My 2 day stay at Marnie and Brian’s tiny house far surpassed my expectations. It was absolutely perfect. I loved reading on the deck, the record player was also a wonderful touch. Marnie and Brian are such thoughtful hosts, they really went above and beyond with the amenities in such a small space. The hiking trails on their property are so well-maintained, and I was able to enjoy the nature in solitude. I’m already planning for a trip back. Thank you for being my new escape!

My entire team is really happy to have stayed at this house. It’s very clean and cozy. Around the house, you’ll find everything you need. Lori is a great host—she helps with everything and is very helpful.

Great location ! Located between Chicago and St. Louis so about a 3 hour drive to get peace and quiet. Cabin appears to be newly built and the place is SPOTLESS !! 10 minute drive to Walmart or Kroger or if you prefer get some local good eats !! Also plenty of Firewood for us city slickers :)... Has a smoker and a Blackstone griddle that are really good. Only thing if one prefers , bring a charcoal grill if allowed ..?? Place was awesome !! Thank you Jennifer and siblings. 5 STARS !! We'll be going back !!

We had such a wonderful stay at Cara's cottage. The location was incredibly relaxing and exceeded our expectations. Cara was an outstanding host, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We look forward to staying at Cara's cottage the next time we visit.

We love these homes. They are comfortable and lovely surroundings. Close to family- so thankful to have such great spaces to stay when in town!!!
