Lindsay and Jeremia’s place is a little slice of heaven. Perfectly situated on the island’s quieter Northside, it’s got just about everything you could want or need during a beach vacation. Amazing view, beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear, and walking distance to Hull Bay beach and the two beach bars/restaurants there. (Quick side note, don’t sleep on the snorkeling here, I thought it had the healthiest reefs and was better than the several other beaches I explored.) Lindsay and Jeremia were both super friendly and happy to help with recommendations. I hope I’m able to return to St. Thomas and will definitely be staying at a Peace In Paradise if I do!

The location can’t be beat! We were literally 10 to 15 steps from the beautiful clear, blue, warm water, and excellent snorkeling. It felt very private, yet one minute away were great restaurants, bars and shops. We had originally planned to visit several beaches in St Thomas, but we loved Coki beach so much, we didn’t want to leave. James and Tavi were wonderful hosts. We booked a boat excursion with them to Jost Van Dyke and St. John. That was so much fun island hopping! I can’t wait to go back and stay there again! Highly recommended!!!

Views were very nice. Apparently it is 125 feet above the ocean below which helps your view. Quick 1/2 mile drive to RedHook. Shorter than that to Secret Harbor Beach. BTW there is additional parking for Secret Harbor up behind the tennis court, but first drop off passengers below. Easy snorkeling there off to the right around the rocks. Bed was comfortable. The place was kept up with maintenance and clean as well. The Beach Buzz cafe at Sapphire Beach had good Jamaican coffee or Lattes to get you started. Sun & Sea bar at Point Pleasant had a nice menu with pretty views and Tarpon Fish to see from the patio. Ferry to St Johns is close but parking got full for us. You might want to take car over for $60 or you'll pay for both parking and passenger ferry tickets, then additional taxi rides on STJ. We did go out to Cinnamon Beach and I think that is relatively simple to drive, but beyond that or to south beaches I cannot vouch for. Again the place was very nice, we had no complaints.

We loved this condo. Well appointed kitchen including a dishwasher and all the appliances you could ask for. Washer and dryer were very useful after a day at the beach . Everything was so close that we didn’t feel we needed a car (even tho you get a dedicated parking space). Shared taxis to the beaches are just 5 mins walk away. We appreciated use of the included beach chairs which were easy to carry on trips .

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was spotless and comfortable, and Kelly was a great host! We will be back!

Perfect location and the beach is beautiful albeit a little windy while we were there. The beach near the restaraunts are busier and louder but you can go down towards the point and it is pretty quiet. The apartment had basic cookware, AC worked well and it's very nice having the porch overlooking the ocean. Cab far to red hook is 6$ per person each way.

We had a great visit at Mayling's place! It was very clean and comfortable and provided what we needed for a wonderful vacation. She reached out with check-in instructions prior to our arrival and all communication was easy & friendly. A big plus was being able to walk into Cruz Bay for dinner & shopping! We would be happy to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Lorna's place, very comfortable with all the amenities one would hope for. Hot showers, AC, comfortable beds, kitchenware for meal prep, chairs/towels/umbrella for the beach. Lorna was a very sweet and responsive host, and even came by in person to make sure everything was ok. The property is located 15 min from the airport up in the mountains and the road to get there gets very tight and steep in spots. We had good dry weather and were able to navigate in a 4 door sedan, but if the roads were wet I would imagine its quite difficult without 4 wheel drive. Get a jeep if you come during rainy months, and note they drive on the LEFT side of the road in St. Thomas. The climb drive is rewarded with amazing over water views of Caret Bay on the north side of the island. We got up for the sunrise every day we were there, and I'm not an early morning person. Despite some of the listing photos there are no beaches within walking distance, but Brewers Bay beach (a great recommend from Lorna) is 15 minutes drive near the airport and has great snorkeling- guaranteed to see some turtles. Coki Beach and Magens Bay are 20-30 minutes, and Red Hook where the ferries and boat tours launch is 30 minutes. If you want to be able to step outside onto sand, this is not the place, but if you don't mind a little drive, Lorna's place is great for a group of 5-6 people.

Amazing Airbnb with beautiful sunset views! The villa had all of the amenities my family and I needed for a week stay. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone!

K's home is slice of paradise! Each morning and evening, we were dazzled by breathtaking views of the aqua waters of Magen's Bay. The Northside location is perfect! The house was perfectly situated for morning sun and evening breezes, buzzing hummingbirds and chirping coqui. Gorgeous interior design with a super-cozy bed. We were so close to the most beautiful beaches and yummy restaurants — LOVE Fish Bar and Sib's on the Mountain. K. was so helpful when any questions arose. We will definitely book this spot again when we come back to visit our daughter. Thank you K.!

