Great little place to stay. The kids loved it. Easy to find (thanks to great instructions). Unique and quaint. Hopefully we will get back.

What a great place for our weekend family get away! The house is new and very well taken care of. So much space for our family and the kitchen table was huge enough to seat all of us for game night.

Dee Ann's place was wonderful! The home is gorgeous, comfortable, and delightfully themed. Dee Ann herself was very responsive and flexible to our needs. She also left plenty of personal touches, recommendations, and amenities. It felt like staying at a friend's place—if my friends were as organized and tidy as Dee Ann! We also loved learning about the history of the house, and the way the former owner/builder was reverenced via the story and decor. We had a fabulous time and I can't recommend this listing enough.

It is a nice house in a good location for what we needed. We needed to extend our stay and luckily we were able to do that easily. My kids LOVED the game room in the basement! The dishwasher didn't work great, and I wish there had been more rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hand towels to use. Other than that it was great!

We loved staying at Nicole’s place. Our family enjoyed boating at Flaming Gorge during the day and hiking nearby in the evenings. We also loved the geology sites, it was interesting. The house was peaceful and out of the way. We brought our 2 dogs with us and they had so much fun playing with the neighborhood very friendly dogs. There were goats that came to visit us and even a baby that wanted to be pet. Such a fun farm setting. The location was close to the Sheep Creek boat ramp, which was so convenient. We had 4 people and the house was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to cook in. It was nice to have an outdoor grill, we used it for burgers which were great. Manila is a tiny town, we only found one restaurant, but it was delicious. We had a fun family vacation and would recommend Nicole’s place.

Absolutely phenomenal stay! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly proactive and friendly, providing all the information we needed and responding quickly to any questions. Upon arrival, we were blown away by the cleanliness and beauty of the space. It was clear that the host took great pride in maintaining a comfortable and stylish environment. But the real star of the show was the location. To say it was unique is an understatement – being situated literally on a rock provided breathtaking views and a truly unforgettable experience. It was like living in a postcard! We loved the tranquility and the feeling of being secluded, yet still having easy access to the town. The combination of the host's exceptional hospitality, the immaculate and beautiful property, and the truly spectacular location made this a solid 5-star experience. We can't wait to return!

Our stay at the Tree Shadow Cottage was just delightful! Everything was cute and comfortable, and Heidi went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The instructions throughout the house were helpful and fun. So many little surprises to welcome and delight!
