Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Η τοποθεσία βολική για να περπατήσεις ως το κέντρο και να βρεις εύκολα να παρκάρεις. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης με πολλά πλεονεκτήματα!! Το πάρκινγκ στη περιοχή είναι μια σχετικά εύκολη υπόθεση, εναλλακτικά κοντά στο ακίνητο υπάρχει και πάρκινγκ ιδιοτικο.Το διαμέρισμα είναι ήσυχο, ανακαινισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις,πεντακάθαρο με μεγάλα ΑΝΑΠΑΥΤΙΚΆ κρεβάτια .Η κουζίνα διαθέτει τα βασικά σε περίπτωση που θελήσει κάποιος να μαγειρέψει.ο οικοδεσπότης πραγματικά μας έκανε πολύ καλή εντύπωση, τόσο για την εξυπηρέτηση του, όσο και για το ενδιαφέρον του να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα, σίγουρα θα ξαναβρεθούμε σε επόμενη εξόρμηση μας!!

Our stay at this lovely apartment was absolutely perfect! Three of us stayed here for a month while working in Volos, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed—everything we needed for a comfortable, extended stay. The location couldn’t be better: close to cafes, shops, and the main locations of the city centre. What truly made our experience special was the host’s warmth and generosity. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, offering local tips and always being responsive. Little touches like a well-stocked kitchen, cozy living area, and reliable Wi-Fi made our workdays easier. We’d highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Volos—whether for work or leisure. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We had an incredible stay at Dimitrios' place in Volos! From the moment we booked, Dimitrios was attentive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay seamless. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit, offering fantastic local tips and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is a gem. The balcony is absolutely stunning — the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to all that Volos has to offer. It’s just a short walk to the waterfront, shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring this vibrant city. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more convenient place to stay. Thank you, Dimitrios, for making our trip to Volos so memorable. Το διαμέρισμα πολύ ωραίο, κοντά στο κέντρο και οι οικοδεσπότες άμεσα διαθέσιμοι και πολύ ευγενικοί.

The apartment was clean and very well equipped. In walking distance from the main roads were all the action happens in Volos. Magda was a great host she was thoughtful to have the a/c open upon our arrival in a hot day! She gave us suggestions about eating & drinking and she was always available when we made contact with her. Overall we are very satisfied. Thanks Magda!

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία σε ένα όμορφο χώρο πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο!

Allez y les yeux fermés ! Dimitris a été adorable avec nous , il était réactif et gentil à chaque échange que nous avons eu. Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Spacieux, lumineux, confortable, idéalement placé à 10 secondes de la promenade en bord de mer. La terrasse est idéale pour se détendre ou partager un repas en amoureux ou entre amis. La cuisine est top, le lit est confortable, le salon cosy, la salle de bain nickel également. En plus tout était vraiment super propre. Je recommande à quiconque voudrait passer un super moment à Volos !

Πολυ καλη τοποθεσία. Το δωματιο ηταν καθαρό, είχε ζέστη . Η βεράντα πολυ ωραία. Το καλοκαίρι θα ειναι ακομα καλύτερα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα

καλό ήσυχο κατάλυμα καθαρό ζεστό,καλη περιοχή κοντά στο κέντρο,με ωραία θέα στο πηλιο γενικά value for money...η φιλιτσα ευγενικη και φιλοξενη και αμεσα διαθεσιμη,σιγουρα το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα....

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ βολικό , χρειάστηκε να εργαστώ remote και δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα ούτε με το ίντερνετ ούτε με το χώρο. Οι αποστάσεις είναι όλες πολύ κοντά οπότε πηγαίναμε παντού με τα πόδια! Τέλος ο Γιάννης είναι πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης , είχαμε καλή επικοινωνία και απαντούσε αμέσως σε ό,τι τον ρώτησα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα 🙏🏼

Eleni was a great host. She called us a couple of times to check if everything was alright. I would definitely recommend her apartment and when i visit Volos again i will.

Wonderful, fully equipped place for family if 4. Located very close to everything: beach, shops, bar, restaurants, but at the same time very quite and isolated from the noise. Parking downstairs super comfortable, as little village during the weekend days can be filled with cars. Host very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!

Το καλύτερο κατάλυμμα στο Ψαροπούλι ! Η κ. Λίνα ηταν πολύ φιλόξενη , διακριτική και ευγενική.Νιωσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας! Περιποιημένος κηπος και πεντακάθαρη πισίνα. Είχαμε την παραλία ένα βήμα από το στούντιο, το οποίο είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα. Δεν μπορώ να παραλείψω τους πίνακες ζωγραφικής δημιουργίες της ίδιας της κ. Λίνας που κοσμούσαν το κατάλυμμα μας. Συγχαρητήρια κ . Λίνα και σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα.

Amalia war äußerst hilfsbereit und fragte immer nach unserem Wohlergehen. Der Check In lief über ihre wundervolle Mama. Sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. In der Wohnung war wirklich alles super: super sauber, alles da (von Klopapier, Alufolie, Kaffee, Handtücher, Waschmittel, Staubsauger (ein echtes Plus! - das ist Mega!!!), Handwaschseife, Duschgel, usw.) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lieben Dank für diese tolle Möglichkeit!
