Apartment is exactly as pictured. Clean and spacious, good AC. Very close to some of the best restaurants in Chaweng and 4 min walk to the quiet part of Chaweng beach. Excellent for long term stays. Would stay here again 😀

Aga fue una gran anfitriona. Estuvo pendiente de las comunicaciones constantemente. Me puse malita y ella me recomendó dónde ir y qué hacer todo el rato. Si algo faltaba en la casa, ella pronto lo reponía. Tuvimos inconvenientes para la conexión WiFi y algo escaso de mensaje del hogar, pero todo lo demás fue perfecto. Cómoda cama y almohadas, piscina bien, también e hicimos uso del gym aunque no había A/C dentro de él, solamente ventiladores. Por último, comentar que es un estudio perfecto para pasar una semana o un periodo algo más largo. Recomiendo este alojamiento 100%.

Nemo’s place is just perfect! It looks even better than in the photos. I loved every single detail, and you can feel how much attention to detail went into the interior. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay and feels so cozy! The location is great too—the beach is literally a 2-minute walk away, and it’s also a short drive to Fisherman’s Village and other attractions. Nemo and Jo were super responsive and helped with everything right away. I couldn’t be happier with my stay!

We stayed in the apartment for a week. The automatic check-in went smoothly. It's a nice and convenient apartment with good value for money. Additional facilities are a swimming pool, a gym and a table tennis table. The apartment is located between Fisherman's Village and Bangrak next to a busy main road. I would recommend renting a car or a scooter to get around, otherwise you can easily hail a taxi. We had a great time, thanks for hosting us!

We loved our unit and stay at The Bay. Took advantage of the pool and gym available! Only surprise was being charged an additional fee based off energy use (air conditioning & electricity). This only came to an extra 600 baht for two nights but still unexpected. Overall loved our visit and has an awesome view from the patio!

I spent 1 month there and I enjoyed it very much. The apartment was really clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. The property itself is safe and very well maintained with pool and loungers. Even if I would recommend the rental of a motorbike, there is a 7/11 across the street and a very nice, simple Thai restaurant too. Thongson beach and Bangrak market are in a walkable distance. Songthaew taxis are another good option to move around.

Great stay! super clean. amazing pools. Friendly neighbours. water pressure of the shower is pretty good. Bed is big and kitchen functional. we had issues with the AC ( normal in the island with électricity black outs) But Matthias and Jittra were helpful right away. Overall we had a very very pleasant stay. Thank you both🙏🏻

We had a great stay at the apartment. The apartment is exactly the same as described in the pictures and has excellent wifi/internet. It is in a quite area but this also means you need to rent a scooter. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the property manager Yana was helpful. She also informed us to store water in case there is a power outage.(Note: the apartment doesn't have backup power) Overall we had a great stay.

Wir hatten das Apartment für 2 Wochen gemietet, haben Urlaub und Arbeit dort sehr gut verbinden können, da sehr gutes WLAN vorhanden ist. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, toller Pool mit Liegen, schön angelegter Garten mit sehr vielen Pflanzen, Fitnessstudio, Waschmaschine. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr gepflegt, neue Klimaanlage, alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Sehr ruhig, kein Straßenlärm. Man braucht aus unserer Sicht aber unbedingt einen Roller/Mietwagen, da die Apartmentanlage etwas abseits liegt. Fussläufig gibt es aber schon einen 7-Eleven, ein kleines Tages-Café, 2 Massagesalons und 3 einfache Thai-Restaurants mit sehr guter Küche. Der Fisch- und Gemüsemarkt Bangrak, Big Buddha…und viele Restaurants, Beach-Clubs, Thai-Massagen waren ca 5-10 Fahrminuten entfernt. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in ca 10 Minuten erreichbar. War zu unserer Reisezeit fast menschenleer, sehr angenehm. Wir können Nueng‘s Apartment sehr empfehlen!

Ich war begeistert von der Unterkunft und von Jenn! Angefangen von der einfachen und klaren Beschreibung wie man in die Unterkunft gelangt als auch die Unterkunft selber waren perfekt. Die Lage ist super ruhig gelegen und sehr schön, man gelangt mit dem Scooter in wenigen Minuten nach Chaweng Central. Die Unterkunft ist, wie auf den Fotos und im Text beschrieben, es war alles da was man benötigt und noch mehr, sogar ein Bügeleisen und Föhn waren vorhanden (brauchte ich zwar nicht, war aber gut zu wissen, das es vorhanden ist). Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und hat einen netten style, daher fühlt man sich sehr wohl in diesem Appartement. Komme gerne wieder und kann es sehr empfehlen. Danke nochmals für die Möglichkeit in dem Appartement wohnen zu dürfen.

