This house is modern and clean and really lovely. We had an amazing stay in Jedyod and will definitely be booking this place again the next time we're in Chiang Mia!

We had such a great stay at Ami’s place. Perfect location in the heart of Nimman, and an easy Grab ride to old town or anywhere else in Chiang Mai. Very responsive and helpful host, and a very cool space to call home for the week. The deck on the roof was so nice to hang out on at night.

This place is perfect, if you want to be in a walkable area to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Our group of seven (7) had plenty of space to spread out. FYI, there are 4 floors which equals lots of stairs. The on-site greeter, Lucy, was VERY helpful and provided lots of good recommendations. If ever in the area again, I’ll book this property!

Wir waren sehr gerne in diesem Haus. Auf der Suche nach etwas Besonderem sind wir hier fündig geworden. Der Außenbereich hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir hatten einige Fragen an Pia, diese wurden immer und ausführlich beantwortet. Der Wohlfühlfaktor war sehr hoch. Bei einem erneuten Besuch in Chiang Mai kommen wir wieder zu Pia.

入住非常舒服，花园环境舒服，床品很好。贴心安排了榻榻米给孩子，入住的全过程感受到人在异国他乡都备受照顾。特别主卧的躺椅，躺着修图发圈很可！附近去哪里都很方便，闹中取静。飞机声音还好，不太受影响，孩子太开心了。每天都很及时搞卫生，真心棒👍🏻下次还会回来，推荐给朋友！感觉入住的是朋友家里一样，备受照顾！

The villa is stunning! We spent two weeks there and didn't want to leave. It looks exactly like the photos and is even more breathtaking in person. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms, which were meticulously clean. The outdoor area is also very cozy, with a private pool cleaned regularly throughout the stay. You can reach the city center via a 10-minute drive. The villa is located in a brand new neighbourhood which can be hard to find by some drivers. But the hosts gave us photo instructions that really helped. The area is very quiet and private, great for relaxation. The hosts were so nice and responsive. They left fruits and water for us, they sent us recommendations for the festive days in Chiang Mai, and they also gave us extra towels when we asked.

The property is great one and worth the money but what made our experience much better was the host. She was a very friendly, helpful, and cared person. She even went beyond her duty and picked us up from the airport just to get to her property faster. Thanks Jaifah for the great hospitality and I recommend this place to anyone coming to Chiang Mai.

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

This was our favorite place we stayed in all of Thailand. It was beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. We loved having a private pool as well. Mark was excellent, and extremely communicative and helpful. I highly recommend having the breakfast every day, it’s delicious and made up of local foods. It’s a little bit outside of Chiang Mai downtown, which we really enjoyed. We felt like we were the only tourists in the area. There’s a 7/11 and street market close by. Also the private transfer to and from the airport was really helpful because we had both late night and early morning flights. Highly recommend this air bnb.

This was such a private and peaceful Airbnb. This house is on the same property as the owners house, but they have done a great job of making it feel like its own place. It was clean, the owners are so nice and helpful, and we felt at home here. This place is about a 25 minute ride to city center. If you plan on booking tours through Airbnb, trip advisor, etc, just know that you will need to get grab rides to city center. A lot of those tours have hotel pick up, but they won’t come that far. We spent about 180 baht each way daily trying to get to city center for our booked tours. There are public transportation buses for cheaper, but it was easier to order a grab and not have to wait for a bus.

非常适合一家子旅游，每个房间都有单独的卫生间，这点非常完美，爸妈和小孩此次行程都很愉快，傍晚在泳池边看着晚霞，在后院喝一壶茶，感觉真的太好了，避开了传统旅游熙熙攘攘的街道，这真的是一个独特和完美的假期，放松身心。而且关键是这样的villa在普通酒店，我们一大家子5个人的这种估计一晚上要6000RMB了。 这里才三分之一的价格。真心转到了，周边的网红餐厅chom也是很推荐， 和仙境一样， 还有那个稻田餐厅米其林，也很近。孩子喜欢的夜间动物园也在附近， 特别棒。机场接机的司机也很nice还给我们足够的时间在7-11 买牛奶面包啥的补给

Andy的房子很舒服，空間很大，沒有很多蚊蟲，有游泳池、洗衣機、煮食爐等等，設置充足，地理位置非常方便，門口也可以泊兩部私家車，我們一行8人都很喜歡Andy的房子。

非常完美的的住所！如果你們有好幾個房間需求，與其找五星級飯店，我更推薦這個泳池城堡民宿。房間跟公共空間都寬敞整潔，適合全家出遊或者好友團體出遊！

Beautiful location, high quality rooms and idyllic climate high up in the hills. Only issue is getting transport to other places because of how remote it is.

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our time at Absolute Thai Hillside villa. We rented 2 villas for our group. This villa was very cozy and charming. Staying in December there was no need for AC but it was an option. Keeping in mind that this is in rural Thailand the simple amenities are appropriate. Additionally, the compound grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed swinging on the swings, exploring the grounds, taking lots of pictures and enjoying dinner at the large communal kitchen. there's not much within walking distance (a few mom-n-pop type stores), but a 7-11 is a short drive and plenty to explore in this area (check out mok fa waterfall nearby). The property care takers were very helpful addressing any issues and giving suggestions on what to do.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. I am eager to return as soon as possible. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you so much 🥹🙏
