Clo dan Fabio adalah host yang perhatian dan menjaga tamunya dengan baik. Rumah menginap ini sangat strategis. Dari bandara Fiumicino 40 menit, sangat dekat ke Carefour, halte bis ke pusat kota dan terminal Roma, restoran pizza dan chinese food. Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay in this apartment in Rome. The location is perfect – almost all of the city's major attractions are within a 30-minute walk. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped for all our needs. The view over Rome was absolutely stunning, and the space was more than enough for two people. The check-in process was smooth and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. On the day of our departure, we were even able to store our luggage until the evening, which was a huge bonus. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome!

Our family of 4 loved our 4 bedroom home. The fridge was filled with food, juice , milk, eggs, bread, jellies and jam, cookies, coffee. What more could We ask for. We used the car service often,, he recommended,, perfect service. We loved ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING . One special note, I left my medical c-pap machine. 3 hours later after my text, it was acknowledged and being sent back to the states. PERFECT SERVICE ! THANK YOU ALL !!! Had a great stay, property is as listed and as per pictures, great communication leading up and during the stay, simple and clear directions on how to get to property and how to check in and it easy to locate, even at night after a long day of travel., A metro stop to all major sights within a few minutes walk, along with bus and tram stops and a supermarket (Carrefour) also a few minutes away., Quite building and no road noise, 2 by good sized double rooms both ensuite. Verry clean and tidy. We used our own Firestick to stream our shows. Happily would to go back and to recommended.

I was very lucky to stay Mr. Domus' apartment. Domus have been very responsible person and proactively helped my late night arrival by waiting for me inside Airbnb. Location is great where is near to Vatican city and next to bus stop. All 5 rooms were very clean beds and clen shower rooms. My great experience of Rome started with good Airbnb. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Super logement ! Grand , confortable, paisible, la terrasse est très agréable lorsqu’il fait beau , les accessoires proposés sont très pratiques et nous permettent de ne pas devoir les prendre en valise . Les instructions sont claires et bien précises. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici . Le Logement est à côté du métro ce qui permet de bouger rapidement dans le centre-ville , il y a des petits restaurants sympathiques aux alentours ainsi que des magasins pour faire nos courses. Un grand merci à vous pour cette belle expérience. Je reviendrai à coup sûr et ferai la publicité de votre logement à mes amis ☺️

We had stay there for 3 nights. It was a great experience we had with good hospitality. Easy cheek in . The location of flat great near to shops.

Claudia was very responsive and gave clear instructions. I checked in late and she was able to accomodate all my questions. Thank you, Claudia! The place is walkable to the main train station and 15-20 mins walk to the Colloseum. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay at Francesca’s house! The location was great. It took only a few minutes to Vatican City by walk and the bus stops were close by. There were plenty of nice places to eat even in the early morning. In addition, the house also had a nice kitchen, so we were also able to manage to eat some meals at home. We’d definitely come back her house when we visit Rome again in the future.

Appartamento arredato con cura e dotato di ogni confort, molto vicino al centro storico (raggiungibile a piedi) e dotato di un parcheggio privato antistante la casa. La signora Claudia ha fornito indicazioni precise ed è stata molto disponibile. Soluzione ottimale per visitare Viterbo.

We had an excellent staying, the neighborhood is peaceful but walking distance to great cafes, restaurants and if you like walking… even to the historic center. I stayed there for 10 days with my mother and her friend. Bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped if you want some home cooking. They loved it too and look forward to come back. Thank you Maria Pia and daughters for our excellent staying.

Paola's place has been the best Airbnb accomodation experience of my life so far. Gorgeous apartment, spotless clean and with absolutely everything that you need for a perfect stay in Rome. She goes beyond and makes sure you get local recommendations, clear guides, tips, treats... Staying in the San Lorenzo neighborhood gives you the local feeling, it's peaceful and well connected with Rome highlights. Paola (and sweet Sophia) we can't thank you enough for making our time in your place a real highlight.

Simply lovely! The location is perfect: close to everything with easy access to buses and away from most tourists. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, stylish, and has everything you need plus more. The jacuzzi tub is a lifesaver after all the exploring. We were so thankful for this place and highly recommend it!

This apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location and in a lovely old building with a marble staircase. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very well-appointed. One thing which really stood out was that the main bedroom and bathroom are extremely spacious. It was a bonus having great outside space which we used even though our visit was in February. The communication from the hosts was excellent and the details provided regarding getting into the apartment were clear and detailed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Seconda permanenza (a distanza di due anni) in questo alloggio: pulito, ordinato e davvero ben tenuto. Simona e Stefano sono stati estremamente gentili e reattivi nelle risposte nonostante il periodo di festa. Hanno risolto un piccolo inconveniente celermente e assicurandosi di non disturbare il nostro soggiorno. Il quartiere è tranquillo, ci sono posti liberi per le auto nelle strade adiacenti e alcuni mezzi pubblici utili a distanza di pochi passi. Ci sono ristoranti di quartiere raggiungibili con una breve passeggiata. Consiglio questo appartamento per la struttura (dotata di ogni comfort) ma soprattutto per i due host.

Our stay was fantastic. Also provided clear easy to follow instructions. He was waiting for us at our arrival, which was a relief after our long travel time. Aldo was proactive in communicating and made sure everything for our arrival would work out. He checked us in, gave us some neighborhood tips, and made sure we had what we needed. During our stay the water heater broke and Aldo quickly did all he could to make it right - and rnded up getting it fixed the next day. He could not have handled this better - thanks! The apartment was spotless - even the Jacuzzi- which was unexpected. The location is right in the middle of Trastevere, very convenient.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at with great restaurants in the area and walkable to almost all the main attractions in Rome. The apartment was spotless and after a long day of walking, the spa bath facilities made a perfect end in the evenings. A gem and we hope to be back on our next Rome visit.