Yury ist ein super Gasgeber, er war sofort zur Stelle bei Fragen und hat uns sogar ein Roller zu Verfügung gestellt. Fragen wurde immer blitzschnell beantwortet und die Wohnung war entsprechend der Beschreibung. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen, man kann den Pool nutzen und etwas 20 Gehminuten benötigt man um auf einen Markt zu gelangen. Vielen Dank Yury ! Liebe Grüße Jessi und Kai

Kändes otroligt lyxigt att på Penthouse då vi hade hela terrassen för oss själva på kvällarna ! Låg mittemellan Chaweng & Lamai så ville man kunde bestämma själv om man ville ha lugnt eller se massa folk !

Очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный хозяин. Помощница тоже была на связи и помогала с любыми вопросами. Удобное расположение квартиры, было легко заселиться. Вид из окна на бассейн и немного видно море. Два телевизора для просмотра в кровати и на диване. Посредине комнаты есть штора, которой можно разделить пространство. В ванной нормально убегала вода и работал нагреватель. Немного неприятных запахов было, но не критично. Не хватает стиральной машины, хотя есть место где ее можно установить. Диван уже продавлен немного и тоже требует замены - долго не просидишь с комфортом. Приятное боковое освещение, но кому-то может показаться недостаточно света. Вся необходимая посуда была, а так же немного аксессуаров для приготовления, например соль и перец.

It's a very cozy, clean place,and well equipped in the room. I would strongly recommend it when you want have a vacation in Koh Samui.

I had a great stay at Anna and Courtney's place. They've turned a traditional Thai home into a lovely place to stay. The floor to ceiling windows bring so much light in and the pool was just lovely. There were a few small things that you'd expect from Thailand like the mozzies coming out in full force at 4pm but we hid from them so all good. Overall would definitely stay again. Thanks guys.

The house was amazing, even better than we expected. The service was amazing Patrice and Koko were great with any needs we had, even taking us to and from our boat. The location was perfect, very quiet and tucked away but close to shops,restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend visiting

Merci à Sann l’employée de Jeffrie pour son accueil chaleureux et efficace merci pour sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité sans faille pour nous. La villa est juste incroyable nous la recommandons à 1000%. Elle est adaptée aux jeunes enfants, elle est bien sécurisée et les équipements sont vraiment bien fonctionnels. Les chambres sont immenses et la chambre parentale une dinguerie!!! La piscine est géniale!!! Nous avons passer un super séjour que nous aurions voulu prolonger si nous n’étions pas attendus ailleurs. Merci pour votre Hospitalité Jeffrie, vous avez tout mis à disposition pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison.

Really had a wonderful time here! House was even better than in the pictures, lot of privacy and amazing view over Lamai. Host was super helpful and always available. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Wir waren knapp zwei Wochen im wunderschönen Haus von Sikarin. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis hin zum Check-Out war einfach alles perfekt. Wir wurden freundlich vom Housekeeper Lek in Empfang genommen und er war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Haus sowie die ruhige Gegend ist wunderschön und jeden Cent wert. Ich kann nur jedem einen Aufenthalt dort empfehlen und würde es gerne jederzeit wiederholen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt Sikarin!

Kim is an amazing host with world-class connections and advice. She gave the best suggestions. Kim is so very thoughtful and helpful. We hit it off right away. I have a food allergy and was able to cook in the house where I stayed. Kim and I walked about 14 minutes down the beach and I got the most amazing Thai massage right on the beach. A wonderful lady named Aon gave me 2 Thai massages, an herbal ball massage, a facial and 1 oil massage while I was there. Being a massage therapist myself for more than 15 years I'm picky about who I let work on me. Aon is well educated in massage and has been performing massage for 30 years. Just ask Kim, she can tell you how to get there. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Kim's place Just across the street from her private beach and her home. 🤍🤍🤍

abam,le top avec ses hôtes, toujours à l écoute vraiment, j ai l habitudes je voyager est de prendre des Airbnb surtout en thaïland, c est la première fois depuis 15ans que j ai une personne comme ça autant a l écoute qui est la pour la moindre chose vraiment au top, merci alui pour toi scooter, voiture, chauffeur pour les trajets à l aéroport, je ne suis pas le style de personne à faire autant déloge, mais la adam c'est le top toujours là, il a aussi des villas, des appartements, le vous le conseiller les yeux fermés. merci pour tout bon mec.

The owner was very responsive and helpful. Everything matched the description. The owner got us a BBQ for pretty much the whole stay. Location is not that good, there are couple local grocery shops in walking distance, but something decent like 7-Eleven is 13-15 minutes away. Other than that there is not much else you can go to by foot. Beach is not in walking distance. Overall for money paid the experience was great.
