This place is 5 stars in every aspect ! The location is extremely convenient, the flat is very clean and very spacious with all the necessary amenities and the host is very prompt, responsive abs helpful ! Would recommend without any reservation !

This space felt like a cozy retreat, with thoughtful touches and a design that made it both stylish and functional. The host went above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay, and the location was easy accesible from metro station. However the property is at 2nd floor with no lift available.But the same is already clearly mentioned in the AD so while booking one must come prepared to take the stairs only! The host is very responsive and he make sure that the all the requests are well addressed.Definitely recommend to others!

We stayed almost 3 weeks at Pravins place. the flat was lovely, had everything you needed. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen. The communal pool was gorgeous, and most of time very quiet. They have a few rules....no swimming between 12 and 3, and Monday closed for cleaning. A nice restaurant at the end of the road.... who delivered food in minutes. Big Basket also good at deliveries if groceries. All in all very comfortable.

I stayed in this apartment with my family for 4 days and 3 nights. It was very peaceful, happy and comfortable. The atmosphere here was neat and clean. we came with as a family of 4 with my 3 yr old son... We felt like staying at home ... kitchen was well equipped to cook anything we wish for ....👍 the entire home was very clean and filled with lot of indoor plants ... home was so lively and pleasant... Our host Romica's choice of furniture and lighting for home is so unique and cool... All tourist attractions are near and we can get groceries vegetables and dairy products in walkable distance... Bed and bedsheets were so fresh and had good sleep throughout our stay ... the helping staff in the home was very friendly and made our stay awesome.... om the whole it was really a memorable stay for us here ... will definitely visit again in future.... The place is overlooking the sea which itself is a bonus. It was very quiet with only the sea’s breeze and waves sound. The stay is very quiet and it’s a deal for the price.

Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

Had a wonderful stay at this place. The Host, Manager, Care Taker and the Security were all so prompt and helpful. This property is very close to the beach and has a very good view from the 2nd Floor. The only possible improvement I could think about is "Having some Indoor Games". This might add value. Overall we all had a very satisfying and enjoyable stay.

It’s a simple , feel-at-home kind of place. That’s what I liked most about it. All the basics were covered and care taker was very warm and helpful. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach which was perfect. We enjoyed our stay with our two little kids. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Sea View Paradise hosted by Dr. Arun. The villa offers a stunning direct view of the sea, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with family. We had a fantastic stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the pool was very clean! The caretaker was also very helpful and accommodating. Overall it was a perfect stay for our family.

Wonderful property, would return again! I booked this property for a family get together, and it was worth every last penny. It was a group of five adults and a toddler and everyone had something to do at the property! The pool was clean, water was non-chlorinated and the kitchen was spotless. The terrace is an absolute vibe with good views and a fresh breeze! The caretaker staff were prompt in service. There are a couple of very good restaurants nearby and all delivery apps are available as well. The beach is at a stroll away as well! In summary, I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone who's looking for a laidback getaway that's still close enough to the city! 💜

The place is quite good and is located in a large, peaceful apartment complex on ECR. The recliner sofas and lounger are the USPs of this place. It was very relaxing to sit on the sofa and watch the TV.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We stayed 1 week. Mohammed was very helpful, attentive and fast to respond to our questions. The apartment is well located, you can manage to do everything from there (Uber, Swiggy, Zomato all deliver over there). We did a lot of research to find a budget accommodation, with a kitchen and wifi, well located, and this place was the best value we found in the area. Bonus point for the washing machine, drinkable water and the AC. Although there is an extra charge for the electricity, it is minimal (we used the AC not intensively but a few hours during the day and it was about 1$/day). Wifi was great, the street is quiet, the other tenants around are kind. Maybe the kitchen could use a bit more cutlery, and cups to drink hot beverage, but the rest was great! Recommended!

I had a complete month stay over Roger David's place. Over all it is good experience and awesome place for long stays.

The host Mr. Ashraf Ali, is very care taker about the guest and responsible person. He proactively guided for each things in advance while our stay. Very good location and easy access to malls and nearby stores I highly recommend to others to stay. I look forward to stay again if I plan Chennai visit
