Magaluf : locations de maisons de vacances près de la plage

Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement. C’est une expérience en soi de voir d’aussi belles choses dans ce coin de pays ! Le trajet entre le stationnement et le logement est tout un exercice, surtout avec les valises, mais ça vaut vraiment la peine. La vue sur la mer est indescriptible. Et que dire du ciel étoilée en soirée ! Le logement était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Titi était très gentille et très conviviale. Merci pour tout !

Das Haus und insbesondere das Grundstück sind ein Traum. Das Grundstück ist riesig und privat gelegen, dh nicht einsehbar. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, sodass man der Sonne bzw. dem Schatten folgen kann. Der Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend. Wir waren Ende März dort, als der Garten so schön grün war und es blühte. Das Haus war sehr sauber als wir ankamen und sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Ende März waren wir über den Kamin in Wohnzimmer sehr dankbar, da das Haus doch noch recht kalt war. Auch die Kommunikation mit Cati war klasse. Sie antwortete immer innerhalb weniger Minuten. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Hätten wir nur noch ein paar Grad mehr gehabt, hätten wir das Grundstück noch besser nutzen können. Aber dafür müssen wir dann wohl noch einmal kommen :-)

My husband, two children and I had a wonderful stay here. The house is perfectly located for the beach and the restaurants and handy supermarket 2 mins walk away. The house was super clean and well equipped with everything you need. Bedrooms were light and spacious with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay and Sanam was a great host with lots of suggestions and help when it was needed.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa, and Toni was brilliant at responding to any questions or queries! Paloma was wonderful and showed us around the villa as well as sharing recommendations. The location was brilliant, a bus stop a few minutes walk that takes you directly into Palma town and a beach a couple minutes down the road! Thank you for a lovely stay☺️

We spent a great time in Francisca’s house in Deia. The house is lovely - tastefully furnished and very well equipped with everything you need during your stay. The spacious garden is wonderful with a stunning view. Everything is as described. The house was very clean and well prepared when we arrived. Francisca and her contact person in Deia were very responsive and took care of all of our requests immediately.

I highly recommend Juana's place, it's exactly as described, great amenities, large and clean, great location and Juana is very helpful before and after check-in with detailed instructions and videos to make settling in as easy as possible. Thank you Juana, I hope to be back soon!

Me and my dad stayed at this place for a week and it was definitely a good choice because the house was nice and clean, it has loads of restaurants around, beach is easy to reach etc. The house had everything you might need, we appreciated that the host left us some coffee and food, we even found some mineral water in the fridge which was very kind of her. There is a supermarket within 1 min walk from the house. Carmen was very responsive and gave us clear instructions on how to get in. She was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, ruhige Lage, perfekt für mehrere Familien.

Miguel was very responsive, friendly, and helpful during the check in and throughout the time we were staying at the house. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the amenities were great. We enjoyed the bright lighting in the kitchen, the deck and view of Port De Sóller, and loved swimming in the pool. It is a short walk to town, but lots of hills and stairs. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt auf der Finca, Joana Maria war bereits vor Ort, als wir ankamen und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch während unseren Aufenthalts war vorbildlich. So hat sie uns angeboten, für den Kamin vorbereitetes Holz aus dem großen Garten zu nehmen und sich auch zwischendurch erkundigt, ob wir noch etwas benötigten, ganz toll! Das Haus war in einem sehr guten Zustand, man merkt, dass sich die Eigentümer darum kümmern, dass alles auch in einem guten Zustand bleibt. Seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt zwei Jahre zuvor, sind einige Modernisierungen vorgenommen worden (z.B. Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern). Der Außenbereich ist super gepflegt, der Pool, auch wenn nicht genutzt, sehr schön. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Die Landschaft und die Lage sind ein Traum, man benötigt allerdings unbedingt ein Auto, denn die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Santanyi.

La verdad que hemos tenido una estancia tranquila, la casa es completamente confortable, totalmente moderna limpia y impecable, yo y mi familia los 6 integrantes nos hemos sentido como en casa, los 5 días valieron totalmente la pena, la piscina es una pasada, el pueblo es totalmente tranquilo consta de algunos restaurantes con muchas comidas deliciosa, los anfitriones Franziska y Frank, son una pasada están siempre atentos a cualquier cosa que el huésped necesite, definitivamente el próximo año volveremos, la casa para familia o solo es totalmente recomendable. Das moderne Haus hat alles was man braucht. ruhige Lage, kurze Wege. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sauber und komfortabel. Der Aufenthalt war äußerst angenehm. Die Eigentümer waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mir, meiner Frau und den Kindern hat es an nichts gefehlt. Weiter so …. :-)

Beautiful place. Safe area, walkable to the city, just down the hill from the castle. Well equipped and everything working perfectly. Went in march so we’re able to heat it with the Aircon so not cold. Would highly recommend

Delightful villa, and a delightful stay. The property is surrounded with landscaped garden, accessed by an electric front gate. Wonderful location within a few minutes of the airport. Silvia was so kind as to allow me to check out late in the evening, (complimentary), due to having a later flight. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Mallorca. Thanks Silvia!

