It was our first time in Texarkana. We opt to stay in Airbnb vs a hotel for my daughter's dance competition. It was very quiet, peaceful place located what seemed to be very safe space. The space is very home-like, comfy! The kitchen was perfect for cooking dinner with my kiddos after lunch/snacking of take out during the daytime at the venue. It is pretty well stocked with the items needed for cooking. The shower head has a removable sprayer from the center, both have great water pressure ... which for me with thick hair was a plus I rarely find in Airbnb's. :) The beds were soooo comfy, which was perfect way to end the busy craziness of an all-day dance day. We enjoyed our stay @ Denise's place! Most definitely would reach out to use again if ever in the area. Great choice for a home away from home!

Hello. My overall experience was great. My daughter and I stayed overnight and enjoyed the quiet, cozy and comfortable guesthouse. Very convenient, simple and clean. We were able to get a good night rest due to us painting and working on our own home. Ms. LaNita was very welcoming and communication was a plus. She even offered us an extra hour to sleep in if needed. Thanks for sharing your home with us. 😊

Excellent place to spend a few days of rest or business... everything very clean and tidy... I will book again when I return. And the communication was always attentive.

John is the best! My wife needs frozen ice packs for nerve pain. The freezer went on the fritz and John had it changed out in a day. If your interested in Camden history John is the man to talk to. He’s friendly and always wanting to make sure all is well/

The entire home and outdoor space was beautiful. We absolutely loved the hot tub and tanning bed. Our only issue was the smell of sulfur when running the water. Thankfully I grew up with a well that has a similar issue, but my guest wasn’t as ok with it:

Everything about this house and hosts was pure perfection! Every single thing we could think of was already there waiting for us... Disposable coffee cups to take down to the dock, a sharpie for writing names on solo cups, ice maker to never run out, even bubble bath for the gorgeous tubs. The attention to detail was impressive and made our stay even more enjoyable. It felt as though we stepped in to a friend’s house who knew our needs before we did. We ended up having a rainy day, but didn’t miss out on any fun. The covered porch had plenty of space for fun and kept us dry. The 7 kids in our group range in age from 8-14… they had plenty to do and even chose to leave the phones inside and explore the property. Their favorite rooms were the bunk rooms and their favorite activity was playing ping pong. The big girls particularly enjoyed sun bathing on the dock! The memories made here for our families are absolutely priceless. It was an ideal getaway from work and stress!
