You can’t get any better than this location it’s right on the beach. Also no kids if you need tranquility. There are are no condiments to cook with so keep that in mind if you are going to be cooking.

Great location and facilities, loved the pool and the vista from the front patio of the beach. Very close to great café and restaurants. Highly recommend staying in the quieter bay on the island, Picnic Bay.

Really lovely self-contained villa. Very close to the beach, bus stop and Foodworks. Good value for money and hosts were easily contactable and accommodating.

Absolutely stunning place with an incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive host. Our family had an amazing 2 week stay at this location. This is the crown jewel of the Airbnbs in Townsville. The view was absolutely breathtaking, morning or night. Privacy and peace is important to us and that's what this location offered. Very quiet with only nature sounds if the balcony doors are open. We didn't feel like we were renting or lodging, we felt right at home from the moment we set foot inside. From lounging on the couch watching a movie to cooking a complete dinner in a well equipped kitchen, the entire experience was very pleasant. Felt like a million bucks hanging out in the gorgeous living room or listening to the morning sounds from the bedroom. The place was incredibly clean and had absolutely everything we could want or need, down to coffee and creamer ready to go on arrival. We have another potential trip coming up and won't even bother looking around, this home is the one!

We keep coming back to Robert and Rossi's villa because it is always spotlessly clean and fresh, and the hosts are always available when needed. We feel comfortable and secure in the villa, and the location is perfect for us. It is a home away from home whenever we visit Townsville.

I would say this is one of the most extraordinary properties in Australia. Everything was just beautiful… both inside and out. We all enjoyed the total privacy, abundant space and the high quality amenities and conveniences. Any questions were answered within minutes. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Kylie's villa. It's located in a caravan park and near quite a busy road, but neither of these things bothered us. Great access to the nearest shopping centre (Willows), just a short drive (6 mins). The pool was lovely, the park very clean and well maintained. The villa itself was lovely and clean, no clutter, very comfortable. The only downside for us was a very damp/mouldy smell coming from the air condition units. But that was it, everything else was great. We extended our stay and would stay again. Great value for money.

Didn’t have to scrub, or clean anything, just relax & enjoy life with loved ones. Beds are like a dream, clean & comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms & toilets for larger family too.

Really enjoyed our 5 days here. Great location and proximity to beach. Was great being setback behind another villa from the Esplanade but ocean views from front balcony were still magnificent, serene and more private. Small collection of villas with low ratio of people, surrounded by beautiful gardens, a centrally located pool and individual outdoor entertaining areas. Loved walking the entire length of the beach and seeing tiny stingrays swimming in the shallows. Magic spot. Will return and stay here again when visiting Magnetic Island.

We had an amazing stay at Pure Magnetic Villas. Such beautiful, clean, peaceful and homely villas nestled amongst tranquil gardens with a refreshing pool. Perfect location with a nice shady green allotment and playground for the kiddies directly across the road, plus quiet Nelly beach directly across the road too! Within walking distance to tasty restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend. We will be back!

We had a fabulous 5 day stay. Highly recommend to anyone with a family or couple. The villa was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Can't wait to come back!

This place is amazing, I loved every little aspect of it and can’t wait to return. The beds are so comfortable too.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our frustration was trying to get an answer about was was not included ie shampoo and the essentials pack, which Airbnb indicated in their website was not included. Trying to find out exactly what was included in the essentials was not easy and required phone calls. This may be a minor issue to some but we needed to know so that we knew what to bring. The website for this listing needs to be amended.

Great service with the drop off from the office to the villa, fast communication with any issues, place was clean and as described. Good value and very nice property close to the beach and the rock wallabies!
