Decent value for a place with a complex wide pool and gym. AC and wifi worked well and there is laundry in the apartment. There are enough little restaurants for meals and convenience stores within a block or two and using grab to the popular streets are inexpensive. The owner was very responsive and addressing any issues quickly like a door lock with low battery.

This is a beautiful villa, surrounding a beautiful pool& garden, in the vibrant area of Pratumnak, I loved my stay here can’t recommend enough 👍

A great house to stay in peaceful location. Amazing big rooms and all the facilities. Will love this villa if visiting with family and friends. Great responsive host helped me with late check in. I was ditched by my other accommodation not only did he reply within 10 minutes but gave me ample time to book and let us check in within 30 minutes. Thank you for accepting our last minute booking and savings our holidays.

House location is perfect for family. Save with good security guard, private, quite yet near to amenities and the beach. The pool is clean and very chill to hang outside beside the pool. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed over the weekend and this place was fantastic! Really great, short drive to the pier for Koh Samet, friendly and quick responding host. She was very helpful and even though we booked the same morning as stayed she had everything set up ready to go. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend we will come and stay again! 😊

Very nice and peaceful place. Front gate key and door keys to access into the house are quite a bit hard to open, may need lubricant. The house is very clean and new anyway. I would recommend for visitors to check in for peaceful relaxation, long stay will be great.

Very comfortable place to stay! I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to chill out for a while. Emphasis on chill, there aren't many things to do around the accommodation. The sea is very close by, and there are bikes to borrow if you don't want to rent a scooter. However, if you do have a scooter Rayong is not far, it has the usual suspects in terms of entertainment and shopping. Overall extremely good!

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Dach. Die moderne und schöne Einrichtung hat uns beeindruckt. Manchmal war das Publikum im Haus etwas weniger angenehm, und die Straße unten ist recht laut und lebhaft. Dies ist jedoch bei Pattaya bekannt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

A quiet, peaceful location with a beautiful view away from the noise and rabble of Pattaya. The flat was spacious, clean and had everything you need including a rooftop pool overlooking the beach. It exceeded expectations in terms of value of money and provided a welcome alternative to the "chaos" of the adjoining city. It is family-friendly and close to bars, cafes and restaurants, so was perfect for a few days in the sunshine. Highly recommended.

Home away from home. Hidden gem! Huge bed, peaceful surroundings and super safe. Came with 5 months old baby and 4 years old. Perfect place

The host was very forthcoming and staff were very helpful. The flat was clean and somewhat similar to the photos. But the flat needs some updates, as the wear and tears are now showing. The private beach is nice.

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.

何度もジョムティエンは訪れていますが、過去最高に立地が良く（中心地）、建物は多少古いですが、お部屋もリラックス出来、景観も最高でした。ちょっとしたトラブルはありましたが、Eddieさんが迅速に対応してくれて、すぐに快適になりました。感謝です♥ あまり、絶賛すると、次の予約が取れにくくなりそうなので😁 毎年1ヶ月Pattayaに滞在してますが、次回もぜひ！お部屋を予約したいです。 Eedeieさん、ありがとうございました。

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.