Wir waren für 5 Tage dort, es hat uns sehr gefallen, die Unterkunft liegt wie beschrieben sehr gut, das einzige war nur, dass man ca. 1,2 km laufen musste um einzukaufen, ansonsten war alles top.

We had a great stay at the villa! We absolutely loved the location, the villa is located in a quiet charming neighbourhood surrounded by beautiful properties and in walking distance of Cala Santanyi and Cala Figuera - both have great restaurant options, and the beach at Cala Santanyi was beautiful and not too busy. By car, the town of Santanyi can also be easily reached (which has supermarkets and we also enjoyed the market on a Wednesday), as well as many other lovely beaches. The villa itself is just per the pictures, and felt spacious and well equipped with everything you may need. It was particularly handy for us that each bedroom had its own en-suite. Karlien was a great host, super responsive and friendly and regularly checked in on us by text during the week. The villa was quite hard to find (the address did not take us to the specific villa, and our maps did not recognise the street it was on) but Karlien was on hand to help us out. Would recommend!

The villa was ideal for our family, easy to park at the private parking, easily accessible from the highway and to local shopping center. The place was very clean, well equipped, and absolutely beautiful. Albeit the only disadvantage in the surroundings of the airplane noise, it was very convenient for local excursions to the beautiful beaches and sightseeing. We highly recommend !

We had a great trip to Mallorca and this home met all the needs for our family. We were grateful for quick response when we ran into a few issues. The location allowed great access to beaches and bike paths.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Der Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend, das Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Thierry reagiert immer sehr schnell. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)

Firstly wow Secondly wow wow wow This villa is brilliant This is one of the best equipped villas we’ve stayed in. It’s like you’re staying at the home of a really good and generous friend. It was so nice as a family with 2 kids (who will no longer share a room happily) for everyone to have their own space. The games room was a fab addition. Carlos is a brilliant host- friendly and helpful. He welcomed us to the villa gave us some great tips and some goodies in the fridge and then left us to it. The pool is great, gets the afternoon/ evening sun and we had some good long lunches in the garden. The local area is lovely, 10 min stroll to a lovely beach and good choice of restaurants also within walking distance. We saw some beautiful sunsets. We had a brilliant time and would love to return. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour maison agréable, piscine agréable ,et bien située proche de la mer et du centre ville .

We had a great time at The Beach House. The house was just like the photos, very comfortable and best of all very easy walk to the beach. We explored the area and neighbouring beaches. Had a very nice wine tasting experience and a good restaurant meal in Cala Pi. Alex communicated very well. Highly recommended!

Wir wollten unseren spätsommer gerne auf Mallorca, in Strandnähe bei Palma genießen. Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön. Trotz einiger Hotelbalkone war der Außenbereich sehr schön und gemütlich, da der über der Garage gebaut ist. Wir haben uns sehr geborgen, sicher aber trotzdem anwesend gefühlt. Das Haus war makellos sauber! Auch die Ausstattung wie waschmaschiene oder die große Küche ist sehr gut! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Der Einkaufsladen ist in 12 minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Strand in 5 Minuten. Auch Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen und das abendliche Bier ist auch maximal 15 minuten zu Fuß entfernt :). Wir wollen uns ganz herzlich bei dir Aakash bedanken für das super Haus und das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen dort Urlaub machen zu dürfen! Beste Grüße aus Norddeutschland Jonas and Friends :)

La casa si trova in mezzo alla natura, fiori e piante la incorniciano, il patio con il barbecue e la piscina sono splendidi, ci abbiamo passato delle serate meravigliose. La cucina è ben attrezzata, le camere hanno tutte il climatizzatore, la terza camera è mansardata e si raggiunge tramite una scala a chiocciola. il secondo bagno è all'esterno della casa. Il mio unico consiglio è di aumentare l'illuminazione esterna. Abbiamo conosciuto Montserrat, persona simpaticissima, gentile e disponibile. Ha risolto tempestivamente una piccola faccenda e ci ha fornito tante belle indicazioni su Palma di Maiorca. grazie!💗 La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva, quindi consiglio senza esitazione questa struttura.
