Hôte réactif très sympa, appartement très bien situé, comprenant tout ce qu’il faut dans un endroit sécurisé. Le logement est très pratique fonctionnel et fidèle aux photos. Vue incroyable depuis le balcon. Je recommande vivement.

Fantastisches Haus mit atemberaubendem Blick und toller Ausstattung – nur ein kurzer Weg zu einer wunderschönen und beliebten Bucht! Der Kontakt zu Jennifer war ebenso fantastisch – sie hat uns sogar Spielsachen für die Kinder hingestellt. Vielen Dank für alles!

Das Haus ist gemütlich und bietet alles was man braucht. Der kleine Garten ist schön und ruhig. Die Lage ist super. Der Strand nur wenige Minuten entfernt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Me and my dad stayed at this place for a week and it was definitely a good choice because the house was nice and clean, it has loads of restaurants around, beach is easy to reach etc. The house had everything you might need, we appreciated that the host left us some coffee and food, we even found some mineral water in the fridge which was very kind of her. There is a supermarket within 1 min walk from the house. Carmen was very responsive and gave us clear instructions on how to get in. She was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, ruhige Lage, perfekt für mehrere Familien.

Mooie, rustige locatie vlakbij het strand. Wij huurden een auto en dit zorgde ervoor dat we de drukte van de stad konden ontvluchten in dit stille prachtige appartement.

Der Check in und Check out hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Elle war steht’s zu erreichen, und half. Sie Wohnung war sauber und es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Jederzeit wieder!

This stay was the highlight of our trip! The view from the balcony was gorgeous & as close as it appears in the photo. The Bedroom, kitchen & living areas were nice and clean. Christian was very helpful throughout and communicated well. He also very kindly allowed us to stay after the Checkout time (11:00 AM) as our return flight from Palma Airport was late in the evening. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely visit soon again. -

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich des Hauses mit dem tollen Pool bot viel Privatsphäre. Durch die unterschiedlichen Ebenen hat man zu jeder Tageszeit seinen Lieblingsplatz gefunden. Besonders schön war der Ausblick auf die Bucht. In nur 5 Minuten waren wir am Strand und konnten so spontan und auch außerhalb der Stoßzeiten die tolle Bucht genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch die nahe gelegenen Ortschaften Santanyi und Ses Salines, die in 10 Minuten per Auto erreichbar sind und sehr gute Restaurants zu bieten haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie der Verwalterin vor Ort war immer freundlich und uns wurde schnell geholfen.

This was the best place we have stayed in Majorca and we come every year! The views from the apartment were glorious- overlooking the harbour, the beach and also the mountains. So close to the beach, the best restaurants and ice creams and a little stroll from the busier main part of the port. We had a glorious relaxing holiday with so much sun and swimming- we didn’t want to leave.

We spent a great time in Francisca’s house in Deia. The house is lovely - tastefully furnished and very well equipped with everything you need during your stay. The spacious garden is wonderful with a stunning view. Everything is as described. The house was very clean and well prepared when we arrived. Francisca and her contact person in Deia were very responsive and took care of all of our requests immediately.

Waren mit der Familie über Weihnachten und Neujahr auf Mallorca und waren daher voller Erwartungen auf einen tollen Urlaub. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Kommunikation war bereits mehrere Tage vor Anreise einwandfrei. 5/5 Sterne Das Haus ist wie auf den Bilder zu sehen und wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. 5/5 Sterne! Die Sauberkeit wäre das einzige, was minimal zu kritisieren wäre. Aber es war nicht so schlimm, dass wir uns extra gemeldet hätten. Schade nur, dass die Reinigungsfirmen nicht besser arbeiten. 4/5 Sterne Wir hatten zudem einen kleinen Zwischenfall im Haus, der allerdings nichts mit der Qualität des Hauses zu tun hatte. David hat die Angelegenheit sehr professionell, freundlich und schnell gelöst und war danach stets mit uns in freundlichem Austausch. Das hat uns gut gefallen. 6/5 Sterne :) Wir werden bei den nächsten Reisen garantiert zu erst die Angebots dieses Anbieters anschauen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

Delightful villa, and a delightful stay. The property is surrounded with landscaped garden, accessed by an electric front gate. Wonderful location within a few minutes of the airport. Silvia was so kind as to allow me to check out late in the evening, (complimentary), due to having a later flight. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Mallorca. Thanks Silvia!

We enjoyed our stay at Antonio’s place. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the option of walking to the nearby beaches. Antonio was a great host and kept in contact with us. We went during the second week of October and the weather was perfect to enjoy the beach and the pool. The view from the terrace upstairs is beautiful and peaceful. Truly felt like home.

El alojamiento es tal cual se describe en las fotos, Abel se comunicó adecuadamente y el host JHON, siempre fue amable y respondió a los requerimientos. La Zona es inmejorable, muy cerca a la playa y a todos los servicios. Recomendado 100%

Our stay was amazing! The host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and made everything super easy. The property itself was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. What a beautiful house this was to stay in. Well situated, spotless and spacious, it suited our large family well. It was quiet and lovely to live in whilst having great access for our two vehicles to park close by. Highly recommended!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in Ses Covetes Unser Aufenthalt bei Román war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und perfekt gelegen, um die wunderschöne Natur und die Strände der Umgebung zu genießen. Román war ein großartiger Gastgeber, stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und er gab uns tolle Tipps für die Gegend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Román, für die tolle Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Une jolie maison avec piscine, bien agencée à l’intérieur, avec tout le confort moderne. Un environnement paisible, et surtout, une vue fantastique sur la mer, en surplomb. Sans hésiter la plus belle vue sur la mer que j’ai jamais vue! Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour !

With our family and friends we spent a fabulous and cosy time in Ann-Marie’s beautiful home in February, 2025. Good restaurants and bars in walking distance. We loved the short access to the promenade and our daily early morning and late evening walks.

We were 1st time on Mallorca and it was nice, but this beautiful house made it better, like paradise. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms and from the roof. Calm evenings and nights on the terrace, and morning swimming in the pool. Bed's were comfortable, baths were clean and fully equipped. we were amazed. the whole house is for 6adults and 3kids, it has 2 big bedrooms,1 smaller and one kids room for 3 kids. there are games to the pool and sun umbrella ( think someone left it there). there are few restaurants and bars very near to the accommodation (5mins by foot), the nice beach is 7mins too. from there you can move to one hidden beach which is 15mins from it. if you have car, you can park inside. and you can visit 30beaches - max 40mins from there. I hope we will come back again. Thanks for everything Antolin.

Great stay! Would for sure stay here again. The house is amazing, and having parking was a great benefit.

We had the most wonder time at Carole’s. The house is in a perfect location with the most beautiful views. The bedrooms are all very comfortable with excellent bathrooms. We were a group of three couples traveling together and it worked perfectly to meet our needs. She also gave us wonderful advice about rentals for bikes and places to eat. She even went out of her way to help us get reservations. Carole was very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. All her instructions were clear and easy to understand. We would love to come back. It was the perfect location to explore the island. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!
