院子里好多非常漂亮而且古老的树，有个超大鱼池，好多漂亮的鲤鱼，晚上的落日很漂亮，大厨房烧饭有煤气，每天有服务员打扫卫生，收拾院子，傍晚来点蚊香，很多户外桌椅，可以自由选择在不同风景中吃饭喝茶，我们住了7天，外面景点和饭店都不如这里漂亮，真的就是住在风景里的感觉，太喜欢了

清迈泳池别墅里性价比最高的了. 位置超级好. 不像别的别墅区远离城市. 这里出门就是餐厅和超市. 别墅区的人很安静不会吵. 晚上睡觉非常舒服. 如果想度假的朋友可以来. 去宁曼路大概十五分钟. 去塔佩门十分钟.去尚泰十分钟.最大的商场. 在一个特别中心的区域.

This place is amazing. Umy is so helpful & supportive & responsive. She is an amazing host who has made this place with her heart. The house is practical, modern, clean & has everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful & cleaned regularly. The kitchen has everything you need, infact more than you ever will need. The pool table is like a plus which you can enjoy after swim. Everything that is kept here is of superior quality and Umy takes care of everything from her heart and alwasy available to help you out.

คุ้มค่าเกินราคามาก ห้องพักสะอาด เป็นส่วนตัว ติดลำธาร อาร้านอาหารดีๆทานง่าย ไม่ไกลจากที่พัก ขอติแค่เรื่องเตียงแข็งมากๆค่ะ ถ้ามีท็อปเปอร์หน่อยน่าจะนอนสบายค่ะ

Eine einzigartige Unterkunft in bäuerlichem aber hochwertigen Stil im ruralen Norden Thailands. Ein fantastischer Blick aufs Reisfeld und eine dazugehörige Katze machen das Bild komplett. Die Gastgeberin ist unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit (Restaurantempfehlungen, Essensbestellungen, Taxibuchung,…). Es ist vorteilhaft ein eigenes Fahrzeug zu haben, aber kein Muss. Wir hatten keines, aber Taxis kann man über die Gastgeberin vorbestellen (Grab und Bolt gehen nicht), mit den Fahrrädern fahren oder auch mal eine Strecke per Anhalter. Einziger Negativpunkt - es liegt rückwärtig an der Hauptstraße, so dass der Verkehr ein wenig zu hören ist. Gehört aber in Thailand wohl dazu - eine authentische Unterkunft eben.

清迈一行十天，选择在这边住了此次行程最后两晚，宁静而惬意。我们一行10人在这个美好的别墅度过除夕夜和大年初一，竟然还看到了春晚，分外惊喜。整个别墅阳光充足、干净整洁、规划合理、设施一应俱全。我们四个家庭白天在一起聊天喝茶、画画写生、烹制食物，晚上每个家庭各自占据一个屋子休息相互不影响。房东从我预定成功那一刻就开始各种温馨提示，并严谨的确认每个细节，期间来自我们的各种提问都及时耐心回复。这里配有一个泰国本地的保姆，语言上虽有些障碍但朴实可爱，蹬着自行车为我们买来早餐食材，哈哈感动。小区外的有机餐厅是惊喜，分量大得惊人，正餐和饮料都好吃到不行，价格也不贵，同时能享受到好的食材和味道，真是美好～值得一去再去。负责送机的泰国司机每次都会一再确认行程，并提前将近半个小时就到别墅门口等候，让人信赖不已。小区离古城略远，如果白天想出去热闹的地方荡，需要提前约好车，仅此一点需要注意。

I absolutely loved staying here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The property is amazing with saunas and ice baths. The place backs onto a little pond and it’s so peaceful. They also have a really cool place for drinks and food. Although the location is a little far from Chiang Mai it meant it was so peaceful and it’s easy ride in if you rent bikes. If i’m ever back i’ll definitely stay here again. It’s also super clean and has great amenities. Also grounds are kept so well. Overall beautiful property, very value for your money, very satisfied. Host is also quick at responding.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

Well worth staying here. Plenty of amenities and several pools and beautiful grounds. Probably about the best accommodations in Chiang Mai for Airbnb.

Great place to stay, easy to get in when you arrive. Alice is very responsive and kind. It's worth what it's listed at. Only concern for those that would want to know, Construction is happening nearby, you'll rarely hear it. Overall great place to stay.

Nous sommes un couple de Français et avons passé un peu plus de deux semaines dans ce logement, et tout était parfait ! L’appartement est propre, conforme aux photos, et offre tout le confort nécessaire. La résidence est top avec une super piscine pour se détendre et surtout une véritable salle de sport ! Contrairement à beaucoup d’Airbnb qui mentionnent une salle de sport sans équipements sérieux, ici, on a des haltères jusqu’à 25 kg, plusieurs bancs de développé couché, un rack à squat… Bref, de quoi vraiment s’entraîner correctement. Autre gros point fort : l’emplacement. Il y a un mall moderne juste à côté avec un food court, parfait pour manger varié et facilement. Si vous cherchez un excellent rapport qualité-prix à Chiang Mai, n’hésitez pas, c’est ici qu’il faut venir ! Nous recommandons à 100 % et reviendrons sans hésiter.