This was our second year in a row at this incredible home, and we adore it. The views are unbeatable, and morning coffee on the patio is pure heaven. The house has everything we need, and Erin, the manager, is responsive, proactive, and a joy to work with. We cooked most meals, stopping at the grocery store when we landed in STT. The kitchen was well-equipped, but we did enjoy a Friday night dinner and amazing fish tacos at Heidi’s Hilltop Grill. TIP: Our first year, we rented a golf cart from Rachel’s, which was great. The second year, we walked everywhere—and wow, did we get our steps in! Easily 10K+ a day between morning walks and beach time. Honeymoon Beach is less then 10 minutes downhill, but uphill on the way back. If you’re looking to tone your calves, this is the place—our neighbors thought we were nuts! The Beach is absolutely pristine, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. Drinks and food at Dinghy’s make it even better. This is THE place to stay on Water Island!

The house had a truly amazing view and Sabrina was fantastic from beginning to end, and was very helpful and responsive. The house was very comfortable and as-advertised. We've re-booked for next year. Had a really great time.

This house added to our vacation experience on St. Thomas. The pool and deck were overlooking AMAZING views, the house was roomy, comfortable, and well apportioned. It had character and charm and all of the comforts of home. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Great for families- in a quiet area behind a gate and located close enough to groceries and restaurants. We would book this again!

We really enjoyed Julies dwelling. It was in an area that was laid back and comfortable but had all the amenities needed in walking distance. The beach front was amazing with its clear clean water and access to two reefs that provided fantastic snorkeling. Coffee shop, bar, restaurants were just a short walk away. Julie was very flexible with us and was very very responsive to any of our questions.

Sunswept Cove is nothing short of spectacular. My husband and I stayed there with our 3 grown children (17-20) and had literally everything we needed. The beds are probably the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in, the house was spotless, and the kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and dish you need. There's also surround sound inside and outside which the kids really loved, made for enjoyable evenings on the patio watching the moon rise over St. John. 100% recommend!

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at Stefanie's place. It was spacious for 5 of us, clean and quiet. Having a separate bathroom for each family was a huge plus. Location is hard to beat, within two minute walk to the lovely beach with white sand and plenty of loungers. The place was clean and had all necessary supplies plus extra (beach towels, chairs, snorkels, insect repellent, etc.). The beds were comfy. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, just like the photo. Stefanie was easy to communicate with, she responded within half an hour to all our questions and provided clear instructions.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Lovely decks for eating meals outside. Beautiful pool area, Sandy beach with shade trees and comfortable loungers. Beach bar and restaurant within easy walking distance ( close at 8 pm). Must take taxi ( $6pp) to Red Hook ( 2 minute drive) for groceries and supplies. Getting to Red Hook is not easily walkable. Condo kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, and wifi great. It was a bit tricky to find as we arrived in the dark.

Condo was extremely clean & comfortable! Very well stocked with the necessities. The house manual was helpful. We enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend. We loved Mims restaurant -food was excellent.

The condo is great and had awesome views of the shore and marina from both balconies. They had everything we needed and more. They’ve thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and fun. This location was great for us to go everywhere on the island. Plenty of parking and we enjoyed the bars and restaurants at the resort which is a quick walk. We loved this place!

David was so communicative in advance of our stay and made sure that we had all of the information needed to be prepared and to have a wonderful time. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials like hand soap, dish soap, coffee filters, etc. We did not use any of the beach/snorkel gear so I cannot comment on that. The staff at Point Pleasant were all extremely friendly and helpful. Taxis were easy to get and they did not mind dropping us off at the top near the condo at night. Overall, a wonderful apartment and David was a great host. Would rent again if I return to the island.

Overall, this was a great airbnb! Clean, good size, had nice fans/ac for the heat that worked quickly(she asks that you turn them off if you’re not there). Great view and good location! We did message to ask for more towels, they were hidden in an area we didn’t see but the housekeeper came and helped. Overall, great experience, would stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. Great host. Comfortable bed and amenities. The condo had a gorgeous view where we got to have coffee each morning. Heidi was accommodating as we arrived a little early. It was a great stay and I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful place that was exactly as described. Brandon, our host, was fantastic and one of the most responsive hosts we have ever experienced. This is a great location close to Red Hook and many beaches. If you are looking for a resort to stay in St. Thomas this is your place. Pool, hot tub, and on site restaurant for dinner are just a few of the wonderful amenities that make this a 10/10. Thank you!
