Wow, what a lovely stay! The view is breathtaking. The unit is clean, spacious and well-designed. We would love to come back!

The condo was the perfect private getaway - conveniently located walking distance to beautiful Sapphire Beach and close to the ferry and many shops and restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy, and our hosts responded very quickly to questions, which added to ensuring that all we had to focus on was enjoying the condo and its proximity to all the island had to offer. The condo was also stocked with many kitchen, bath, and activity goods and supplies; we particularly enjoyed using the snorkel gear and beach chairs and mats. We look forward to returning as soon as possible, and will be recommending friends to visit as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nautilus villa! The pictures do NOT do this place justice!! The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and it's stocked with everything you need from snorkel gear, beach chairs, floats, and of course all the kitchenware you need for some at home cooking. The location is near the Westin and a short ride into town. We loved all that St John had to offer, and it was too much to fit into one week! David is the best host I've ever had the pleasure of having! He had a car available to rent which made things super convenient. We were able to take the passenger ferry from the airport directly to St John without the hassle of the car ferry. He was proactive with his communication, relayed great instructions, and really made the trip just that much more enjoyable. Would we stay here again? 10/10

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The house was perfect for our group of 6. It had everything we needed and then some. The views are simply breathtaking. Kids loved the pool. I enjoyed my morning coffee with the view and the hummingbirds that frequented the flowers on the property. Xaverie was a wonderful host and we were so grateful for all of the information she provided for us including personal recommendations on places to eat and shopping. We hope to be back again soon!

Our stay at L'Isle Amour was perfect for our 20th Anniversary/makeup Honeymoon! The inside living area/kitchen was inviting and comfortable and had everything we needed plus items that would have been handy if we cooked more but we ate out a lot. The bar area was great for eating and planning our days and the lounge area was great for hanging out after a long day of exploring. We didn't watch much TV but there were plenty of channels to choose from. The upstairs bedroom provided plenty of closet/drawer space. The bed was comfy and provided amazing views in the morning. The AC cooled off the upstairs pretty quickly, only used it once, the windows and fans allowed for great breezes and the entire place stayed comfy for our stay. There were plenty of towels provided for showering, poolside and beach visits. The decks provided great views and we watched birds and iguanas with our binoculars. The pool & area were amazing! We will be back!!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. If you're looking for the perfect getaway in St. John, Just Peachy is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Melissa, for making our trip so special!

My husband and I stayed at Clifftop Villa for a month, and it was perfect for our needs. Lots of space and stunning views, just like the photos. There were plenty of beach/bath towels and the kitchen had everything we needed - we cooked dinners for most of the month we were there. The washer and dryer were the nicest we've used at any rental, and detergent and dryer sheets were provided. It was a very peaceful setting with lots of birds and the occasional iguana. The villa is very centrally located, so it's just a short drive to almost anywhere else on the island. We really enjoyed going to Limetree and Iggie's, which were both just down the hill from the villa. The two roads to the villa are not in the best shape, but we had a jeep which made the drive much easier. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked for another month!

Alan was extremely helpful providing all the information necessary to find the beautiful , secluded location on the Northwest of St. Thomas. The location was extremely beautiful and peaceful, the road was very manageable ( last 7 minutes off the main roads was a bit hilly but very drive-able and Alan provided great videos to show the exact drive and GPS coordinates that make it very easy to get to the community ). The recommendations Alan had provided were exceptional including remote beach locations that were stunning and private because no-one else was there during our visit! The home had great full kitchen, bathrooms all had great pressure and warm, AC quickly cooled home when we returned from dinners and we enjoyed the amazing views in the morning and during sunsets in the evening. I would recommend anyone to try this experience as opposed to a resort if they want to have a great, unforgettable experience away from other people. Great market down the road less than 10mins away.

We had a wonderful time at house . Great great porch , Trevor was very helpful it getting us to house . We did rent a car and it was great to get around town .

