Absolutely wonderful stay! We had four adults and 8 kids. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably plus more! It was a central location to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. A hot tub would be the only thing I would recommend, but other than that it had everything you could need. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could need and the beds were so comfy! We loved that all the tvs already were ready to watch Hulu or Netflix without having to login into your own information. The internet worked great! We will deff be considering booking again. Thank you!

This property was perfect for a winter getaway. The home is lovely, the neighborhood is charming and the surroundings are nature at its best. We like to prepare our own meals and the well equipped kitchen met all our expectations. The fireplace provided such a nice comfy feeling. Although it was not the right time of the year to indulge in spending time on the spacious porch, being so close to the river added to the peaceful mood created by the home's interior environment. We enjoyed the opportunity to take long walks in the surrounding area. And it was a plus to have any needed services close by. This would most certainly be a place we would consider revisiting.

This home did not disappoint! Absolutely gorgeous! The host were available when needed.Well supplied with everything you need such as dishes, household supplies, shampoos, body wash, conditioners, skin lotion, laundry detergent and softeners. Anything that you need is already there except food and drink. The home is beautiful and serene, the waterfall is absolutely stunning and peaceful. You will not be disappointed at all!!

The place is exactly as described. Very close to WCU and worked out great during move in day. Relaxing place to stay.

This is a very cute and quiet place right on the river and very welcoming after a long day of hurricane clean up and volunteer work. Check in was very easy with a coded door lock. The entire place is very artsy and inviting. The fireplace was very cozy during the unusual cold spell. This property was well cleaned up but the road leading up still has a long way to go towards being cleared and multiple houses have damage and contents outside of the home. This beautiful area of Marshall was sadly quite damaged by the river surge. This should NOT dissuade anyone from staying here- once you pass that point, Billy’s place is wonderful, clean and you’ll enjoy the sounds of the river and the waterfowl passing by. We were honored to help the residents of WNC and plan to return in the future. We hope to see Marshall return to its former charm one day.

Great location and very peaceful. Extremely clean and well stocked. We stayed in the winter, so the lake was low, but we knew that going in. Parking and stairs down to the door can be a little trickey, especially at night. As others have said, dont bring a boat to the property but take it to a marina. There is limited ability to turn around. Would certainly stay again.

This place was absolutely beautiful. Their amenities were more than enough for my family; we had a group of 12. The view was spectacular and the place was spotless and SO clean. Their check out instructions were easy to follow and completely easy as well (strip the sheets and put them on floor in the room, take out trash, etc.), basically just the bare minimum of staying in someone else’s home. We could not have asked for more. The road leading to the house is not tricky, just a slight curvy gravel road but nothing crazy and scary. We will definitely be booking again for when another family member graduates college. 100% recommend booking because it will NOT disappoint. I love this place and didn’t want to leave!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and peaceful, but also conveniently close to town. The lakeside location gave us something pretty to look at each day. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony and down by the lake to soak up the view. Thanks!

Amanda’s place truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine by the host. The property itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated, blending modern amenities with charming, rustic touches. The living area was spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Another highlight was the outdoor space, which featured a cozy patio with comfortable seating perfect for stargazing in the evenings, or looking at the creek not too are away. The location was also a huge plus; it was conveniently situated near WCU, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet retreat. Overall, this Airbnb provided an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it!

At first I thought that it was going to be too far away from everything but it was a perfect location. Steve was very prompt in responding to any needs we had while we were there. It was the perfect place for our New Year's getaway. I will most definitely stay again. Thank you for everything Steve.

The house was perfect for a larger group, plenty of space if you needed to be alone. Gorgeous view of the lake and very convenient to the highways. The bathrooms, kitchen and open floor areas were clean but perimeter of the rooms and under the furniture needed to be swiffered. Vacasa offered to come in and do that but I declined as we were halfway through our stay. We were there over Christmas and I was cooking for the crowd so I would have liked some decent serving bowls (not plastic) and do bring your own knives if you plan to cook. I would definitely stay there again.

Dawn's place was relaxing and scenic, while being situated to make it easy to get into Asheville for the 'scene'. It was just what I needed to get away and think. Dawn herself was awesome, providing lots of thoughtful touches and being very welcoming of my dog (who loved watching the geese take off from the lake). I highly recommend staying here! I really should come back in the summertime.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The house was great, the location was great, David was great. We would stay again!

This place is very cozy. All the beds are comfortable and the full three showers are really nice to have. We are five total and had plenty of space. The upgrades in the home make it so nice to stay here. The appliances are all new and the kitchen has all you need. We went skiing at Cataloochee and this home is only 20 minutes from there. The TV in the living room and upstairs were nice to have. The cleanliness of the place is top notch! I know a lot of people say it, but we would definitely stylist here again when we return to the area. This home will soon have 100+ 5 star reviews in no time. Brian is an awesome host and the place is well worth it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Belle Viste! We have stayed in many Airbnb’s, and this is probably the best experience we’ve ever had! This cabin was comfy and homey. The kitchen was stocked with literally everything one could want and need for preparing meals. Beautiful dining area, and the cabin is decorated with such interesting items and beautiful original artwork. The working fireplaces really added to the cozy vibe as well. There were gorgeous views and nature out of every window. Comfy beds and three full baths! Just can’t say enough! Pat was SO communicative and helpful - he checked in to make sure we arrived safely and that everything was as expected (and it was!) He also put two items in the mail which we left behind. A truly accommodating and kind host! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at Belle Viste during this winter holiday. Now we’re hooked and hope to return this summer. We've stayed around the Smokey's for years and this house provided some of the best views we've ever had. A beautiful, clean home that feels very inviting. We definitely recommend and would stay again. Host made us feel right at home and was available within minutes. It was evident she wanted us to enjoy our trip, which we did!

We had our family Christmas here and it was very memorable. No issues with the house. We wish we could of enjoyed the porches more than the one warm afternoon we spent out there. They made a good size house even larger and everyone enjoyed all the places we could hang out in different family groups. We really appreciated the kid gates at the top of each stairs. Our family had no worries about our toddlers or three year old. The driveway is very steep but everyone made it up and back down with no problem. We went with putting just one car in the driveway at a time and two down the street. The walk is short and there is the entrance to a park/trail on the way that we all enjoyed at some point. Thanks.

Pictures does not give the place justice! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The community is very quiet and peaceful. The only word for this place and the neighborhood is beautiful!

These units were great for our stay as a group for a conference at Lake J. We needed a place that felt home after long days and where we could relax, watch a beautiful sunset, and feel the mountains refresh us for the next day. Our hosts were spectacular!

Loved our stay at the hilltop chateau. It’s absolutely beautiful, and the screened in porch is ideal for taking in the view. The house was perfect for us— four adults, a toddler, and a baby. Toddler loved roaming the grounds and petting the alpacas! Hosts were fantastic. Lauren and Joy were very responsive and accommodating. Everyone on site was so friendly. We grilled out every night including fresh vegetables that Jared gave us from the garden. Can’t wait to come back!

The home was beautiful and Randy was a super friendly host. We had an issue with the alarm and when I reached out for help he was quick to assist. He was very friendly and a great host.
