2nd time to stay at this place and one of the best so far and the host is very responsive. The place is clean and the bed is very comfy. The place feels homey and my family enjoy our stay and we even extended. Looking forward for another booking at this place again. Thank you.

Our stay at Basti Staycation was incredibly smooth and comfortable, especially for our elderly companions. Ms. Malu was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return whenever we're in Naga City.

It's what has been advertised. spacious and fully furnished. let's start the review. Outside premises is modern and well Guarded, jas CCTVs and motion detected as well. Has Enough parking space for all the 6 tenants/clientele all at the same time. Host was kind enough to allow me to park my Motorcycle inside the compound. Compound grounds are well kept. and well lighted as well. Inside the room. Love the well cushioned sofa. very comfortable, whilst watching Netflix. and the bed has the right bounce to it. not to Firm nor soft. slept like a baby. Has a Full Pledge Fridge and a deck out kitchenette. though the can opener needs to be change. but wasn't a hassle at all. was able to use a knife to open the can. the Loo was fine. and I think there on the case of renovating the place. it was the Loo that was left behind but again, everything was working as they should. Just had a snag earlier with the Host about check-in time, wasn't his fault. Just wasn't able to come early 4/5

Nil was really accommodating throughout our stay. I explained the reason for our abrupt visit and was able to provide us with early check-in. The place was tidy, no complaints overall.

The place is one of the very few nice listings in Naga. Well worth the money. The host is very responsive and I cannot highlight enough how important it is for this type of rentals. We had a minor incident and I was impressed on how the host and his sister managed the situation. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and this will be our go to place in the future. Хорошее расположение, тихое место. В апартаментах есть все необходимое, горячая вода, посуда. Апартаменты выглядели обновленными, как после ремонта, чистые стены, приятная мебель, удобная кровать. Единственное не было питьевой воды - покупали. В шаговой доступности есть небольшой супермаркет. Хозяин встретил нас в аэропорту и организовал трансфер. До парка CWC нужен байк, можно арендовать у хозяина или на трицикле как мы около 7-11 Цена/качество и описание на фото - все соответствует