Stayed at the house with 3 other couples. Loved the place. It was great, everyone enjoyed the stay, the house, the views, and the outdoor spaces! We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the water and enjoying the view. Pool was nice and we used the space and grill while we were there. We used the local grocery store Pueblo and felt prices were reasonable. Cooler and beach chairs were available for our use and were very convenient. Would highly recommend if visiting st. Thomas !

This home is absolutely amazing! The views are stunning and the location is unbeatable! We will definitely be staying here again! Hosts were very responsive and anticipated every need, we have zero complaints and had the best vacation! It’s nice being walkable for Redhook with the best restaurants minutes away.

First and foremost the view from Andrew's home is stunning!!! This home was the perfect size for our small group. Open floor plan allows guests to make the most of spending time together. The road is not for the faint of heart but should not be shocking to anyone who has been to the Virgin Islands before and is also a great workout for those so inclined. The home does show some signs of it's exposure to the salt water which is to be expected. Andrew was a great host! Responded prompty and always with helpful responses. Thank you for helping us in making life long memories.

We had a great stay at Eureka. The home was extremely nice, clean, and very well appointed. Elise was also amazing. Not only did she meet us as we got our Jeep rental to lead us to the house, but she was continually trying to make our stay better. From making sure we had kids sizes for snorkel gear to having the generator running before we even knew there was a power outage. The view and privacy of the home we also fantastic. We will definitely be back and for much longer than a week next time.

Our family of 10 have a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely perfect for a large group and had everything that we needed. We definitely will be returning!

We loved staying at the Villa. Sydnee and Tarra were both very communicative and ready to help and made our checkin super easy. The view was gorgeous, the place was clean, and all appliances were in working order. There were loads of towels to use for the pool and beach, and the kitchen had some pantry items stocked. We did lose water pressure at some points, but this might be an island-wide thing. The wifi was ubiquitous through the villa and the connection was very quick. We had a bit of a unique situation in that we had a couple older folks staying with us that wanted to get a taxi to get to the beach. Though our hosts tried their best to help, we were unable to get a taxi to locate the villa. One drove right past and didn't stop as they waved to them! Not our hosts' fault at all, but be aware if you are not going to completely rely on your own car rental. Overall we had an amazing experience and would choose these hosts and this location again!

Salty Sway Villa #1 is a beautiful home. It’s beachside and the views are amazing. Leah responded quickly to my texts and to address our concerns. The island had a power outage and she was able to assist us quickly when the generator didn’t kick in. The island and the beaches are just beautiful. We definitely will return.

Ginger Thomas is a wonderful place to stay. The view is unbelievable. Clean, comfortable space with everything you need. The set-up being open to the outdoor area and the kitchen make for a perfect place to hang out and watch the sunset. The pool was larger than we thought and was terrific after a long day at the beach or exploring. Karen had everything stocked up so we only needed to bring food and drinks. She is very responsive and gave us great recommendations. Location is excellent- short 2 min drive to town and easy access to the beach road.

Wow! The villa was amazing. I never got over how beautiful the view was the entire time we were there. The host was super responsive, the villa was clean, beautiful location, comfortable beds, great pool, awesome set-up. We absolutely loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

Amber was very responsive throughout our whole stay. Loved the rooftop pool area...nice furniture, clean gas grill and beautiful views!! Also great that we were able to use the amenities at Point Pleasant Resort. It is walkable but the hills are pretty steep. A shuttle service is available...remember to tip the friendly drivers:) Great food and staff at Sun and Sea Bar & Grill. You can walk the shoreline to Margaritaville Resort next door and then get on a side road to Coki Beach too. Enjoyed our stay...we'll be back!!

This a wonderful home and perfect for a large family, or 3 couples. Fabulous views, relaxing deck, plenty of space to hang out, and a great pool to cool off in…Wendy was very helpful and has a wonderful local team…..we loved it all!

Victoria was a great host and her place was absolutely beautiful. The location was amazing as it overlooks the beach and is a bit more secluded. The area was large with a private pool and plenty of beds and bathrooms for a group of any size. We highly recommend and would definitely come back
